Hey Vic, don’t know if you’ll have time to read this message, but just sharing in case it’s helpful in supporting what you energetically and strongly sensed; hence, the title of your newsletter email today.

Thank you for sharing an additional confirmation so that I can be more aware that these POWERFUL high, Cosmic frequencies (from within and without) are also affecting more of the Collective Consciousness (in a highly beneficial way/blessings in disguise).

Below is from my journal to keep track of major changes that I had a heads up about via various forms of this particular series of Divine synchronicity (especially messages from angel numbers/aka activation codes/truth codes/etc., that I read while following my inner guidance/Heart/intuition FIRST AND FORESMOST, only taking onboard what FEELS light/true to my Heart, and disregarding the rest.

Earlier today (1/2/2022, Sun), immediately after a very soul-igniting, exciting, uplifting, and deeply heartfelt phone conversation with an old friend, who’s also an empath and a massage therapist (11:22 am – 12:34 pm), I’m still feeling INTENSE “flu”-like body aches/aka Light symptoms (and it’s almost 5:00 pm).

I shared a positive perspective with my friend—i.e., that one of the factors can be ascension symptoms (a positive way of perceiving such uncomfortable experiences), that can lead to noticing, recognizing, acknowledging, embracing, integrating & deep healing more and more NUETRAL aspects of WHOLE self/Self—since her and her partner recently contracted COVID-19 on the east coast, experiences various synptoms (to include not being able to smell of taste at arious degrees), and felt depressed about it for a while (which is completely understandable).

Plus, my husband’s been very sick, (the worst I’ve ever seen him in 16 years), in bed ALL day with fever and severe body aches on 12/31/2021 (Fri), and for half a day yesterday in bed on 1/1/2022 (Sat), though today, 1/2nd (Sun), he felt fine and went to the pub to watch his weekly footearball game. Granted, he’s also been taking Tylenol, so I shared with him that he could be temporarily suppressing the symptoms, which doesn’t make them go away.

I haven’t experienced this level of body aches in a long time within a little over a decade. Just saw title of Victor’s newsletter email today titled, “The Acceleration of 2022 – (do you feel this?); hence sharing this experience.

I realize that COVID-19 can be one of the factors, though my husband and I chose to be vaccinated this summer so that I can visit my first grandbaby without making my adult daughter and her husband uncomfortable (they have different beliefs).

And I chose to TRUST Spirit within (the most powerful), and have an empowering belief that I’d rather risk the chance of possibly being negatively affected or die from some vaccine, than never be able to hold and share unconditional love with my precious and beautiful granddaughter.

And I intend to get a rapid covid test should my physical body become worse—to include noticing unusual symptoms that haven’t been related to any ascensions symptoms thus far (like not being able to smell and taste).

But I’ve been experiencing, for over a decade, sporadic, ascension symptoms, to include accelerated ones, without the need to take medication (and that dissipate soon, often hours to days), though I have no problem doing so if it becomes unbearable and I can’t sleep for a long period (I think I did so once).

At least a few times within a decade, I had an INTENSE, inner ear ache—which can become unbearable quickly, and cause us to not be able to function in our daily lives—and I thanked Archangel Raphael (Hebrew name meaning God heals) and the Arcturians (our Celestial, highly evolved on all levels E.T. Soul Families) since they are known for their advanced technologic healing methods.

And sure enough, the pain went away within a day, to even minutes one day; just thanked them now. I forget sometimes all the various assistance that we have available to us.

Granted, I noticed that body aches have a tendency to last longer, though I don’t know why; perhaps it’s due to more denser energies at the cellular level needing to be transmuted.

Anyhoo, despite feeling like MEGA LOAD of doo, I often do my best to shift and then maintain a positive perspective, similar to feeling achy after a physical workout (which I haven’t done in a while), and then feeling excited that it’s going to highly benefit all energetic levels of WHOLE self/Self—mental, emotional, physical and spiritual—-to include toning your body, and making you stronger, and healthier.

I have a thick, winter robe on over my long sleeve clothes since THAT’S how cold and super achy I feel, despite the temperature in our aparetment being 78 degrees; and my forehead’s starting feel very warm.

I thanked ALL aspects and extentions of full-potential, Multidimensional, WHOLE self (physical selves, to include human and E.T.)/SELF/Higher Self/Source/I AM: I (Higher Mind/God/SoulLight Frequency/other DIvine Masculine energies) AM (Higher Heart/Goddess/Spirit/Unconditioanl Love Frequency/other DIvine Feminine energies) Presence, to include all of my energy bodies within for an amazing transformation.

I’m gonna go share this as a post (in case it helps others), and continue to drink lots of purified water, and then lay down soon. I’m not even hungry though haven’t eaten all day (and neither was my husband when he was in bed for a day and a half).

[UPDATE: Adedd this evening, I at some calamari with tomato since since I usually have a hard time sleeping on an empty stomach. Also took organic, multi-vitamins, turmeric, and other beneficial, natural supplements. It’s almost 7:00 pm here in Sedona, AZ, and symptoms continuing to feel INTENSE, so I may take a Tylenol before bed]

I have no doubt that Amazing MAJOR CHANGES & TRANSFORMATIONS are happening FOR us for sure in the present/Multidimensional moments of NOW. Thank you so much Victor for everything.

The past two days has definitely been INTENSE to the MAX, so much so that I ended up taking two Tylenols, though I’ve been doing fine without any medicine within a decade or so.

And yesterday, a family friend (my ex/first husband’s wife) texted me, stating that she read my post, and shared her and her family’s recent experiences of INTENSE body aches, super queziness, and/or stomach aches that lasted from a day through even a few days prior to the New Moon.

This makes sense since there are many (who are sensitive to energies, to include myself) that experience the various phase Moon energies a few days before and/or after.

Granted, they ate at a Chinese buffet, and had these symptoms soon after, so that could’ve been a factor as well.

This morning, I feel better, though not 100%, so I did a quick search out of curiosity, and the following is an excerpt from the reading, “How Every Zodiac Sign Will Feel the Intensity of the Jan. 2 New Moon in Capricorn“ that blew my mind when I looked at the time of this New Moon that matched soon after I suddenly felt INTENSE energies on 1/2/2022 (New Moon day), mentioned above:
