I highly respect and admire Sadhguru for 
often Being so open-minded and open-hearted (integrated Mind/Heart, expanding consciousness); and I deeply appreciate his profound teachings.

So I’m actually surprised that he would join in on general society’s ridicule tactic (aka GASLIGHTING) that’s been used for too long—that ancient E.T.s have NOT contributed so much to humanity’s history, to include amazing structures that were built throughout this world (like the Giza Pyramids), which modern engineers have even proven was impossible to do with very simple tools from back in the day.
It’s great to take pride in humanity’s accomplishments—and the human being has amazing potential on all energetic levels (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual)—but at the same time, it’s also wise to be humble when it comes to what one doesn’t know for sure.
Because confidently passing on inaccurate information to numerous people can create further separation between humanity and the E.T.s and aliens, rather than bringing them together by SEEING (with clarity) much similarities; Life is interconnected Life throughout this world and beyond…PERIOD…despite so-called differences that our logical minds likes to see.
It is our collective, limited, physical, ego’s mind—of separation consciousness (as opposed to Unity Consciousness)—that has the need to think and say expressions like, “Us vs them.”
There are seemingly countless possibilities and probabilities in Life; so yes, Galactic and Universal teamwork (as well as wars) has happened on planet Earth and way beyond.
And to throw out even estimate numbers like 95% vs 5% sounds like the logical ego mind wanting to give an answer it doesn’t really know, in order to appear KNOWING and wise to the audience.
It is truly the height of arrogance to believe that Galactic and Universal contributions didn’t happen in the past just because humanity—though at its infant stage of soul growth/spiritual evolution—doesn’t have enough proof (much of which has been suppressed), or wants to take all the credit.
The following quote is by Professor Michio Kaku, a Theoretical Physicist, from a while ago:
“Take a look at our galaxy. There are a HUNDRED BILLION STARS in our galaxy. Now take a look at the galaxies within our universe, we can actually count them. In the visible universe our telescopes have the range to see a hundred billion galaxies. Well, how many stars are there in the visible universe? Count them, a HUNDRED BILLION times a HUNDRED BILLION. That is an 
ASTRONOMICAL number.
You have to be supremely arrogant [ignorant and fearful] to believe that we are the ONLY ONES in town.”
The following is an UPDATE from Science Daily published in 2016:
The universe suddenly looks a lot more crowded, thanks to a deep-sky census assembled from surveys taken by NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope and other observatories.
Astronomers came to the surprising conclusion that there 
are at least 10 times more galaxies in the observable universe than previously thought.
This places the universe’s estimated population at, minimally, 2 trillion galaxies.

Sadhguru, in Divine perfect timing and order, may you effortlessly let go of your fear-based, ego’s need to hold onto your worldly reputation/identification, and have the inner-strength and BOLD courage to generously share your inner truths/invaluable experiences/experiential knowledge/true wisdom about E.T. and alien life, that people could highly benefit from knowing.
There’s been more than enough of society GASLIGHTING humans about the existence, presence, and contributions of supportive UFOs, USOs, E.T.s and aliens.
Not everyone’s otherworldly perceptions are CRAzy, ‘dangerous imagination’, and deserving of ridicule and disrespect. I trust that you will eventually support what you already know in your heart.
