I woke up this morning with an intense headache, mostly on the top of my head. I googled “ascension energies september 2018,” and was drawn to the reading/link below; the following is an excerpt (there is a link within this reading for additional details about levels):

Once I started this post, and simply followed my inner guidance from there, I was led to a series of Divine synchronicity (as usual), and my headache went away.
I also drank a mug of Yogi Honey Lavender Stress Relief tea (two bags)—with two squirts of organic, Wholesome Raw Blue Agave—so I trust that it helped as well.
Side Note: Though I enjoy several of the Yogi teas, I’ve learned that I don’t resonate with all of the little tags of spiritual messages attached to the tea bags, since some of the teachings are old and outdated. So I just use discernment, and only collect those that highly resonate with me as reminders.
The headache was replaced with an unusual sensation that still feels somewhat numb and slightly heavy on top and towards the back.
I can also hear a very subtle, high-pitched frequency within my head which strangely feels like clarity. I hear various tones within one or both of my ears at times, but this sounds like its in my head.
I felt like choosing an oracle card after copying and pasting the above excerpt, and sure enough, I chose the card titled Devotion, which is ultimately a reminder to commune with Spirit within Heart space, which matches “Energy Focus: Fully In Sync with Spirit” (from above excerpt).
I’m going to spend some quality time with Spirit within and meditate while feeling my so-called lower and higher heart chakra areas.
Though I’ve been feeling really down lately, and not interested in Life in general, I just did my best to follow the breadcrumbs of joy—even to the tiniest degree, to include:
- watching or reading whatever I feel slightly drawn to at whatever moment
- eating whatever I feel like my body needs (without judging self and what I eat)
- accepting self being jobless (and not desiring to ever work a 9 to 5 job again); see post, “Finally Embracing the ‘Systems Buster’ Aspect of Self Reminded by the Pleiadians” for insights
- not being concerned with my husband’s attempt to pressure me (once) to get another 9 to 5 job
- not being concerned with how I can fit into this world
- not being concerned with what others suggest I Be or don’t be, do or don’t do
sun-gazing (I sun-gazed yesterday afternoon, for the longest time since I’ve moved to Flagstaff, just because I felt like it. I’ve been sun-gazing for years in San Antonio and Helotes, Texas for brief amounts of time, and even during an eclipse in 2017, which general society warned against due to going blind. When I first moved to Flagstaff, sun-gazing was challenging due to the very high elevation of 7000 feet and intense sunlight; however, the more I practiced, while following my inner guidance (only doing so whenever I felt like it), I became comfortable sun-gazing at much brighter light, even enjoying a light pink aura around it most of the time, which reminded me of Arcturus;- taking naps whenever my body signals being tired or exhausted
- reminding myself to Be neutral—to Be in this world, but not of it—by not becoming lost within this physical world’s contrast/duality/polarity of the so-called good and bad, right and wrong, light and dark, etc.

Side Note: My first experience with channelings from the Arcturians was from the book, We, The Arcturians by by Dr Norma J Milanovich (Author), Betty Rice (Contributor), and Cynthia Ploski (Contributor).
Although I highly resonate with much of their teachings, I realized that I didn’t fully resonate with certain expressions, and I took into consideration the factor that everyone has their own filters; hence, any message(s) from various extensions of Source (Soul/Spirit within) can be diluted to whatever degree.
Within the book, the energies of the Arcturians (and their lifestyle) felt more masculine, and understandably so since Arcturus is like the Yang to our Earth’s Yin, according to them. In addition, I didn’t resonate with the mention that starseeds would eventually be rescued (which seems disempowering).
Since then, I’ve been open to other versions (IF they resonated with me), and I came upon the Arcturian channelings of Dr. Suzanne Lie (author of reading below) a while back. Although I highly resonate with much of their teachings, I realized that I didn’t resonate with the frequent mention of Mother Earth basically needing to be rescued.
I trust that Mother Earth, as a planet and as Gaia Consciousness, has Her own inner power, and if She really wanted to, she could wipe out humanity from the inside out at a rapid pace. And when we basically state that She’s in need of rescuing, that is disempowering to Her as well since that’s implying that’s She’s a victim.
So, when it comes to any outer information—whether a person, reading or video—I always remind myself to follow my inner guidance first and foremost (to the best of my ability), and only take in what highly resonates with me, and discard whatever doesn’t feel right. So let’s trust ourselves.
The following are non-consecutive and consecutive excerpts from the long, yet, helpful reading, “About The Seventh Chakra” BY SUZANNE LIE ON 2-22-16 (222 often reminds me of support, encouragement, courage, inner-strength, and more that stems from Unconditional Love from within; I also noticed 2:22 pm right after publishing this post), along with my notes within the brackets:
NOTES AND MANTRA: The musical note for this chakra is B and the Mantra is “aum” or “ee” as in bee. [After I read this, I paid closer attention to what sound I was hearing, that seem to come from within my head (as mentioned above), and sure enough, it sounds like “ee” as in bee.]
[…] The opening of the crown chakra expands our perception into the fifth dimension where there are NO polarities [This explains why I am the way I am lately]. Therefore, there are many paradoxes associated with this chakra as it represents the “end of all paradox”. As we travel through the higher dimensions, it is important that we release all judgments associated with the polarities of light and dark. We must instead consult our own inner knowing and higher consciousness to navigate us through our inner worlds. Eventually, we will all be aware of our fifth dimensional selves; they know no judgment and hold no fear. For what is judgment, if not a form of fear?
[…] Until we reach the fifth dimension we can “work” towards enlightenment, but from the fifth dimension on, we must simply “BE”. “Doing” is not important then [which is how I’ve been feeling towards all that I’m supposed to be doing]; consciousness alone is important. And finally, in the sixth and seventh dimensions even consciousness is not important as there is only the “Isness”, the “Nowness” and the “Hereness.”
To experience the worlds beyond the lower fifth dimension, we must release ALL desire, even for “good” or “right,” for there is no polarity [This explains why I’ve had a lack or absence of desire lately in all areas of my life, though I highly resonate with with Teal Swan’s teachings that desire expands our consciousness ]. Therefore, there is no good or bad, right or wrong. To travel the higher dimensions, an empty mind is needed, a mind that is not longing for anything, not waiting for anything, even Truth or enlightenment. This “empty mind” just IS [perhaps the seemingly numb, yet, clear, feeling I shared above relates to this]. It is without longing, without desire, and without wish. Then, suddenly, you are there, and even the cosmos is gone.
PERSONAL TIME LINE: The crown chakra represents the stage in our life when we are SELF-realized [I’m not sure about this yet, though I do feel strange]. We no longer need the polarities of male or female, human or divine. We understand that this physical reality is but one small segment of our total SELF, and we realize that we chose to incarnate during this space and time to fulfill our Mission, our reason for embodiment.
Riches and adulation from others is no longer a driving force because we know that completion of our mission may or may not be recognized on the physical plane [“Riches and adulation from others” has not been “a driving force” for almost a decade, since I hardly get traffic for this blog (and a previous blog bobbieslife), and I’ve only received a total of $9.99 (sacred # 999 = The Holy Spirit/Divine Mother Goddess) in donation money since I started this blog]. We also know that when we stay attuned to our inner guidance, our ego’s needs and fears will be balanced with love, and all will be revealed to us within the proper Time.
This detachment does not mean that we are disassociated from our human self [I bolded this sentence]. So long as we wear a physical form, there is a portion of us that remains limited to the rules of the third dimension and separated from our total SELF. However, when the crown chakra is open and our Third Eye is functioning, we can view our reality from the perspective of our Higher Self. Then we can give our often struggling human self the unconditional love, acceptance and forgiveness that is ALWAYS needed and deserved [Yes, my human self has been struggling enough, to the point where I woke up in the middle of the night (within a month or so) shouting, “살려줘!!!” in Korean, which means, “Help me!!!” (as my husband was approaching me in this dream). I rarely dream of speaking Korean, though I can, so I wondered what aspect of Multidimensional Self chose Korean, and why. I then received an insight that it was my inner-child. My first language is Korean since my Korean grandmother raised me from six months to three years old (after my bio father suddenly abandoned my mother and I). I was introduced to English when my American father married my mother and adopted me when I was three years old. In addition, I spoke mostly Korean at home with my mother throughout childhood—or at my grandmother’s house with my cousins, grandmother, and uncle during summer and winter breaks—because my adoptive father was hardly around (due to going on “business trips” with his mistress). It made me deeply sad that I’ve felt so powerless to fully help my inner-child for the longest time, though I’ve been doing whatever I can, to the best of my ability, to include inner child work and shadow work. During meditation with Spirit within, I will also imagine going back in time, and visualize expressing unconditional love to my inner-child in various ways. I’ve done this several times before, but it doesn’t hurt to do so whenever we feel like it. In addition, just as my so-called past/present/future version(s) of Multidimensional Self—aka Higher Self, Spirit Guides, Angels, Guardian Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Animal Spirit Guides, Elemental Realm, Galactic and Universal Families, Ancient Anscestors (like the Atlanteans and Lemurians), etc., ultimately Source (Soul/Spirit within)—are currently assisting my current version of physical human self… I, too, can assist my younger child self (as further evolved self).]
In this stage of our life, we realize that the third dimension is a hologram of our own illusions set forth so that we can learn and grow. We are aware that the third dimension is now collapsing into the fourth and then the fifth dimension and we are active in the facilitation of this process. In fact, it is likely that we are now in the fourth dimension. How this changes our experience of “life” is for each of us to discover and, hopefully, share with others.
As we each awaken, it is our responsibility to assist in awakening others in the manner that our Soul directs. In this way, the planetary ascension can proceed. We are all One, and every time we help another we help ourselves. Paradoxically, every time we help ourselves, we help others.
SOCIAL TIME LINE: When enough of our Earth’s population opens their crown chakra and activates their Third Eye, Earth’s collective consciousness will reach the fifth dimension. We then will become a Galactic Civilization with full awareness of the life forms on other dimensions, planets, and worlds. We will no longer need to wage war against each other, as we will realize that we are the United Peoples of Earth. We are one family, not only on our planet, but also in our solar system, our galaxy, and beyond. […]
ENDOCRINE GLAND: The crown chakra is ruled by the pineal gland […] The pineal gland is also the primary link between our Soul and our brain. It is, therefore, our gateway to multidimensional awareness. Science and metaphysics agree that the pineal gland functions as a regulator of light and that it also plays a role in our reproductive cycle […]
In other words, when there is less light, the pineal gland produces more melatonin, and when there is more light, it produces less melatonin. This keeps us awake and functioning in the daylight and facilitates our sleep at night […]
Metaphysics teaches us that the pineal gland transduces Cosmic Light down from our fourth dimensional bodies into our physical vessel so that we can “download” it into our third dimensional consciousness [I trust that sun-gazing yesterday (mentioned above) contributed to the intense headache. In the past, I often experienced intense, inner-body vibrations shortly after sun-gazing, after returning from the Red Rock Crossing/Cathedral Rock Vortex in Sedona last year, and other times (stories shared within this blog). I also experienced an intense headache after returning from Bell Rock in Sedona (story also shared within this blog). Also see related post, “My Extraordinary Crown Chakra Experience” (Higher Self).]. The pineal gland rules our biorhythms of feeling high/light and feeling low/dark.
Because we live in the “land of polarities, the crown chakra and its pineal gland is needed to blend the darkness of the Great Void with the Cosmic Light in order to integrate the entire spectrum of the constantly streaming, higher dimensions into our physical reality. Once the pineal gland has “downloaded” this energy, our pituitary gland can instruct the other endocrine glands to assist us in raising the vibrational patterns of our physical form. […]
CLEAR: When this chakra is clear we can receive cosmic energy to initiate the development of our Galactic Consciousness. In this state of consciousness we can perceive the Cosmic Love and the All-Knowing of our fifth dimensional SELF. This re- awakens our ability to perceive the patterns of cause and effect, as well, and the light matrixes that create the illusions of our holographic physical reality [I wonder how many beings on this planet can relate to this last sentence]. This skill, however, is usually not remembered until we are able to release at least 51% of our programmed core beliefs in limitation and separation. The Path to Illumination is paved with patience, so we must be patient with ourselves regarding this issue [All this makes it seem damn near impossible to have a clear crown chakra, and that one is not enough at the present moment. Let’s give ourselves a freaking break by not having such seemingly out of reach expectations. Let’s have compassion for ourselves since life challenges in this world is more than enough.].
UNCLEAR: Depression, a feeling of confinement, closed-mindedness, intense worry and anxiety, cerebral tumors, cranial pressure, headaches and migraines, mental disorders, scalp problems, and sleep disorders can result from an unclear seventh chakra. There can also be a fear of religion or spirituality, frustration and unrealized power, little joy in life, fearfulness of things that cannot be understood with the physical senses, and even schizophrenia. [Though non-judgment is often emphasized within Suzanne’s teachings, there are still judgments made about so-called “negative” emotions and seemingly unpleasant ascension symptoms, as if to imply that something is wrong with a person having such experiences. There are other teachings of expanding consciousness that don’t instill fear into the hearts of those who are doing their best to heal, transform, and spiritually evolve; but rather, comfort them with the bigger picture (that ultimately, nothing is wrong with us at any given moment).]
When someone’s crown chakra is blocked, a very unpleasant muddy, dark curry color taints their crown chakra and their entire aura. When communicating with them, we may experience a tingling and prickling sensation in our crown, and we may feel a warning that psychic protection is needed [This type of teaching is what causes separation between people (part of separation consciousness)—the “I need protection from that unstable, unbalanced, or dangerous person” mentality. When we come from a place of unity consciousness, then ultimately, there is no other, and if the other is negative, then that negative aspect within us is desperately trying to get our attention in order to be embraced and integrated into our whole Self. When I used to work at this crystal store in Sedona, one of the managers used to tell customers how certain aura colors were bad, and the colors of her aura were basically “all that and a bag of chips”; but yet, her habitual words, behavior and actions didn’t exactly stem from unconditional love.] […]
TOGETHER we will each discover our own personal puzzle piece, and then connect it to the whole. Then, as a planet, and as a species, we can create Heaven on Earth [I agree].
