world and beyond via expanded, Multidimensional perspectives (with aligned Heart & Mind).
I’m also reminded of the moth spirit guide (power animal/animal totem) that can help us to seek the Light within darkness (challenges of Life).

News of Death
This morning, I received so-called “negative” and “positive” news , which I chose to be fully present with for some moments, but then chose to let go/release them back to Source (i.e., not be attached to them in an unhealthy, fear-based way).
Granted, when it comes to death of anyone, especially a loved one, it’s very healthy to allow oneself to go through a reasonable grieving process, while not becoming lost for too long.
For the sad news, I found out that a fairly new, family friend—my husband’s clients that he’s been helping with to find a home in Sedona, AZ since the fall of last year—had unexpectedly passed away.
Her husband texted everyone they know with the unfortunate news, to include helpful information, and the near-future memorial service.
It was hard to believe that someone so kind, spiritual, wise, and generous—that my husband and I had interacted with in person not too long ago (along with her husband as well)—is actually gone from this physical world.
She was a Master Healer from Mt. Shasta, still young (probably in her fifties), and very health conscious; they (as a couple) even mailed my husband and I a $500 Wholefoods gift card this past December.
Granted, from an expanded perspective, I’ve learned from many experiences as a witness to Spirit within, that ultimate health (that I haven’t even mastered) is on all energetic levels—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—and not just one of a whatever combination of energy bodies.
Examples:
- Someone who eat a clean version of a vegan diet and incorporates exercise (to include yoga), can be physically healthy; however, IF s/he is very judgmental towards others who don’t eat the same diet (due to the belief that s/he is “more righteous and good than others”) these negative, fear-based energies will literally and figuratively eat her from within, transferring the dense/heavy energies to other energy bodies, and can even cause various physical aches, pains, and dis-eases (to include cancer that may seem baffling)
- Someone who has many heart wounds to heal, but is unaware, unwilling, or even refuses to do spiritual inner work at some point in their lives, to include diving deep within one’s unknown/shadow aspects—inner-child work, shadow work and Mirror Work like The 7 Essene Mirrors gracefully taught by Gregg Braden—unconditionally loving more and more neutral aspects of WHOLE self/Self, and recognizing and changing non-benficial, habitual, fear-based, thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, habits, words, actions, etc., will continue to suffer within inner conflicts, regardless of how great one is with outer world, logical goals and great physical health.
- Someone can be very religious, but if s/he is very resentful (to self/others) within—but doesn’t want to show it on the outside, and hence, continues to suppress how s/he truly FEELS—these negative energies won’t go anywhere, but will remain within, bubbling, stewing, and eventually destroying one on a celluar level (since exploding the pent-up anger isn’t even an option if someone is strongly determined to remain a “good” Catholic to self and others).
- Someone can appear to be a very wise spiritual teacher on the outer surface—due to his or her extensive knowledge and wisdom gathered mostly via books, blogs, websites, videos, courses, programs, other people’s personal experiences (living vicariously through them), etc.. However, if his or her vibrational frequency habitually FEELS more judgmental (despite the “right” logical words they use) and unloving to whatever degree (to include lacking genuine compassion and empathy), then that’s a crystal clear sign that their mind mostly leads their Heart rather than the other way around; hence, not authentic, Heart-centered, spirituality as a Mystic (direct experience with the Divine within and without).
Masters of Energies
Granted, true Masters of Frequencies who lead by example—to include Master Alchemists, Master Teachers, Master Healers and Master Builders—are known to be able to effortlessly flucuate their vibrational frequencies at will, without being negatively affected by lower energies; hence, having the Multidimensional abilities to Be and do as they please.

I wondered if her wish was fulfilled. While her and her husband were visiting Sedona, she did mention during our conversation that she was tired of all the corruption of this world, and at times, no longer wanted to be here.
I was able to deeply empathize with her; but I shared some expanded perspectives, though I don’t recall all of them, to include us not needing to give our inner power away by allowing “negative” energies or entities to bring us down.
Because they are essentially lost Souls (human, E.T., or alien), very dense/heavy/low-vibrating/deeply wounded (heart wounds)/fear-based energies
After all, the merged Light Frequency (God) and the Unconditional Love Frequency (Goddess) are the ultimate, Divine Power that, when applied with UNSTOPPABLE Heart-centered, intent, can transmute lower energies; hence, why I recently shared the post dated 3/14/2022:

In addition, within a decade, I was drawn to certain experiences, readings (books, blog posts, articles, etc.), videos, TV shows, movies, and other sources (since Spirit is within All of Life and “non-life”) that helped further expand my perspective/Consciousness regarding “bad” and “evil” beings (human, E.T. and alien).
And the most recent book includes The Return of the Annunaki, that I had initially judged as mostly negative, but later learned (as I was intuitively guided to proceed) of all the precious gems of profound wisdom contained with this reading, which helped me to develop deeper compassion for even the “negative” Gray E.T.’s—whom I had written about in the post, “Tsunami Waves of Compassion to “Evil” Aliens and Human Beings.“)

I believe, the Greys, like all species throughout physical realities, just wish to survive…to matter…to have purpose in Life.

When you google “Grey aliens,” most of them look highly pissed off or extremely bitter about life; but then again, who wouldn’t appear that way after having to live in the dark underground for generations, and then being enslaved by another species?
On the other hand, some of the very evil-looking images could be false or exaggerated representations of the Greys created by fearful man. I wouldn’t be surprised.
Is Gunnery Sergeant Grampa Grey grumpy due to his ridiculously toned neck, chest and abs, and no one to actively probe? Or, are we just projecting our own negative characteristics onto aliens who have no interest in defending themselves?
I have a feeling that the images that I obtained from beforeitsnews.com (on right) and www.abovetopsecret.com (on left) were mad-made, rather than actual representations of Greys.
I mean, Ssseriously, are these jokers the severely constipated and highly irritated Three Amigreys? They look like multidimensional me during my multi-symptom pms phase.
Not too long ago, I wrote a post called, “A Flash Image of Celestial Beings,” where I was convinced that the flash image that I saw were friendly in nature. I also found an image online that matched the image that I saw, and the file name was, “Arcturians.”
However, I later found other exact images that were saved under the file name grey aliens. I’m not sure now whether those beings were Arcturians or Greys; however, it doesn’t really matter.
What matters is what I personally and very briefly experienced from their flash appearance—a peaceful and loving presence and feeling.
And until I happened to meet one of them in person (whether in physical reality or dream state), and communicate with them telepathically, I guess I’ll never know for sure. Or, I suppose I could follow my intuition.

Masters of Energies (Continuing)
Regarding: Master Healer who passed away
I also wondered if her vibrational frequency was too high for this world, hence, she suddenly departed; nonetheless, I fully trust that it was TIME, and All Is Well in her world and our world.
After reading and replying to her husband—who’s a very well-grounded, profoundly wise, unconditionally loving, and peaceful man (Master Alchemist from Mt. Shasta), that I also shared with him—I lit a candle and meditated to thank her and wish her well.
I also communicated to her that I trust that we will connect during meditation and/or dream state if it’s for the highest benefit of ALL.
My husband and I will visit her husband in Mt. Shasta in the near future to offer our further support in person.
I basically shared with him that it’s no surprise that he’s SEEING (with CLARITY) via his expanded, Multidimensional persective—to include choosing to take time to mourn, but then celebrate all of the Light and Love that his wife has contributed to this world, and continues to do so from higher dimensions.
The ability to TRANSMUTE fear-based energies with one’s very high vibrational frequency state—at will, with Heart leading Mind as integrated and aligned Heart/Mind—IS Being a Master of Frequencies, a Master Alchemist, which can also include Being a Master Teacher, Master Healer, and Master Builder.
However, no matter who, I trust that all Souls have access to courage and instinctual bravery within, especially during very challening times, to include seemingly “losing” a loved one, though from a BIGGER picture perspective, there is no loss since the Soul is its completely FREE essence to explore and experience other realms, dimensions, realities and/or world within the Universe, Multiverse, and Omniverse.
I also have no doubt that I’m meant to go to this sacred location of Mt. Shasta in Divine perfect timing and order, that’s been resonating with me for years—like Egypt and Machu Picchi, Peru, and other sacred locations (the way Sedona has, and now I currently live here, though not permanently for sure).
Granted, I trust that ultimately, the most sacred can be found within us, regardless of physical world locations.
Moth Spirit
Shortly after meditation, I noticed that I had received a message from someone via Pixabay, whom I had included her name and link—like I did for all other Pixabay creators I gave credit to—for an image she had shared (and I had used) for the most recent post I published, “Two White Tigers Honoring Goddess Energy & Related Series of Synchronicity.”
I’ve been leaving a comment for every Pixabay image I’ve used, along with a link to a post (or YouTube video) that I used the images for, just in case anyone felt drawn to the invitation to explore the post.
However, this is the first time that I’ve received a detailed message like the one below, which I appreciate.
The following is her message (I left out her name for privacy) to me, and my reply to her:

Thanks for sharing the link to your post.
Discovering the tiger moth on my neighbour’s doorframe was a moment of synchronicity for me.
Not only was this an amazing opportunity to take a photo that made me feel blessed, but when I see moths, I am always reminded of a quote by Jesus and how we need to place our trust not in earthly treasures that moths can eat, but in eternal treasures that come when we live with Light and Love. This is a paraphrase of course.
Sharing your inner spiritual journey in your post is a very brave thing to do. 😊

I agree, it’s profoundly wise, liberating, empowering, and inspiring to NOT be attached to the material world in very needy, clingy, desperate, addictive, controlling, fear-based ways, though there’s nothing wrong with enJOYing planet Earth school as well with discernment and healthy boundaries. ^_^
It’s beneficial to Be Balance & Harmony, to simply Be and do our best in Life, and Be wealth within FIRST AND FOREMOST—i.e., Light (uplifting and highly beneficial knowledge and profound wisdom that’s applied), Prosperity Consciousness, Unconditional Love (for self/Self/humanity/interconnected Life within this world and beyond), authenticity/WHOLEness (not just pretending to be ONLY righteous, good, and pure, since PURITY is WHOLEness of the self/Self), inner-peace, inner-wisdom/intuition, gratitude, deep appreciation, unconditional forgiveness (of self/others), every stepping stone of Soul success, JOY (to include humor), and other highly beneficial values, love-based thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, ideas, insights, abilities, skills, talents, etc (ALL abundance and riches within us and always available to us).
That way, our FULL inner cup/Heart can effortlessly overflow to interconnected Life. We cannot truly, fully, and UNconditionally give to others from an empty or barely-filled cup—though our logical, lower minds that only wants to be right and good due to society’s conditionings throughout generations—can easily convince us to only “help “rescue” and“save” others while neglecting the self.
It’s wonderful how seemingly countless series of Divine synchronicity in its many forms can show up in our lives—revealing the sacred connection of our inner and worlds (especially the alignment of our Heart and mind/Spirit & Soul/Yin & Yang/Moon & Sun/Water & Fire/Goddess & God/etc., 2 sides of the same Cosmic Coin).
There are many signs from the supportive Universe—aka Jesus/ God/Soul/Spirit/Goddess/Source/other earthly names and labels (but ultimately The Nameless)—so it’s just a matter of how AWARE/conscious and receptive we are at any given moment.
Whenever a moth spirit guide visits my home, I’m reminded from Spirit within to SEE (with CLARITY) the Light within the so-called darkness of this world, that can be very challenging at times—the way that moths are attracted to light while flying within the dark night—and to have trust/faith in the BIGGER picture of Life (i.e., Divine Wisdom that EVERYTHING in Life is either obvious blessings or blessings in disguise since ALL has Divine Purpose).

Bravery
As mentioned before within the blog, I LOVE and deeply appreciate experiencing daily to weekly series of Divine synchronicity.
The Pixabay creator who shared her positive feedback of me being brave on my spiritual journey correlates with what happened yesterday evening.
Bravery is another key theme for this post, mentioned above and continuing below.
My assigned buddy—from Peter’s Sage’s EMT (Elite Mentorship Trainer) program, that includes the 6 month EMF (Elite Mentorship Forum) online course—not only talked about courage (similar to bravery), but she also inspired me to share videos with her of my open-mic comedy performances (since one of the topics of our conversation was about creativity, which I shared was my forte since childhood, due to Heart’s passion).
And though I initially felt a bit uncomfortable about it, I happily agreed, and I”m so grateful that I made that choice.
Because when I rewatched a video of my performance from June of last year—recorded by Stir Crazy Comedy Club in Glendale, AZ (that you can purchase for $20)— that I had shared within my own YouTube channel, but then later switched its setting to private view only, I saw it in a different Light (I really liked it this time).
I felt very grateful that I’ve been able to further let go of/release more unnecessar, fear-based energies within, to include self-judgments, insecurities, and doubts.
And it’s thanks to a combo package of various supoortive energies within inner and outer worlds that’s contributed to this point of my life (i.e., Cosmic Teamwork of Soul Families), to include but not limited to:
- the teamwork of various aspects and extenstion of WHOLE self (physical selves, to include human)/Self (Higher Self), especially Highest Self/Spirit/Heart/Divine Mother Goddess/Universe & beyond (shared in recent post series related to Her) & Soul/God within.

And I intend to watch it this Spring. I didn’t resonate with him in the past (a few reasons shared within a post a while back), but I forgave him, and chose to see his lighter side, his wonderful qualities.
