Dream Journal on September 25, 2024. Wednesday

As soon as I naturally started waking up this morning—and before opening my eyes—I noticed (in a semi-awake state) that I was standing in front of a glass door, within an evening or night environment.

The door slightly opened, and a small, gray, furry animal came inside; and intuitively and immediately, I sensed it was a gray cat.

Cats usually remind me of intuition— though there are other aspects of the Cat Spirit Guide— and the color gray often reminds me of neutrality.

A thought popped into my mind, that perhaps this was a reminder that the MOTHER GODDESS is NEUTRAL (like “The Thunder Perfect Mind” in this blog’s “AM I : I AM” category page).

Also, I sensed that S/HE was communicating to me, via my subconscious mind— since its language is known as images and emotions (which MERGED Heart/Mind FEELS via feelings)—that She had “ENTERED” and MERGED with my Soul, or “RE-ENTERED” my Soul with the…

Divine Gift of GRACE…

like the red wind had ENTERED me in a dream while I was roaming around within a desert during the day, back in 2001, shortly before joining the Army.

I experienced a lot of miracles after a week of spiritual dreams in 2001; and it just occurred to me that even this dream—that my (decade later found out MYSTIC), Korean neighbor in Okinawa confidently labeled it as Holy Spirit (later realized MOTHER GODDESS) after I shared)— contributed greatly to many MAGICAL, NEW experiences.

Though I had recognized this at times— I think I had often given The Divine Masculine God Self more credit for these miracles—but this seems to solidify it as a strong foundation of BOTH GOD & GODDESS.

According to certain dream interpretations, the house is symbolic of the Soul.

And if I recall correctly, the glass door is symbolic of the veil between physical and spiritual worlds. (next day UPDATE insights about this at bottom).

This vision just reminded me of a dream I had a while back, that also included a glass patio door and a cat (a PATTERN)who looked exactly like our pet cat Leo, an orange tabby.

In that dream, I was standing inside, right in front of the closed glass patio door, and looking out.

It was dark inside, and very sunny outside, and this patio lawn appeared pretty small.

Leo was sitting in front of me on the other side of the closed, glass door, with a facial expression that appeared somewhat sad.

Behind him, were three other beings who seemed to be having a blast playing.

One looked like an adult Black Panther—that I’ve dreamt of multiple times within 13+ years (especially soon after I left Army life—that was rolling around on the bright green grass lawn, seemingly playing with the water hose that was flowing.

I forgot what the second animal was—or maybe Leo was the second one (will check journal doc or post later)— but the third one was an otherworldly creature (that I also see in dream state at times).

It appeared to be a cross between a black peacock and a black Phoenix bird, with long, abundant feathers, and bigger than a peacock.

Strangely, it was running around, not in a frantic way, but in a joyful way, like in a cartoon.

I journaled about this—and then shared it as a blog post—and I will revisit the recording; and that’s pretty much what I recall from that vivid dream.

If there is a connection between these two dreams, like puzzle pieces, I trust that I will find out in Divine perfect timing and order.

I didn’t really think to look up anything, but while watching a recent new YouTube channel that I highly resonate with, ayandstood, for the video, “if you’re feeling lost, watch this”

(which I haven’t finished yet; UPDATE: finished watching VERY UNIQUE & HELPFUL video, see gratitude comment below)…

I became deeply emotional due to feeling grateful for this gift from Mother Goddess Self.

Though I had initially thought to myself that I didn’t feel lost (since I mostly felt peaceful)—but just wanted to check out the video— I now feel that perhaps there was a part of me that more than likely felt lost; hence, why I almost cried.

Also, I really appreciated the beginning part of this video that shared something I had never heard of before, which has been a pattern so far with this particular channel.

That so-called being lost is actually a sign that we are experiencing a deep state of CONSCIOUSNESS related to THE UNKNOWN / aka DARK ENERGY (majority of Universe/Multiverse/Omniverse/♾️) /MOTHER GODDESS /DIVINE FEMININE FREQUENCY,/UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Though this colonial / patriarchal world has been conditioning humanity that “only knowing” and “not being lost” is the highest way to be;

hence, the inaccurate, famous quote, “I think therefore I am,” that I had even sensed wasn’t true a while back (and more than likely shared this within this blog)—

I sense that it’s closer to “I FEEL therefore I Am,” or more like I AM, just AM, and even wordless.

I shared the message below for ayandastood’s video above (2 screenshots; wouldn’t upload a few times, so letting go):

While watching this video, I noticed something tiny and black, flying all up in my face.

It was very persistent, and I could feel myself becoming irritated, because I was being “interrupted.”.

So I paused the video, and communicated to this form of Spirit, wondering if it was a gnat, mosquito, or fruit fly.

After being reminded that Spirit SHOWS UP IN MANY DIFFERENT FORMS (AND NON-FORMS, I said in an inviting way, I SEE YOU, what message do you have for me?

[later reviewed and read new Gnat Spirit Guide messages online that I felt drawn to, and was also reminded of a license plate that I noticed years ago, within my previous apartment complex, that included “LUVGNAT,” a deeply heartfelt reminder from Spirit]

And sure enough, I immediately received a reminder to look up the gray cat symbolism, which I typed into an online search (after pausing the video I was watching).

By the way, as soon as I did a search online, it appeared that the tiny Spirit flew away,
but then briefly reappeared in front of my face, flying back-and-forth…

but not in an annoying way this time, but like a “see you later!” kind of way.

I was able to perceive the gnat and the situation from a NEUTRAL state this time—and NOT irritated nor excited about it—because I had SHIFTED my perspective.

I thanked gnat Spirit guide for the gifts. Thank you Beloved Self.

After typing this journal, I was curious, so I did additional searches for the cat spirit guide.

I came upon the poster right below, as well as a TikTok video about the spiritual meaning of gray cats that I felt drawn to, that provided additional, helpful puzzle pieces (screenshots further below; for whatever reason, I wasn’t able to find this video, not even within my YouTube history section, and even though I typed in the exact video title).

I also tuned into an additional insight that I didn’t realize while journaling.

In the past dream, the glass patio door looks like an invisible barrier between myself and one of my cats, Leo.

But within this morning’s vision, the gray cat walked through the slightly opened glass door.

So Spirit/Intuition Self, what wisdom can I receive from this related dream and vision?

Leo 🐈, a younger male tabby —whom my former husband and I adopted when he was a kitten (as a companion for our older female, black cat, Shadow 🐈‍⬛)— is super lovey-dovey, and often acts like a puppy more than a cat.

This includes often approaching us, and then immediately flipping onto his back— exposing his belly like a dog— requesting to be massaged, that he will take…

ALL DAY, EVERY DAY 😆..

Sometimes, he can be excessively needy, to the point where I communicated to him, “Dear child, I am NOT your full-time masseuse”…

since he had a habit of wanting to milk the pampering experience for an extended period of time (more than 15 minutes) multiple times a day…

even when he gets three or so fully present, first-class, pet spa-like, full-body massages and facials (rubbing of cheeks, that they love).

Both of our cats receive a lot of attention, petting, and full body massages throughout the day.

However COMMA sometimes, the sister could use a break, mostly with super needy Leo [next day insights at bottom regarding super needy aspect]...

Therefore, I have learned to even have stronger, healthy boundaries with Leo 🐈, which I had never thought of before (only applied to humans), which I have no doubt is one of his gifts 💝.

As I had shared in an open-mic comedy set once about pet dogs—that I further shared in a video—CATS are like Master Teachers.

And I’ve shared in blog posts related to the Cat Spirit Guide (to include about our two cats (and previously my former, first pet dog—they are great at Being Authentic.

They’ve been reminding me to increasingly embrace and integrate (ultimately neutral) aspects of WHOLE Self/self.

For example, they can be super lovey dovey or distant, deeply compassionate or uncaring, gentle or aggressive, vocal or silent, hyper or still, fearless or fearful, etc.

Shadow 🐈‍⬛ is the quieter and more independent cat—since she used to be a semi-feral/stray cat—similar to an introverted child who could easily become like wallpaper nobody notices.

Therefore, I have often reminded myself, and my former husband, to be cognizant of this, so that we don’t forget about her presence…

as well as her silent, often unexpressed needs and desires to be seen, heard, felt, touched, stimulated, pampered, and overall, unconditionally loved.

Plus, I shared that I had read a while back that when cats become sad or depressed, they have a tendency to remove themselves from others (which I can even relate to).

Therefore, we need to be cognizant of that as well.

While overseas, my now family friend has been doing a great job of taking care of them, to include taking them for evening walks in their large, pet stroller (that they love)…

that has five netted sides where they can look out and experience the view and smell fresh air.

They also have plenty of room to move around within the stroller.

In addition, sometimes he takes them of out of the stroller— with a comfortable body leash on— to allow them to explore within our community’s small and peaceful park (NOT dog park area).

So after journaling the above, perhaps the closed, glass patio door in the past dream— that was an invisible barrier between Leo and I— was symbolic of the healthy boundaries I needed to maintain with him.

However, the gray cat was able to come into the home— via a slightly opened door (regardless of who opened it)—because…

it may be symbolic of the balanced and harmonious, neutral aspect of the Cat Spirit Guide energies that is highly beneficial to integrate and habitually Be as WHOLE Self/self (like home symbolic of Soul).

Just as the above TikTok video shared above for the “Spiritual significance of being visited by gray cat.”

I just received another insight that even though I had realized that our pet cats, Shadow and Leo, had been MIRRORING various aspects of of WHOLE Self/self…

it didn’t occur to me until just now, that just as Shadow is introverted, Leo is extroverted…

just as Shadow is more independent, and Leo is super clingy dependent…

just as Shadow 🐈‍⬛ doesn’t seem to care to be in the spotlight, Leo seems to always want to hoard the spotlight…

Regarding shadow not wanting to be in the spotlight sentence above:

I was reminded of a past, vivid dream of both of us, within a deep, small, circular, dry well at night.

I picked her up, and was about to take us up a ladder on the wall; however, she squirmed around in my arms— occasionally even in this particular physical reality, when she prefers not being held— so I gently set her down, even within this dream.

So after I reached the top, I heard her telepathically communicate to me, in an unknown innocent-sounding feminine voice, that she wasn’t ready, which I embraced the second time as well.

I took this as a sign from the unhealed version of the feminine energy essence within…

due to an enormous amount of past lives trauma of the Divine Feminine Goddess Essence….

Who, having been feared, denied, judged, disrespected, unloved, hated, condemned, rejected, disowned, oppressed, ignored, repressed, suppressed,, abused, tortured (to include burned alive, raped, etc.)…

didn’t feel safe yet to come out into the outer world.

So perhaps, this is a reflection of the part of Self who felt more comfortable blogging for over 13 years…

within my own, seemingly invisible, yet safe space, where I can freely and fully express myself (Passionate ❤️‍🔥 CREATIVITY 🕷️🕸️ of the Divine Feminine Essence)…

something I wasn’t allowed to do much throughout childhood…

As well as reflecting not feeling too comfortable about creating more social media videos, where I can be SEEN more fully.

Perhaps that’s why I often froze as soon as the video started recording. As I’ve mentioned before, this has baffled me since…

I’ve been effortlessly connecting and deeply interacting with so many people throughout this world (especially strangers )…was in the Army, and even performed open-mic poetry and comedy (something that many are afraid to do).

But, yet, I didn’t feel drawn to making more videos of Self/self talking in front of the camera. However, I fully release the need to allow this to bother me.

Just like this very unconventional blogging and authentically expressing a rainbow spectrum of aspects of WHOLE Self/self—and NOT just what this world’s society considers positive, right, good, light, and love, etc.—many are also afraid to do this…

which is completely understandable. So like Nero Knowledge had shared in one of his helpful videos (already mentioned in a post), we need to remember to give ourselves GRACE.

So Shadow 🐈‍⬛ has been an outer world MIRROR🪞 of Shadow Self/The Dark (UNKNOWN) of Goddess Self…

like Goddess Bastet (or Bast) of Ancient Egypt, whom
she often reminded me of…

hence, why I bought an Egyptian, BLACK CAT figurine during my first and last spiritual retreat in Egypt years ago…

Along with several other related, ancient Egyptian Seoul family, whom I’ve had many dreams of within 13 years.

WOW 😲, more puzzle pieces 🧩:

I tuned into an insight that Goddess Bastet is in between Goddess Sekhmet and Goddess Hathor…

the 2 within the 3 Trinity of the Mother Goddess who are so-called polar opposite extremes (like the main theme of this message).

So perhaps Goddess Bastet— showing up as a gray cat as a vision— is like her transformation from the fearful, black cat in dream state.

Goddess Bastet is like the color, gray (see screenshot below), where Goddess Sekhmet is like the color black (though more fearless)— like her statues in Egypt and in Nevada—and Goddess Hathor is like the color white (like the white cow dreams I had, to include one with an abundance of white milk coming out of its mouth).

Goddess Bastet seems to be symbolic of the balance and harmony of Divine Feminine feline-like energies (though again, S/HE’s ultimately neutral)..

It also occurred to me how this Goddess Bastet essence connects with the YouTube channel mentioned above, that I recently felt drawn to: ayandastood)…

in which this very magnetic 🧲 Mystic— who appears and sounds like she’s from Africa or Jamaica— powerful vibrates some of the Goddess essence.

So far, I shared gratitude comments for some of her very unique 🦄 expressions of profound wisdom I had never heard before.

What’s even more amazing is that a few of her videos I watched recently…

was actually about fully letting go of the fear of being SEEN…

and to fully embrace one’s Life Path, Life Purpose, passions, and unique, multifaceted, Multidimensional Essence, and unique expressions…

that our Collective deeply yearns to experience and FEEL via the SEEN; hence, sharing of our creative gifts.

while choosing to Be whichever ones from a Full-Potential, Multidimensional, Full Presence 👁️👀 state 💖 .

I’m grateful that I further INVESTED in Self/self…

because it was absolutely worth my focus, energy, time, and efforts, in order to more deeply connect with, remember, learn, understand, grow, evolve, and unconditionally more and more aspects of Full-Potential, Multidimensional, WHOLE Self/self/others/Life.

And now I understand why I sensed to wait to publicly share until the next day (today)—though I usually share the same day—since there were additional insights to be received.

So perhaps this vision of the gray cat invited me to dive MUCH DEEPER into inner world/Soul (symbolized by the home) from the outer world, via the glass doors.

And the reason why my tabby cat, Leo, didn’t enter through the glass doors in a related dream—though his usually self would’ve definitely wanted to come inside in such a foreign situation (he can be a super scaredy cat, though also seemingly fearless)—this probably represents my physical/individual/ego self aspect…

who didn’t want to dive too deep into THE UNKNOWN/DARK/SHADOWY REALM.

This matches:

what Nero shared about our society-conditioned, individual and Collective OLD FREQUENCY (aka ego/Ego) being VERY NEEDY (how I mentioned our pet cat, Let, being VERY NEEDY).

Granted, I did share with him within a recent blog page about the idea of EMBRACING AND INTEGRATING OUR HEAVILY JUDGED AND REJECTED ego/Ego (details in, “;

otherwise, it would be a never-ending, ongoing, inner and outer world CONFLICTS/BATTLES/WARS.

Plus, it occurred to me, that this VERY NEEDY aspect is also like a VERY NEEDY child.

So then this insight matches an IDEA, an effective SOLUTION, that I’ve been sharing with others online—whether via my blog or via their shares (videos, their blog, websites, etc.)…

to embrace, “re-parent for VERY NEEDY inner-child, and share expanded perspectives with our ego/Ego, to help it RE-MEMBER its exalted version of itself…

and/or learn to transform into its greatest version of Self/self.

which is more than likely why I had a vivid dream about a peaceful lion relaxing in an apartment living room, and when my cat, Leo, was about to approach it, I strongly sensed that it wasn’t a good idea.

And sure enough, this lion PAW-SLAPPED Leo in an annoyed way—probably MIRRORING how I felt at times when Leo was excessively clingy.

Leo ran to me like an upset child that wanted to be soothed; so I hugged him, and the protective MAMA BEAR aspect of Self/self walked this lion onto the balcony, and closed the door (further details in that post).

I’ve also dreamt of before: swimming with a big, brown bear, and splashing water on a medium or small, black bear, at the beginning of the 13+ years of deep, inner work.

By the way, I’ve learned from dream work throughout the years that we represent ALL aspects of the WHOLE within a dream.”

Plus, I’ve walked with two lions on each side, on a sunny day on a bright green lawn-like area, so we’ve been on harmonious terms in various dreams.

So I still don’t know why I seemingly chose SHUT OUT this lion; but it just occurred to me that that’s exactly what I did to the two lions that I was walking with in the dream mentioned above.

After this peaceful stroll together with the two lions, I entered a dark house-like structure, opened the door, noticed what appeared to be Earth family members within a fairly dark environment…

and then I gestured for the lion to stay outside while I, alone, enter this dark realm, probably symbolic of energetically DENSE, physical world.

Perhaps Self desired to face the many challenges of this world without Her lions

[after tuning into the NEW information/Light below, perhaps S/He commanded the lion, and two lions to stay outside, because S/He’s not negatively affected by duality, and doesn’t need protection, but simply IS].

I felt like doing an online search, and came upon NEW information/Light—to include the name Ruty—I had never heard of before.

The following are just two of seven key points within the helpful blog post, “Ruty: The Twin Lion Gods Of Egyptian Mythology” By Cedric Ferris, June 23, 2024:

“Ruty are twin lion gods in Egyptian mythology symbolizing duality and protection.

Perhaps Self desired to face the many challenges of this world without Her lions

And if S/He can BE this state—since it’s “As Above, So Below” /Macrocosm within microcosm—then we, too, can Be this immensely powerful state of Consciousness…

which is our NEUTRAL, HIGHEST STATE OF UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS/Unconditional Love for Self/self/interconnected Life/Universe/Multiverse/Omniverse/etc…

that INCLUDES separation consciousness, which includes the individual and Collective Ego / Inner Child/Children, and EVERYTHING ELSE IN EXISTENCE.

Speaking of integration of ego/Ego, though I haven’t tuned into Teal Swan’s content for a while—due to her tendency to sometimes radiate some disharmonious feeling vibes, contradicting non-verbal cues, fear-instilling words and tone, and actions that goes against her teachings…

I was reminded again of one of the things I actually learned from her years ago—to “not throw out the baby with the bath water.”

After all, I have deeply appreciated, highly respected, and admired much content she has shared from what FELT like a merged Heart/Mind state…

like her earlier YouTube video messages that FELT much more harmonious, and NOT just because she appeared “very peaceful and spiritual,” since she even talked about TRUE AUTHENTICITY /WHOLEness and other very unconventional topics then.

I sensed that various tough Life experiences seemed to have caused her to become increasingly bitter over the years (which I can deeply empathize with since I, too, have experienced this).

And these Dark Nights of the Soul include Teal’s five marriages, that many within humanity judge as negative, but I no longer do.

Because I’ve been divorced twice, and these are just part of Life experiences that we can all learn, grow and evolve from (to include NOT judging ourselves/others).

Plus, I don’t know the unknown future of how many times I might do “THE FORBIDDEN”…

though I don’t currently have an interest to marry again, unless it’s WHOLE Being reunites with WHOLE Being (and NOT half-ass being needing another half-ass being being to fill THE VOID).

Anyhoo, as I’ve shared before, I love learning from outer world Soul Teachers (though the Master Teacher is within)…

though I have not felt the need or desire to place others on an unnecessary pedestal, or take onboard EVERYTHING that ANYONE shares, regardless of their wordily titles.

I even continue to highly respect and admire Sadhguru, but I haven’t resonated with everything he has shared either, and let him know (though I mostly have).

So I’ve learned to follow my inner guidance/Intuition FIRST AND FOREMOST, while adopting or discarding whatever doesn’t FEEL light/true to my Heart.

Plus, I only tune into whatever I FEEL drawn at whatever present moments of now, not needing to be consistently tuned into any vibrational frequency channels.

So with Teal Swan, I’ve learned—via some of her videos, and especially via personal experience during one of her NYC events years ago—to be EXTRA COGNIZANT AND WISE while observing anything she shares…

Being a DISCERNING, Open Mind, and Open Heart with HEALTHY BOUNDARIES.

Then, I can receive any gifts that she has to share—as obvious blessings, or blessings in disguise (without being TRIGGERED)—which are many, since she is highly intelligent (mostly mentally), due being much more masculine energies.

I trust that as we all further embrace and integrate the Divine Feminine/Higher Heart/Goddess energies (and unconditionally embrace and even deeply loving more and more aspects of WHOLE Self/self)…

this will further awaken and transform the Divine Masculine within (which others have shared)…

which will in turn allow more of the Goddess essence to FREELY AND FULLY, FLOW within a safe container…

so that women don’t require outer world men to SHOW UP for them as the Divine Masculine FIRST AND FOREMOST.

Because it’s NOT their responsibility to make us WHOLE (and vice versa); it’s each of our own RESPONSIBILITY; hence, putting an end to the outdated BLAME GAME.

As we RE-MEMBER(from a Multidimensional Perspective) more frequently, to Be the WHOLEness that we already are within-–or from the linear, physical mind’s perspective: heal and learn how to be WHOLE—then we…

(regardless of gender and sexual preference) will automatically and effortlessly Become MAGENTIC to a RARE, Sacred Partner Relationship (and other relationships)/Life/Universe/Multiverse/Omniverse.

I also realized recently, that Teal Swan’s content suddenly SHOWED UP in this particular physical reality…

as the reading below, as well as my YouTube homepage (though I’m not subscribed to her channel, and haven’t seen her in a long while)…

because it’s another opportunity to further embrace and integrate what was once triggering at times.

When I’m no longer triggered by Teal, or anyone and anything else anymore, I will REALIZE I have tuned into MASTERY, that’s always existed within (for all Souls).

The recent blog pages and posts I’ve shared are example stories of increasingly responding from a Fully Present state and different way, to recurring triggers from the past (aka TRANSMUTATION)…

which has then quickly, and even RAPIDLY SHIFTED Self/self into parallel, Earth realities (what Bashar has shared about)…

where my outer world circumstances magically and miraculously transformed into positive, and delightfully surprising, noticeable CHANGES.

With that said, the following is the most resonating reading I’ve come across so far regarding the INTEGRATION of our individual and Collective ego/Ego (though once again, not everything)…

that I have no doubt, can highly benefit EVERYONE to read, especially religious folks, and many within the broad spectrum of non-religious Spirituality.

And I had shared many personal experience stories about some of the RED FLAGS that Teal has mentioned within this reading; hence, I can relate to these expressions.

I became CURIOUS like a CAT again, and checked out the reading; and I’m grateful I did, because, like many other puzzle pieces within this reading, it added another layer.

The following intro excerpt is from a very creative and flowing poem titled, “The Grey Cat” (<= added link) written by (perhaps) a Jewish lady (By Kay Watkins, Savannah, Georgia, U.S.) [ ADDED NOTES WITHIN BRACEKTS ]:
