I’d like to share with you some of the following quotes that have helped me to look deeper within myself, to include:
- the shadow aspects of me that I have often ignored, suppressed, repressed, judged, denied, criticized, hated and/or rejected throughout my life due to the negative labels placed on them by society, and not wanting to be any part of it (e.g., being judgmental, resentful, angry, imperfect, vengeful, fearful, doubtful, depressed, a perfectionist, etc.)
- the light aspects of me that I never knew existed within me, or that I couldn’t believe that they existed in me due to my past low self-esteem, self-image, self-worth, self-acceptance and self-belief
I learned that when I continue to hold onto negative feelings and belief systems that no longer serve me, they continue to hold me back from expanding, and they show up in my reality, reflecting the inner me onto my outer surrounding. So when I see others in my reality who are negative, gossipy, lazy, dishonest, two-faced, etc…
I can either judge them (believing that I’m better/superior than them in some way), OR I can understand that they are me and I am them, and that I’m projecting some of my hidden shadow aspects of me and Be more understanding, empathetic, compassionate, forgiving, and loving of myself and others, and get to the root of why they may be behaving that way, which in turn may help me to better understand why I may behave that way as well.
When I notice that I’m in a so-called negative situation, I can choose to change my perspective about it…accept it, embrace it and thank it for helping me to grow from it…to make me stronger and wiser. I AM creating my own reality, and I AM defining what shows up in my reality. I AM solely responsible. I choose not to blame others for my life happenings.
One of my favorite prayers that I like to say is, “Thank you God for Being with me and through me so that others may see you in me, and thank you for helping me to see others through the eyes of God.”
The more I accept the ALL of me and others, as well as unconditionally love myself and others, the more I accept and unconditionally love All That Is/God/Goddess/Spirit.
The more I enjoy and appreciate the Moment of Now, and focus on Being rather than just doing, I AM aligned with Source, and I can sing, dance, create, and flow to the beautiful music of Life.
The next thing you know, I AM surrounded by loving people, a peaceful atmosphere, joyful situations, synchronicities, miracles and abundance (like Bashar states, something like, “Abundance is everything I have in the moment of now to do whatever I need to do in the moment of now”).
“Some people want to see God with their eyes as they see a cow, and to love Him as they love their cow – for the milk and cheese and profit it brings them. This is how it is with people who love God for the sake of outward wealth or inward comfort. They do not rightly love God, when they love Him for their own advantage. Indeed, I tell you the truth, any object you have in your mind, however good, will be a barrier between you and the inmost Truth.”
–Meister Eckhart 1260-1327″

“I AM in the challenging process of remembering to love God unconditionally by loving myself and others unconditionally…since We Are All One.” Bobbie, March 30, 2013
“The eye through which I see God is the same eye through which God sees me; my eye and God’s eye are one eye, one seeing, one knowing, one love.”
Meister Eckhart
The following quotes are from “Eckhart’s Eye” by Richard Woods which helped me to better understand the famous quote above:
It is like the ecstasy of lovers gazing into each others’ eyes, oblivious of anything except their love. True intercourse means forgetting any distinction between “your” joy and “my” joy, or love, or being, or presence, or anything else. Such awareness expands even beyond any awareness of “our” into an unimaginable and ineffable dimension of one-ness, what in Hindu teaching is called Sat-chit-ananda — “being-awareness-bliss…
What I think of as I is an eye with which I experience the multitudinous diversity of consciousness from the point of view called “me.” We are all the eyes of consciousness, the sensory organs of “God,” seeing the world — which is the variety of manifestations in three dimensions of multidimensional consciousness. We are consciousness experiencing consciousness experiencing consciousness.
My act of meditation is a choice to pass beyond the little self of ego (that’s going to die in a matter of years anyway) and to remember — and thereby experience and become — the “spark” of consciousness that is what I really am (and that will one day wake up from my individual life to become all life). Then I can say “Yes” to life , say “It’s great just the way it is” — in spite of suffering and disappointment and death — and wish happiness for all beings, judging no one, wishing harm on no one. And that, I think, is the purpose of meditation — and, indeed, of all religious activity.”

From Jesus:
“Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
(Matthew 6.31-34 ESV)

“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel’s will save it.
For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?”
(Mark 8.34-36 ESV)
“You know that those who are considered rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all.
For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
(Mark 10.42-45 ESV)

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’
Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'”
(Matthew 25.35-40 ESV)
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye?
You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye”
(Matthew 7.1-5 ESV)
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you”
(Matthew 5.43-45 ESV)
“So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.”
(Matthew 7.12 ESV)
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
“Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
(Matthew 5.3-12 ESV)
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”
(Matthew 22.37-40 ESV)
(Quotes from: BIBLE-GUIDE-ONLINE)
“When I judge, neglect, reject, and/or hate myself or others, I judge, reject, and/or hate an aspect of God, since God is All That Is. When I understand, have compassion for, forgive, accept, and unconditionally love myself and others, I understand, have compassion for, forgive, accept, and unconditionally love the ALL of God.” Bobbie, March 30, 2013
“Today, humans try to understand the spiral with a rational mind. But it was never thinking that connected us to the spiral of life. We have always been connected. Thinking is what’s been keeping us in the illusion of separateness. Within our own identities, thinking IS the creation of separateness…the experience of limitation. The more we are aligned with thought, the more removed we become from the Source. Ancient cultures that were less thought-oriented aligned themselves with the spiral in a more direct and personal way than we do today.”

“Thinking, acting and doing must be brought into balance with Being; after all, we are human Beings, not human Doings.”
“Circumstances don’t matter, only my state of consciousness matters.”
“The way to rise above the suffering of the physical realm…is to totally embrace it…to say “yes” to it, so it becomes something within you, rather than you be something within it. How does one live in such a way that consciousness is no longer in conflict with content? How does one empty the heart of petty ambitions? There must be a total revolution in consciousness, a radical shift in orientation, from the outer world to the inner. It is not a revolution that’s brought about by will or effort alone, but also by surrender…acceptance of reality as it is.”
The image of Christ open heart powerfully conveys the idea that one must open to all pain, one must accept all, if one is to remain open to the evolutionary Source. This doesn’t mean you become a masochist; you don’t look for pain. But when pain comes, which it inevitably does, you simply accept reality as it is, instead of craving some other reality.”
“…it was through the heart that the Divine spoke…”
“When you connect the inner world with the outer world…then All Is One.”
“One must become adept at adapting…suffering exists only because we get attached to a particular form.”
“In order to open your heart, you must open yourself to change, live in the seemingly solid world…dance with it, engage with it, live fully, love fully; but yet, know that it is impermanent, and that ultimately all forms dissolve and change. Bliss is the energy that responds to stillness. It comes from emptying consciousness of all content. The content of this bliss energy born of stillness IS consciousness, a new consciousness of the heart…a consciousness that is connected to All That Is.

warm greetings Bobbie, seems like the words just wanted to be abbreviated into a different energy. As my Sedona friend Jamye Price was telling me it’s like creating a shortcut, that takes effort initially but new (dare I say quantum) momentum is being created. The H.O.P.E. chests I make are like that too. Humans’ Openhearted Peace-full Earth – with a little language/effort a lot has been expressed, often in unseen ways. my new acronym is S.T.A.T,I.C. which stands for Spontaneous Transformational Awakening Together Inspiring Innate Compassionate Co-creation, an energy to help others realize their own innate nature. love and light, ann

Ann, thank you for sharing such unique and interesting words. Did you create iaowati and myfoilima as well? I feel like I’m learning a beautiful, foreign language. You’re a shining star lady! Have a great weekend! 😉
Ann Metcalfe says
thank you bobbie, and blessings to you and yours as well.
I have another one, iaowati – ioa – long vowel for each vowel, wa, tee, I am one with all that is, and, myfoilima – my – foy – lee-ma – my family (of God and the Universe) of infinite love in me always – when I’m feeling out of sorts, or needing some extra support. Enjoy, with love . ann

Ann, I said “ailaifiaatia” out loud to myself a few times, and you’re right, I love the sound as well. =) Thank you for sharing that with me! Have a great weekend lovely lady! 😉

warm greetings Bobbie
thanks for the lovely response.
the ailaifiaatia you won’t find anywhere as it a group of words I put together during a few of my morning pages writing. I love the sound energy of the syllables that the letters make and it helps when I sometimes get in a stuck place: all is love, all is flow, I Am All that I Am. blessings of love and light

Hello Jonathan…long time no chat.
I bet your Africa voyage was an amazing experience. I hope you continue to enjoy many adventures. You definitely deserve many blessings. ^_^
I’ve been out of the Facebook, WordPress and Twitter world for a while now. It’s only recently that I’ve been slowly interacting with others. I’ve been working on my inner spirituality…remembering to fully forgive, accept, and love myself unconditionally so that I may also fully forgive, accept and love others unconditionally as well, and expanding my consciousness so that I may be of better service to myself and humanity.
Thank you for consistently uplifting humanity with your honest and loving words, heart-warming stories, and your willingness to be vulnerable. You will always have a special place in my heart, my soul brother, for comforting me during my darkest hours.
Have a great day! 😉

Warm greetings to you as well Ann ^_^
Yesterday evening, I typed up a reply to your message, and somehow I pressed some key that completely deleted the message. When this happened the second time, I became frustrated because I couldn’t figure out what I was pressing that caused this. I then realized that there was a reason why this was happening, and that I should just let it go, since it was lowering my vibration. Like NDW said, “What you resist…persists.”
Later that night, while lying in bed, it dawned on me that I should read more about ‘Rainbow Beings’ that you had mentioned in your message. This morning, I did, and I was grateful for that. Thank you Ann, for not only sharing your moving experience and kind words with me, but also guiding me to more wisdom and love.
I believe that you are a wonderful part of the positive synchronicities that I’ve been experiencing lately…blessings/inspirations/gifts. I am happy for you that you, too, are focusing on being in the space of neutrality, and letting go of judgments of yourself and others (which I agree is challenging). I have no doubt that you will reach Being a Master (if you haven’t already) since you have this deep desire and willpower in your loving heart.
You mentioned ‘Adironnda’ and “ailaifiaatia,’ both of which I had to look up. I found a website for Adironnda, a spiritual healer, but I couldn’t find the second word.
Thank you for sharing You Ann. I haven’t seen a rainbow in a while…but you’re the one. Have a great day! I wish you and your loved ones many blessings from this magnificent universe 😉

warm greetings Bobbie,
I found your site this morning by following my inner guidance to connect with the Rainbow Beings that Gaia has created for her healing, and ultimately ours – clicked on the 2nd image that I “felt” called to and found your site! Much of what you are expressing feels similar to my own journey and the work (plerking-play and work = Adironnda) of Being More, and I thank you for sharing you with others. Being in the space of neutrality and letting go of judgements of myself and others is challenging and one of the several attributes of being a Master that I am focusing on at the moment. Thank you for the many quotes, I have picked up a couple here for me to reflect on. One of my reflections with Peggy Phoenix Debro is …in honour of my partner the Universe and in honour and care of myself I choose to live in the presence of my infinite self and express in the energy of infinite love, to be in authentic alignment with my divine being…in peace and joy I remember I am..what you are expressing here. ailaifiaatia all is love all is flow I am All that I am
and thank you for the tip on honouring the source of the images

Hello Anitra,
Thank you so much for sharing your kind thoughts with me about my blog. You made my day. I didn’t think my blog mattered to anyone else lately. I really appreciate your generosity and loving heart.
When I started my blog, I didn’t know any better, and just posted pics I found on Google without mentioning where I got it from. However, thanks to one of the bloggers I follow, I learned through her blog to do so. Ever since then, I started mentioning, “Note: Image on the right (or left) by…” near the image. I would just Google the key word or phrase that matched my thoughts and feelings, and then go to ‘Images’ to find a picture that would help me to better express myself. I hope that helps. Have a great day! I wish you and your son many blessings from our magnificent universe. ^_^
