I shared the following comment for the eye-opening video, “The Pain Principle – Teal Swan –“:
The container that is my pain self must be ginormous, since I’ve not only experienced much pain in this particular physical reality since childhood, but within many other earthly and otherworldly parallel and alternate past/present/future realities as well.
Often times, especially within this year, it’s been very challenging to live because I don’t look forward to waking up to this world or falling asleep into other similar worlds.

Recently, I even let go of placing crystals in my pillow at night, though in the past, 
certain (but not all) crystals have proven to be highly effective. Step 2 of the above video reminded me of a dream I recently recorded in post, “A Captivating Dream of a Flaming Energy Being I Called Enki.”
The following paragraph is related to this post that I shared within, “Negative Shadow Aspects of Self that Seem Damn Near Impossible to Accept” (as a recent update section):
So I wondered why I cried so much as a newborn; perhaps sinus issues that I still have to this day, very deep wounds of my soul from previous lifetimes, and/or the ultimate pain while in the physical world—which is the illusion of separation and even abandonment from Source.

I had a vivid dream this morning that I recorded in my dream journal. It contains a lot of details that are mostly reminders for self, so I won’t bother to share it here.
In a nutshell, I was in a small convenient store buying a popsicle that I enjoyed during childhood. When I was ready to pay, I handed the Korean lady what appeared to be translucent, light yellow coins (two of which were merged on one side, as if to create the infinity symbol).

The third coin had a three digit number on it. After looking up an angel number message from ANGEL NUMBERS – Joanne Sacred Scribes—a guidance tool that I use with discernment only when I feel like—I continued to follow my inner guidance and allowed the breadcrumbs of curiosity to lead me to what I needed to discover.

sacred number code 111 that I often see, and reminds me of Mother Goddess Hathor and ancient Lemurian ancestors.
And sure enough, I experienced, yet, another amazing series of Divine synchronicity which introduced me to ancient Egyptian artifacts, and then to Libyan Desert Glass (aka Libyan Gold Tektite), which I’ve never heard of or seen before, but intend to buy in Divine perfect timing and order only after seeing and feeling it in person.

I don’t resonate with about half the crystal stores in Sedona, and the main one in Flagstaff, due to how the managers and/or owners habitually treat their employees and customers.
Therefore, I will go to the one that I had a good first impression at upon visiting Sedona for the fist time the fall of last year, which is Stone Age Sedona.
The vibes of the male staff member, manager, and/or owner, and that place, seemed to radiate much peace, creativity, integrity, honesty, authenticity, wisdom, freedom, Light and Unconditional Love. Though I didn’t buy anything last time, I will next time and write them a positive review.
UPDATE 12/3/2018: I had an interesting experience at Stone Age Sedona today, which revealed conditional kindness, as well as the opposite of kindness. I will share a review comment shortly.

I was initially surprised that I hadn’t noticed the title of this video before, but as the famous saying goes (apparently not by Buddha, as some people claim), “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” I’ve experienced, at different phases of my life, feeling as though I have failed miserably at spirituality due to my life seemingly falling apart more and more as years goes by. However, this has not been more blatantly apparent than recently, where I felt so powerless to improve my life, and became utterly hopeless. When I realized that I lost more and more stuff of life that my ego self was so attached to (that didn’t 
highly resonate with Higher Self/Source/Soul/Spirit within)—certain family members, friends, career, higher formal education, cookie cutter house, 9 to 5 jobs, etc.—I started experiencing an inner-peace despite outer circumstances that seemed to show a lot of lack. As you mentioned Teal, it truly is liberating when we let go of expectations of who we should be, and/or what we should do, in order to be happy according to society’s definitions. Ultimately, there is no right or wrong or good or bad. I’m very grateful that you chose to be authentic and transparent, which takes a lot of inner-strength, courage, and character. Thank you.
