In the previous post, “Embracing & Integrating the Powerful DARK/UNKNOWN Side of WHOLE Self,” I shared a few examples of experiencing accelerated ascensions symptoms, that stems from the powerful Cosmic energies (to include the moon and sun energies) that we’re all impacted by on all energetic levels—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—expanding our individual and Collective Consciousness (whether you believe it or not).
And I’m continuing to learn that we can discover (and share within one another) how to gracefully transition through these challenging times of inevitable Soul growth, or we can painfully suffer with much resistance and stubbornness—kicking and screaming along the way (which I’ve done plenty of times, but getting better at doing less of this, as well as BOUNCING BACK each time).

WOW, this heavenly, high vibrational frequency music truly is transmuting/magical/miraculous. I had intense, lower back ache this morning—that hasn’t happened in a long time (though it used to be recurring)—and this video from the supportive Universe showed up in my YouTube homepage in Divine perfect timing and order.
As soon as I saw it, I intuitively recognized the generous gift and started playing it; and within 5 minutes or so, my back pain went away (and I don’t recall that ever happening before, and I’ve listened to other types of healing music).
The visual effect of the human body is beautiful and mesmerizing; and it reminded me of a vivid dream I had back in 2001 (over 2 decades ago), of seeing into a human body that appeared to have a glowing skeleton. [“Dreams of Jesus“ under “Initiation” of category page “AM I : I AM“]
The various parts of this body glowing within this video, informed me that this can help us to actually VISUALIZE our bodies deeply healing with high vibrational frequencies, to include the Golden Ray/Light Frequency of the integrated Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies—aka Unconditional Love & Light Frequencies/Dark (Unknown) & Light (Known)/Moon & Sun/Water & Fire/Spirit & Soul/Goddess & God/Higher Heart & Higher Mind/Yin & Yang/etc.

By the way, I used to avoid like the plague video titles that included the word, “DESTROY” in them (like the one above). Lol
It used to TRIGGER me because I didn’t like the idea of destroying anything in Life.
This also explains why it used to bother me so much when certain spiritual teachers would preach things like, “Kill the ego!” which didn’t seem to stem from Unconditional Love.
