Note: This post contains insights about the posts published yesterday, “Transmuting and Healing Snowball Effects of Fear Energy” and “Mirroring Back General Society’s Facade of Righteousness” that reveal subconscious beliefs that I had that my conscious mind wasn’t fully aware of at the time.
This morning, while reading the book, Path of Empowerment by Barbara Marciniak (first paragraph of pg. 134), I came to a realization of something small, that expanded into a much bigger picture.
It also helped me to recall a very helpful teaching that I came upon a while back, though it didn’t sink in at that time because it wasn’t Divine perfect timing and order.
A while back, I came upon a reading—an Arcturian teaching by Suzanne Lie—that we basically experience in life all that we desire and expect.
Though I don’t always resonate with all that Suzanne shares from her website, I just take in whatever information I find beneficial, the way I do from whatever reading I come upon.
The Arcturian teaching shared that if we expect negative things to occur in our lives, then we will encounter exactly that.
This expecting of the negative is habit due to our beliefs, and the negative desire stems from having been accustomed to a negative environment/a comfort zone,.
A great example that was given was something to the effect: If we’re at a park, and we expect to see trash (e.g., due to the belief that people are lazy and don’t care about the environment), we will encounter trash; however, if we expect to see beauty, we will encounter beautiful things (my examples: deer, flowers, friendly people, etc.).
However, as soon as we recognize old and outdated beliefs, and choose to change them into positive ones, then we will start to experience much more positive in our lives.
Now, moving onto the smaller realization that expanded into a much bigger one (mentioned above).
I trust that I came upon the article I mentioned in the post, “Transmuting and Healing Snowball Effects of Fear Energy“—as well as the many unloving comments that came with it—for an understandable reason.
I have an old and outdated subconscious belief—that my conscious mind wasn’t fully aware of, and that could benefit from transformation into a positive belief—that many human beings are unloving.
When I dig deep, I’m able to acknowledge that an inner childhood wound that I thought was healed wasn’t quite yet. Why? Because I hadn’t given the wounded space the proper attention and love that it deserves.
When I get down to the core of this old belief, that many people are unloving, I know that it comes from having been exposed to an alcoholic and abusive mother and an often physically and emotionally absent adoptive father while growing up.
In addition, the thought of having been abandoned by my biological father at six months old probably didn’t help either.
Even though my ego self’s impatience causes me to want to hurry up and get over the healing process, I realize that I must take a moment to truly feel pure compassion for my wounded inner-child/ego self.
For those who have never experienced anything close to such matters can only sympathize at best; however, those who have had similar experiences may be able to empathize, or even deeply empathize (for ultra-sensitive souls and empaths).
As Barbara, it is my intention to send much healing energies to my inner child who has experienced many inner and outer wounds that no child should ever have to experience; but, yet, has courageously managed, not only to survive those seemingly very long years of abuse (physical, verbal, psychological, and sexual), but thrive in life despite of them. And so it is.
Beliefs that have been ingrained since childhood are not easy to change—often taking more than one lifetime to heal—however, life the famous saying goes, “If there’s a will…there’s a way.”
I wondered, “Well, if we encounter in life all that we believe, then how did I even end up all three of my parents and the unhealthy environment in which I grew up since I probably didn’t have beliefs developed yet as an newborn baby?”
When I dig deeper (in my heart), and expand my consciousness, I’m able to recall a couple of answers—once again, depending on what I choose to believe.
I trust that as a soul, we carry on to the next life all the memories that we experienced within a physical body from the previous life. Therefore, any beliefs that we may have formed during the past life is carried on to the next.
So if that soul had many, accumulated experiences of unloving human being in past lives, then that soul may continue experiencing seeing the world through a clouded lens due to much fearful energies from within.
And with each new lifetime, a soul has many opportunities to change it’s perspective—hence, changing the way it feels about a situation, person, thing, etc.—which can transform old beliefs into new beliefs.
By doing so, this soul will be able to overcome many adversities in life, learn many life lessons, gain profound wisdom, grow (mentally, emotionally, physically—as in healing the body, not growing taller necessarily—and spiritually), begin to learn how to unconditionally love self and others more and more (rather than the conditional love experienced throughout many lifetimes), and then…ultimately, for the soul to remember that its essence us Unconditional Love, Peace, Joy, Freedom, Abundance, Truth, Wisdom, Divine Power, Creativity, and much more.
And if I were to expand my perspective even more, I could trust that I, as soul/Spirit, chose all three of my earthly parents, the environment which I grew up in and all other areas I lived in, all other souls whom I crossed paths with, all the remaining life lessons that I wanted to learn at the Earth schoolhouse, and every singe experience I had so far.
By choosing to embrace the belief right above, that mostly highly resonates with me, I empower my self/soul/Spirit within, no longer associating myself with victim mentality, which is very dis-empowering.
As Barbara, it is my intention to take full responsibility for everything that shows up in my life because I chose to trust that my soul/Spirit within sent them to me for our highest benefit—at an individual and collective level of soul growth and evolution. And so it is.
I also trust that I co-created the post, “Mirroring Back General Society’s Facade of Righteousness” because I was meant to reveal to myself, yet, another subconscious belief that my conscious mind wasn’t fully aware of, and that old and outdated belief was that our world is mostly corrupt.
As Barbara, it is my intention to fully release all old and outdated beliefs—to include the one that many human beings are unloving, and that this world is mostly corrupt and unsafe—to my higher angel-selves, Archangel-selves, and Ascended Master-selves within me for transmutation and healing.
As Barbara, it is my intention to whole-heartedly believe, and then to remember/intuitively know, that humanity and this world (to include all other life forms and other beings within it and all around it) are unconditionally loving, flourishing, abundant in its resources, prosperous, peaceful, completely free, joyful, highly creative, truthful, wise, safe and spiritually evolved.
