Thank you so much Vic for sharing. Regarding the exaggerating part, you’re right, we exist within a RAINBOW 🌈 SPECTRUM OF MANY ENERGIES world;
hence, there will be those who exaggerate, and those who don’t, as well as moments where we all tuned into this “exaggerating” aspect (like ALL other aspects of WHOLE Self/self).
Since we’re all HERE NOW, I trust that at least most of us can DISCERN whether or not another is exaggerating; and if so, there’s no need to tune into that vibrational frequency channel.
Anyhoo, since YOU’VE BEEN SUPER HELPFUL FOR YEARS—encouraging, uplifting, empowering, inspiring, and Consciousness expanding, with your Fully Present, Authentic, Honest,Humorous, Wise, Magnetic and Overall AWESOME Self/self—I wanted to share whatever might be helpful to whoever’s drawn to this message.
I followed my inner guidance that led me to 3 comments, where I shared a reply, which I trust will be helpful to ALL:

No need to EVER feel ashamed of who you TRULY ARE, and guilty about what you do. You may be a Worker of Oneness, aka WHOLENESS, and not just about Light, which is WAY more challenging to Be and do, though we agreed to it before incarnating here for the BIGGEST COSMIC SHOW.
Granted, we all use labels to better understand Life, so it’s ultimately whatever resonates with you.
I’m going to share a comment so that whoever else tunes into it can benefit from it as well.

If you are FEELING like a “spotlight” lightworker—or more like Worker of Oneness (and not just about Light)—then there’s a very high probability that you are.
When we are deeply connected with, and in alignment with our Source/Higher Self within, then we are FULLY PRESENT as I AM PRESENCE.
Therefore, whatever aspects we choose to Be (and do) from this state is ultimately NEUTRAL, NOT operating within the duality/polarity of right vs wrong, good vs bad, light vs dark, etc.
Because Unity Consciousness INCLUDES separation consciousness. When we REMEMBER, TRUST, and REALIZE that our Souls are Multidimensional in essence—which includes…
being human with naturally oscillating frequencies (Nero also shared it’s NOT about “High Vibes Only”), to include fluctuating emotions–then we can FULLY AND UNAPOLOGETICALLY EMBRACE…
whatever aspects of the WHOLE Self/self we INTUITIVELY KNOW we need to Be (and do)…
for the highest benefit of interconnected Life within this world and way beyond,
WITHOUT JUDGMENT of Self/self (which was a challenge for me at times).
There’s only danger when we believe there is.
This disempowering and limiting belief that something OUT THERE is out to get us can build momentum and become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
IF IT’S TIME TO GO, IT’S TIME TO GO. I’ve experienced DEATH many times in dream state for over 13 years—via MANY earthly and otherworldly, parallel and alternate realities—BUT YET, HERE I AM.
Plus, I’ve experienced so-called “negative” entities attempting to mess with my emotions, whether in this particular reality or in dream state.
But because I REMEMBERED HOW POWERFUL I WAS IN DREAM STATE MANY TIMES—(AND HERE’S THE KEY PHRASE: and I recalled what it FELT like—I CHOSE TO APPLY THIS IN THIS PARTICULAR REALITY.
THEREFORE, I STATED (JUST LIKE DREAM STATE), “AS MY I AM PRESENCE, I DISMISS YOU.”
And sure enough, I would immediately FEEL PEACE afterwards, though at first, fear had set in (which has been conditioned by society).
SO NO NEED TO BE AFRAID.
And no need to focus, be concerned with, or worry about the “muddyness in the minds of people near” you.
I can relate, but I’ve decided to do my best daily to practice Being a Master of my Inner World (shared by Sadhguru)…
a Master of my mood (shared by Bashar/Darryl Anka)…
a Master of my FEELING STATE (shared by Abraham/Esther Hicks),
since I cannot control who others are and what they do.
I trust this will help you IF you’re receptive to further expanding your individual and Collective Consciousness.
I’ve been very selective of who I choose to be friends with this year, after I LET GO of many throughout the decades.
I’ve learned the LONG and hard way about not so genuine and loyal “friends.”
So I trust that if we’re a vibrational match, then we can be like-minded and like-hearted friends that you crave (and so do I, and probably all Souls, if they’re being transparently honest with themselves).
So let’s SEE as we flow with the Cosmic River of Life. Until then, continue Being Authentic You and Shining Bright!

Thank you for connecting the bridge between shadow work and Lightworker.
Though I’ve been aware of the two for a while, this is the first time I’ve read anyone else share this.
You may be a Worker of Oneness (about WHOLEness, rather than just Light).
Regarding your quote, “My family still thinks I’m a conspiracy theorist about all this stuff though.
I’m often listening to what the elite are planning and scheming.”:
This instantly reminded me of 2 elderly men I knew: 1) was a spiritual, workaholic man in Sedona, who was obsessed with monitoring what the “bad guys” are up to,
and 2) was a retired man—a former client of my former husband—who was obsessed with watching Fox news throughout the day and every day.
However COMMA the PATTERN here was that BOTH:
1) habitually neglected their wives, because they were SO CONSUMED with focusing on what “BAD” OR “EVIL” MIGHT (MIGHT) happen,
2) they were BOTH RICH, but yet, rather than enJOYing their riches, they preferred even depriving their wives of their passion to travel the world and enJOY Life.
I asked these women WHY NOT VACATION WITHOUT their husbands;
but that’s a choice they need to make to EMPOWER THEMSELVES.
So this isn’t to say that you’re like these elderly men at all; but by sharing this, I hope it shines light onto what COULD happen if you continue DOWN this route.
If you like going down adventurous rabbit holes, WHY NOT PICK A FUN ONE?
Unless of course it’s FUN for your to listen to what the elite are up to.
That’s sounds pretty boring, like watching oldass, yet, very immature politicians bicker like they always do;
hence, why I haven’t watched news in decades —even while in the Army—though I would intuitively know WHEN to tune in very briefly,
to gather helpful information, or if MAJOR events occurred, where my attention could help in some way.
I fully trust that it’s NOT about LOOKING FOR A FIGHT,
but rather, WHEN THE FIGHT HAPPENS TO SHOW UP, BEING IN ALIGNMENT, FULLY PRESENT, AND GROUNDED, TO BE AND DO WHATEVER CAN HIGHLY BENEFIT SELF/OTHERS/LIFE/UNIVERSE/MULTIVERSE/OMNIVERSE/ETC..
