I shared this message with the creator of the artwork on right:
Thank you Nemo Jo for sharing this beautiful and intricately created artwork that contains profound, ancient wisdom of the Lotus Flower. I used it for post: [this one]
I initially shared this as an UPDATE for the recent post, “RED FLAGS: K-Dramas, TV Shows, Multi-Trillion Dollar Pharmaceutical Industry“ (that contains more details), but then realized that it can helpful on its own as well.
After reading a comment someone had shared for the above post this morning, I remembered to add this section that I forgot to share within that post; but since the non-Asian YouTuber couple lives in Korea, they’re probably aware of this.
Even Korean children are conditioned from a very young age (elementary school) to become addicted to street food, especially tteok-bboki, since (for decades) there have been at least one (but usually several) small, school supply stores (right outside the schools) that also sells tteokbboki.
Therefore, I have never met a Korean who doesn’t enjoy this delicious, yet, unfortunately unhealthy and addictive street food.
I’ve even witnessed my mother, who’s in her early 80’s now, and who had never liked street food in general—due to it NOT being made in sanitary places according to her—enjoy it when she was younger.
I completely understand that back in the day, soon after the Korean war, it may have been a necessity for Korean citizens to eat super cheap street foods that lack essential nutrients.
However COMMA in this day and age of 2022, there’s absolutely NO reason why corporations, governments, mainstream media, TV shows, movies, commercials, etc. should HEAVILY PUSH products they KNOW are NOT beneficial to people, especially innocent children.
One Solution: Why not sell healthy foods near schools so that children learn NOT to go overboard when it comes to NON-BENEFICIAL TO EVEN DETRIMENTAL foods that contain (again) EXCESS sugar, carbs, and vegetable or corn oils that have been proven by science that they cause many health issues, aches and pains, dis-eases, and even death.
As I’ve mentioned in the related, previous post, back in the day, a Korean man died of eating too much ramen.
In addition, it’s not necessarily about completely eliminating unhealthy foods and drinks (and NOT just Korean, but any country), but about moderation, like an overall 80% healthy diet and 20% treat days to eat and drink whatever pleases the physical senses.
I completely understand that it can be challenging, or even difficult, for many to suddenly incorporate a healthier way of living and eating due to deeply ingrained, non-beneficial habits and outdated, fear-based beliefs.
However, many people (to include myself) have successfully accomplished improving our lives, so it’s absolutely doable.
REMEMBER…BELIEFS ARE VERY POWERFUL, so why not LET GO of old, fear-based beliefs, to include poverty consciousness related beliefs (aka poor people’s mentality).
Why not create NEW BELIEFS that are HIGHLY BENEFICIAL, to include Prosperity Consciousness related beliefs—Being Wealth within FIRST AND FOREMOST, and then attracting various forms and non-forms of uplifting abundance from outer world.
Example: Saying, FEELING (very important), and BELIEVING (also very important) positive self-talk such as, “I AM Worthy of quality food and drinks in my life.”
Because, if we don’t believe we deserve better in Life, then we can’t expect others to treat us better.
The practice of Unconditionally Loving ourselves—to include self-awareness, self-compassion, self-respect and developing and maintaining healthy boundaries—will fill or refill our inner cup/heart.
And only then can this pure version unconditional love effortlessly overflow to so-called others/interconnected Life within this world and beyond.
We cannot give to others what we don’t believe we have from within.
Even when it comes to Korean soju (similar to vodka), SO MANY Koreans often drink this, and MANY are even alcoholics; and this way of living has been accepted by the collective society as the norm.
However, this TOXIC way of Life does much more harm than being beneficial.
Rather than processing stress, broken hearts, childhood and adult traumas, Life’s challenges, and other psychological (mental and emotional) inner world conflicts, in healthy ways (via many deep healing, metaphysical methods), many have been conditioned by society to continue suppressing them via non-beneficial drinks and foods (aka emotional eating).
But doing so doesn’t make them go away. Instead, these unresolved fear-based experiences, thoughts, beliefs, and emotions end up stewing inside and causing all kinds of problems on all levels—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
26 years ago, one of my Korean cousins (who was in high school) drank three bottles of soju and jumped off a 10 story building, where she busted her head open and passed away. I shared this story in detail within this blog, and since then, had multiple dreams of her.
Fortunately, the very last one was positive rather than the usual negative, and I was so grateful that I got to see a happy, childhood version of her when she was around five years old or so. I fully trusted that ALL IS WELL with her.
I hope that the Korean people—as well as all other citizens (interconnected Souls) of this world—will one day realize that they deserve MUCH BETTER that what they’ve been sold by those who have manipulated and/or controlled, and have taken away their inner power.
It’s TIME to RECLAIM our INNER POWER—integrated Heart/Mind power, with Heart leading Mind/Goddess essence leading God essence.
And the more Souls awaken to who we truly and fully are,–-our Full-Potential, Multidimensional, WHOLE self/Self—the more we will choose to live a Heaven on Earth, and the more this courageous and BOLD individual and Collective choice will HIGHLY BENEFIT humanity and beyond.

I strongly sense that if humanity continues to only focus on the physical world (without waking up to the Divine within), to include various addictions—i.e., unhealthy and addictive food, drinks, alcohol, nicotine, technology, social media, video games, self-sabotage, drugs (legal and illegal), sex (without unconditional love), fear-based lifestyle, negative environments, abusive relationships, etc.—then we should not be shocked if we repeat the downfalls of human history.
