The following is related to the previous post, “Insights to Rapid, Chaotic, Challenging, Major Changes in Life,” where I mentioned I would post a copy of a review that I shared about my last Sedona job via Glassdoor (note: I left out the company name):

Review Headline: The Great, The Unhealthy, The Sad and Some Thought-Provoking Questions for ________ at Bell Rock, Sedona
Pros:
Overall a great gathering of wonderful people at ________ —as shared in a recent, 5 star Google review (for them)—especially the majority of massage therapists, front desk agents, spa attendants, accounting department, engineer dept, most aspects of management, members of the club, locals, and even guests.
Cons:
1) For a few months, several coworkers and I—front desk agents, massage therapists, and a spa attendant—have been experiencing various symptoms, and some recurring (i.e., nausea, dizziness, increased allergies, chest pressure, vomiting, hives, fatigue, breathing difficulty, etc.).
Since there has been an issue (for several months) with recurring leaks in certain areas of different ceilings within the building (whenever it rains)—which then gets exposed to hot weather—we all concluded that our symptoms were more than likely from being exposed to toxic mold (that was also visible in certain areas like the massage therapy rest area).
Even members of the club have pointed mold out in the shower areas, which was emailed to management.
One coworker was hospitalized for pneumonia and a bacterial respiratory issue, which she apparently brought up to our higher management that mold may have been the cause; however, nothing was done to our knowledge.
In addition, we’ve had very filthy filters for several months due to a lack of cleaning in these areas, which more than likely worsened these already occurring symptoms.
I reminded management about the filthy filters, even though I found out that they had known about this issue for a while, but it was understandable why they became irritated since they didn’t make it a priority to fix it several months ago (when it was shown to one of them directly).
I highly respect and admire many qualities of our management team, mostly our Manager, Asst Mgr, and Director; I barely know the GM, though I’ve witnessed him showing a few thoughtful gestures towards his employees.
However, I wondered if they—especially the OWNER of this franchise ________—truly care about the health and well-being of their staff. Or is it all about hotel profits?
2) The front desk coordinators and spa attendants deserve MUCH better pay.
You can’t expect above and beyond performance and customer service—for an international company/corporation known for its hospitality—when you’re not even willing to meet your employees halfway.
The professional burger flipping guys at In and Out Burger get paid starting $12.50/hour in Prescott, while front desk coordinators at ________IN SEDONA get paid a measly $11.25/hr (and spa attendants less than that);
YET, front desk coordinators are also expected to do their job (to the fullest) AND spa attendant duties whenever spa attendants are not available for shifts, even during super busy spring break season.
A couple of club members—very kind and generous older lady and elderly lady—helped clean the women’s locker rooms one day because we lacked staff.
3) The food at the employee, mini cafeteria may be free, but the quality seems to be less than that of any dollar menu at fast food joints.
I have no doubt that IF some of the typical food pics went viral, ________ would NOT be proud of them, but rather, embarrassed, and even ashamed.
So what’s way off about this whole picture? Everything, considering ________ employees are often reminded of how well this ________ is doing when it comes to numbers, percentages, and profit.
So some questions for this ________to ponder are:
– Would the higher ups of ________ want their loved ones to work in an unhealthy, and possibly even toxic, environment?
– Would they be satisfied if their loved ones only got paid 25 cents (or less) over minimum wage, while they’re expected to work hard and give their best?
– Would they want themselves and/or their loved ones to eat very low quality food on a daily basis?
Please be honest with your answers.

So as the title of this post asks, “What Eventually Happens to Companies and Corporations Who Make Huge Profit, but Don’t Take Care of Their Employees?”
Well, it’s no ancient Japorean secret, that in this information age, various forms of expressions can spread like raging wildfire, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis…you get the picture (and there’s actual catastrophic weather).
And once the negative reviews—especially via job sites like Glassdoor—start piling on, there’s no UNdoing them or covering them up.
Just like way back in the day, people still LOVE to talk, and now there are much more communication tools available.
And let the topic be about injustice done…Oh HEYLL NO!!! Just sit back and watch how anything can go viral throughout this world in a very short amount of time.
In addition, there’s the high turnover rates, which may not seem like a big deal to some companies and/or corporations, but all the redundant training, various stress that it causes the already existing employees from different departments, all the paperwork that needs to be completed and company courses taken, and the expenses used on new employees, will all add up like a MEGA LOAD of doo doo hill, or mountain.
And last but not least, as history has shown us, even extremely powerful (and arrogant) empires from back in the day, who more than likely considered themselves invincible, have met their inevitable downfall in Divine perfect timing and order.
Highly intelligent and profoundly wise beings (whether human or E.T.) are keenly aware that Life within this world(s), Solar System(s), Galaxy(ies), Universe(s), Multiverse(s), and beyond, is energetically interconnected (like quantum physics entanglement).
Therefore, what benefit one, benefits another, and vice versa. So countries (not U.S.) who support their citizens in various, free or inexpensive ways (i.e., healthcare, higher education, maternity leave, etc.) understand that the parts make up the whole, and they have the power to make the latter stronger or weaker.in the long run.
And wise companies and corporations who support their employees in various ways as well, will have high morale, great quality employees, outstanding teamwork, stronger dedication and commitment, impressive production, increase of profit, higher success rate, a great reputation, etc.
However, when low vibrating, fear-based beings takes advantage of so-called “others” whom they perceive as separate from them, they don’t realize that the low/dense energies that they put out, circles back to them in due “time”—not as punishment from some higher power, but in order for the souls to personally experience (experiential knowledge/realized wisdom) and learn what if FEELS like to be on that receiving end of the opposite of generosity and unconditional love.
We, as individual and collective humanity and beyond, are currently going through some MAJOR TRANSFORMATIONS on all energetic levels—physical, mental, emotional, financial, material, and spiritual—whether we’re aware of it or not.
And unless the so-called powerhouses of this world WAKE UP and get their $h!+ together—while moving with an integrated Mind/Heart centered purpose—one of the probabilities that all the habitually low-vibrating, like-minded, unawakend, unaware beings like them (long@$$ key phrase) will experience, in the not so far future, is a major parallel Earth event similar to an unforgettable observation recorded in post, “Dream of Little Angel Alerting Outside of Window.“
And no amount of underground military facilities, bunkers, tunnels, caves, technology, hoarding of resources, and preventive measures will save anyone since it will be an energetic death and rebirth for planet Mother Earth.
And all those who resonate with Her higher vibrational frequency will joyfully co-exist with her at a higher dimension/parallel earth reality.
