Are you tired, at times, of not feeling pleasant about what you eat and drink…
due to an overload of contradicting information in outer world, confusion, regret, guilt, shame, dissatisfaction, unfulfillment, irritation, frustration, constipation, heartburn, indigestion, limitations, weight concerns, energy level, others’ beliefs and suggestions, outside influences, etc.?
I know I’ve experienced this more than enough times; and often times, it’s felt like being a disempowered prisoner….
UNTIL, I started following my inner guidance/intuition/gut feeling/body signals more.
So I will share some of solutions that I’ve found effective so far, though there’s always room to further remember (as a Spirit & Soul), learn (as physical self), grow, and evolve.
So only take onboard what FEELS intuitively light/right to your Heart & Soul, and disregard the rest.
But as I’ve learned, if we’re at least somewhat drawn to a reading, due to curiosity, it’s wise NOT to “throw out the baby with the bathwater” just because we don’t agree with certain words or expressions…
since we may discover some invaluable gems of helpful information, knowledge and/or profound wisdom along the mini journey.
I’ve been highly to ultra sensitive to energies since very early childhood throughout adulthood; hence, I noticed that there are times that I can just eat and drink about anything (even as I become older…
perhaps due to my body’s ability to TRANSMUTE any denser/lower energies to lighter/higher vibrational frequencies.
And other times, my various senses become SO AMPLIFIED, that I can become like a Bloodhound dog, and smell chemicals within various foods and drinks that I’m not attracted to at all.
I realized my five basic senses—along with my advanced, multidimensional, psychic abilities that I sporadically tune into—were becoming stronger, when I was able to smell my former husband (now family friend)…
who was in another room, at the opposite end of the house, after he came back from his smoke break and aired out.
Though before (the past 19 years), I wouldn’t be able to smell the smoke remnants from his body, even while he was next to me (though I increasingly did over the years, and would ask him to further air out, and he would).
I’ve shared many other examples as well within this blog—with the other five sense and psychic abilities (in this particular physical reality, and many earthly and otherworldly realities withinย dream state)—so I won’t go into further details.
So I’ve learned a BIG lesson in Life when it comes to food; so I’ve been eating overall healthy, while also treating myself to whatever I feel like eating; but mainly, doing my best to be transparently honest with myself.
Like many within humanity, I’ve explored various diets, to include being a vegan, vegetarian, etc. for whatever timeframes, that are usually not long-lasting for an understandable reason.
Plus, as Iโve shared before, Iโve also witnessed habitually miserable vegans, vegetarians, omnivores, etc. (thought obviously not all)โฆ
so I agreed with Abraham Hicksโchanneled by Esther Hicksโthat itโs NOT about WHAT we eat, but how we FEEL about whatever weโre eating, and but how we FEEL while we’re eating.
It’s about our FEELING state / Vibrational Frequency state / what RADIATES outward, and thus attracts back to us same or similar energies.
Plus, I saw a vide of a women who ate a RAW, VEGAN DIET, which sounds pretty hardcore, since, if I recall correctly, there’s no cooked vegetables either.
In a nutshell, despite her super healthy diet, she ended up with cancer, because she had neglected healing her emotional energy body.
So she did inner work, and she healed from cancer, which was a very eye-opening and helpful story.
I’ve been sharing what I had intuitively sensed about our CORE vibrational frequency being a consolidation of all of our energy bodies… and NOT just our physical energy body, or any other energy body.
Because I’ve crossed paths with many Souls who would have the “right” boxes checked off that’s supposed to define one as been super healthy, and having “high vibes,” “high frequency,” and/or “very spiritual,” but yet, that wasn’t the case at all.
I’ve already shared examples of this in other posts, so will leave at that for now.
So all of this helped me to REALIZE that there can be many factors that come into play when it comes to our CORE, vibrational frequency.
Though I very much enjoy various salads, vegetables, fruits, tofu, nuts, and other healthy foods (like the clean diet phase that I’ve been on for about a week so far, due to a strong craving)…
if I force myself to eat any of these when I don’t FEEL like it—because I temporarily adopted a belief that I need to eat a clean diet on a daily, routine schedule—then I will experience negative reactions from my body, and NOT FEEL well.
I’ve tried the following well-known, healthy foods, but I didn’t feel good afterwards, in various ways, so I chose to LISTEN TO MY BODY’S COMMUNICATION, and discontinued eating them (and later found out why I felt this way):
- brown rice : stomach felt very bloated
- raw spinach, bananas and walnuts: tiny amount okay, but more than that causes severe cotton mouth (though cooked spinach is okay in moderation)
- chia seeds: caused bloating and stomach discomfort
- dairy and breads most of the time (though not always): guaranteed constipation
- vegetable oil (extreme constipation, see JUICY details below; hence, don’t buy, and do best NOT to consume)
- kale: tiny amounts ok, too much = constipation
- broccoli: never craved for it, but don’t mind eating it every now and then (reminds me of tiny trees or bushes)
- will add more next time if I think of others
I’ve even noticed at times, that when I eat “unhealthy” foods due to unhealthy emotional eating—just stuffing face back to back without really enjoying it and savoring it, but on autopilot behavior to stuff down negative emotions I don’t want to deal with at those moments—then I will definitely experience negative side effects from whatever foods, to include constipation.
OR, if I just eat “healthy or unhealthy foods” just to eat it, because I happen to be out and about hanging out with whoever…
although the food is meh, edible or ok—but definitely NOT what I prefer, exciting, and/or mouth-watering delicious—then I will ALSO experience…
negative consequences, to include indigestion, heartburn, stomach cramping, constipation, diarrhea, vomit, unpleasant mood, etc.
WHY? Because I wasn’t Being Authentic, TRUE to myself and my preferences in Life.
One of the EMPOWERING AND INSPIRING personal stories I’ve shared within this blog (regarding Life choices), a while back, was what I had witnessed from a former, female, Army coworker.
In a nutshell (since details already shared before), we ended up going to TDY (a military work trip) to Korea together from Hawaii (where we were stationed at).
While eating at a restaurant in Korea, the kimchi stew (that we both love) came out pretty bad, which is NOT the norm, since this is one of Korean people’s favorite dishes.
After one bite, and looking disgusted by it, she gently pushed it away from her with a SASSY attitude and simply said in a calm, cool, and collected manner, “I can’t eat that.”
And for someone like me (and many within humanity) who grew up poor, and heavily conditioned to be poverty consciousness (poor people’s mentality)—to include never wasting money and eating everything off of one’s plate–I was SURPRISED (maybe even shocked), but yet, VERY IMPRESSED by her BOLD & BAD@$$ decision (which I chose to adopt, and fully integrate much later).
It was SO REFRESHING, unlike anything I had even seen anyone do and say before. I’m super grateful for that invaluable experience.
Granted, due to HEAVY SOCIETAL CONDITIONING, it did take me a while to fully release this habit of eating what I don’t really prefer, just because I paid for it.
Because if I was rich or wealthy (within outer world as well), would I force myself to eat food that I didn’t truly enJOY, just because I paid for it?
I know my answer is HEYLL no; so why not continue PRACTICING to Fullyย BEย this way in the PRESENT MOMENTS OF NOW?
Also, just because we (as in humanity) have experienced HEAVY SOCIETAL CONDITIONINGS SINCE CHILDHOOD, doesn’t necessarily mean that it needs to take a while to FULLY RELEASE these OLD AND OUTDATED BELIEFS.
Plus, my former husband brought up a great point—that has helped me to let go of the habit of needing to finish everything from my plate or bowl (even if I’m full)—by sharing that…
whether it goes in the stomach that ends up in the toilet—or goes directly into the garbage disposal or trash—what difference does it make?
GREAT POINT. After all, our bodies will know when it’s had enough, to included needed nutrients, and forcing more consumption will only cause various problems.
ANYHOO, I also noticed that whenever I’m REALLY appreciating and enJOYing even “unhealthy” foods—savoring each DELICIOUS bite and FEELING happy—then even THE MOST CONSTIPATING FOODS, like one of my favorites, spicy rice cake dish ( ), anything loaded with dairy (like pizza that I enjoy at once in a while), kimchi pancake, etc. won’t constipate me the next day.
And this BLOWS MY MIND, since these types of food have GUARANTEED to CONSTIPATE me.
But this ONLY works when I TRULY have a craving for even “unhealthy foods”; otherwise, once again, it can easily become am auto pilot behavior / habit of eating to just eat.
Granted, VEGETABLE OIL has been EXTREMELY CONSTIPATING for me.
That’s why I’ve been doing my best to use highly beneficial oils, like EVOO, avocado oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, etc. when available.
And last but not least, I’ve noticed how I’ve LET GO of many foods over the past decade, that I used to not mind eating, like or even love to eat…
because I simply lost all interest in them, or I’ve had a memorable, unpleasant experience that really turned me off.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- donuts and most other supermarket baked goods (though I used to occasionally enjoy them years ago)
- practically all fast food, but not all (have enjoyed a great burger, chicken sandwich, fries, wings, etc. every now and now, though not lately)
- most processed foods:
- though there’s this one brand of instant, kimchi ramen bowl that I’ve been sporadically and consistently enjoying
- I find it fascinating that I’ve been increasingly turned off / DONE with more and more Korean ramen brands, though I used to like various kinds (about a dozen or so, which is now 2)
- hence, I’ve been able to discontinue buying them at Korean supermarkets
- I ate so much Korean ramen since childhood, that it definitely became an addictive COMFORT FOOD, which I’ve shared in another post a while back (which applies to MANY AND MOST KOREANS, plus internationally)ย
- will add more next time if I think of others
Anyhoo, whenever I eat foods that I DON’T REALLY FEEL LIKE EATING…
even the toilet telepathically communicates, “YEAH, THIS IS TOO MUCH, this MEGA LOG ain’t gonna make it through this BIG tunnel.”
Once, I experienced THE ULTIMATE TIOLET CLOG. Now now, before you get all judgy and squeamish…
whining, “It’s TMI!!” in which I need to call the WHAMbulance—one of my favorite quotes from TV comedy show, Modern Family—just hang in there, it gets better.
My ex-husband—verbally and/or non-verbally—used to whine about having to listen to my very vivid and detailed shares of my #2 experiences; but he would soon surrender, and end up listening anyway.
WHY? Because he knew—from experiential knowledge/wisdom—that there was an INVALUABLE gift to be received at the end; he just needed to further open his mind and heart, and Be Receptive.
By the way, you KNOW you F#$%ED up with eating choices—like eating what you really DON’T prefer, whether healthy or not (but did it because other people said to eat it)—when…
herbal “Smooth Move” tea,ย that has been working like MAGIC for like a decade or more, communicates…
“I agree with Toilet, I can’t even soften this impenetrable, ROCK HARD TURD. I’m SO EXHAUSTED from working an all nighter, so I’m OUT.”
The toilet unclogging fluid ran out and shrugged its shoulders, and even the plunger told me to kiss its ass after 50 times.
Throughout 40 minutes or so, I even called upon Angelic and Spiritual Realms (including Ascended Masters)…
Starseed Soul Families from various star systems, WHOLEy-Holy Spirit, Mother Goddess, God, Higher Self, goddesses, gods, Higher Selves, inner-child, inner children, individual & Collective ego/Ego, …
Animal Spirit Guides, Elemental Realm, Universe/Multiverse/Omniverse/etc….
But they were ALL like, “We LOVE and support you, but that’s NOT our forte! However, we’ll be here CHEERING YOU ON, AND SENDING YOU LOVE AND LIGHT. YOU GOT THIS BRAVE & RESILEINT ONE!!!”
“Support Team MY ASS” was my reply to ALL of them/Self/self. I never felt so alone my entire life.
After sweatin’ my ass off, getting a good work out for the month, and needing to take a well-deserved break, I just sat on the sofa and relaxed.
I was then reminded of one of the accelerated ascension symptoms / Lightbody symptoms I had read about a while back, regarding our physical bodies releasing VERY DENSE energies at times, even through our poop.
And sure enough, while relaxing and feeling peaceful, a SOLUTION miraculously SHOWED UP.
My former husband—turned family friend /temporary roommate—came out of the bathroom lookin’ ROUGH, SWEATY, and TIRED, like he came back from an ancient battle, and shared GREAT NEWS.
He used his masculine elbow grease and did rapid, aggressive suctions using the plunger—which I had done, but I supposed not rapidly and/or hard enough—and the STUBBORN-ASS log finally flowed with the Cosmic River of Life.
Or perhaps I did do most of the work, and his ass came along, and finished off the remaining 1%. Who knows.
I’ll tell you who does, the ALL KNOWING /OMNISCIENT ONE.ย
Yeah, where were YOU when needed? Laughing your happy butt off? Good one! Definitely a Memorable Life Experience.
So, NO MORE eating whatever my body rejects.

I’ve noticed that there are times where I have a very strong craving for meat or salad, but other times, I’ll be repulsed by even the sight or smell of meat, or I won’t be drawn to salad AT ALL.
Therefore, I’ve learned to listen to my body’s signals and needs—to the best of my ability (depending on my state of Consciousness that I’m tuned into).
Since we are all different—though also same and similar in many ways—our bodies may require various foods that the limited, physical mind may not comprehend.
And this includes the unique needs of Starseeds (aka Starseed Souls) from many different star systems, or a combination of various ones; plus, like others.
So depending on our sensitivity level, our diet will fluctuate.
While overseas for a few months–and adjusting to new environment, people, culture, foods, drinks, etc.—I felt like ordering delivery food, because I didn’t feel like cooking anything (though I used to loveย cooking home-made meals).
So I chose a fried chicken meal (that I crave once in blue moon or so),ย though I’m clearly aware that it’s not exactly known as healthy or beneficial.
Recently, this fried chicken meal was a blessing in disguise; because it was hands down THE GREASIEST, OIL DRIPPING, fried chicken I had ever eaten.
The chicken meat was partially GRAY, due to being OLD (I found out after doing a quick search)…
and it was so disgusting, that I’ll probably never eat fried chicken again, which I included in the review.
I also forgot that perhaps this chicken meat contained a lot of toxic, fear-based energies due to how it was raised and processed.
Let me give you an extreme example to paint a more vivid picture of what I’m saying.
As I’ve shared once before, even if once magnetic, adorable and lovable Andrew Zimmern —from the intriguing, back in the day show, “Bizarre Foods” I used to watch—said that eating raw, bull balls…
freshly taken from a bull, was the healthiest food on the planet—and many health professionals agreed with him—I wouldn’t give a rat’s ass…NEVER EATING IT.
Main reason: and this is the part where I stopped watching this show, and was surprised that Andrew was so insensitive (though still somewhat like him for his other qualities)…
how would Andrew and this small group of men (from whatever Latino country (forgot where) FEEL if a group of completely insensitive aliens ganged up on them—like they did to this innocent, SENTIENT, bull, then tied THEM down—and cut off their ball sacks?
WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, they would be TERRIFIED and TRAUMATIZED.
The truth is, they—and everyone else (CONNECTED TO THEIR HEARTS) who witnessed this HORRIFIC act—would label this as VERY CRUEL; and indeed it is, BECAUSE IT IS BULLYING and TORTURE.
I’m going to post the above part as a separate post via TikTok, since this act may still be going on.
Anyhoo, back to lighter thoughts and feelings.
So my point is, I’ve learned to Be more Free for Self/self/others, which includes doing my best to habitually and mostly buy meat that’s been humanely raised and processed…
NOT JAMMED PACKED WITHIN SUPER CROWDED SPACES, MARINATING IN THEIR OWN FECES , MISTREATED, ABUSED, ETC.
Granted, when I EXPAND MY CONSCIOUSNESSโฆ
I realize, โWhatโs the difference between the IN YOUR FACE, ruthless butchers and the BEHIND CLOSED DOORS butchers?
Because BILLIONS within this world (to include me), donโt have to WITNESSโฆ
sentient animals being butchered in INHUMANE WAYS.
All we need to do is go to a supermarket or butcher shop, and simply buy already prepared meat ๐ฅฉ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ง.
So I realize that I can release remnants of judgments towards the butcher aspect of the WHOLE.
And if or whenever I happen to eat meat, I can continue to bless it as usual—the way I’ve been doing with my meals whenever I remember (practically all the time)—and thank whichever animals for its service.
Further embracing how this world is, isnโt to say I agree or resonate with this inhumane butchering, but that I choose to no longer feel helpless about it.
I can only Be and do my best on my end, and know that the expansion of my individual Consciousness willโฆ
automatically and instantly affect the Collective Consciousness of energetically connected Life (ENTANGLEMENT of Quantum Physics).
Another expanded perspective shared by Abraham Hicks is that Consciousness departs domesticated animals prior to being butchered, which is one of various ways to have a more empowering thought and belief…
that doesn’t DISEMPOWER these sentient Beings as well, since they could have volunteered to help feed humanity (as Abraham Hicks had shared as well).
And just as we—as Spiritual Beings having a physical being experience (human, starseed, E.T., etc.)–have volunteered to PLAY and contribute to THE GREATEST COSMIC SHOW ON PLANET EARTH…
WHY NOT choose to SEE other sentient Beings in this EMPOWERING WAY as well?
Granted, this doesn’t mean that it’s beneficial for humanity to continue misusing or abusing any form of Life, to include domesticated animals.
Since it’s about appreciating them for serving the Collective.
Also, while traveling, and not feeling like cookingโฆ
sometimes it’s challenging to eat what we prefer, since itโs often not available.
So I just make the best of whatever situations.
Recently, I simply went to the local supermarket, bought various vegetables, fruit, tofu, kimchi, eggs, seasoned dried seaweed (kim / ๊น), nuts, etcโฆ
because I was craving a clean diet for at least this phase of my life (which happens at times).
And I’ve been thoroughly enJOYing what I prefer lately.
I savor the nuances in the different colored peppers—that I don’t think I’ve paid that much attention to before—as well as savor the subtle, nutty flavor of soft tofu.
While savoring fresh and ripe mangos, I’ve thought, “Man, I can see why Sadhguru loves this fruit so much. It’s SO DELICIOUS.” SEE PHOTOS AT BELOW:
And one of the things I noticed after just two days, is that upon waking up, I could FEEL inner body vibrations, that I hadn’t experienced to this degree in a while.
Plus, I’ve been having many adventures during dream state, but because it’s a lot at times, I discontinued focusing pondering, analyzing, journaling, and/or blogging about it (UNLESS I strongly sense I MUST share); otherwise, that can turn into an overtime job.
By the way, I’ve been taking various supplements daily, that have helped me to FEEL better—since my physical body could probably use the support as I become older (an INVESTMENT for my BODY, that I’m continuing to learn to better care for)—like the following:
- Organic turmeric and ginger tablets
- Mega D-3 & MK-7 capsules
- Activated You:
- Essential Skin Food (so far, it appears that my skin is less dry, and becoming more vibrant)
- I usually drink Morning Complete daily: Probiotic, Prebiotic & Green Superfoods, but paused due to traveling since you’re supposed to refrigerate after opening)
- Body Health Perfect Amino: still testing this one, but love and appreciate the great idea
- Organic Women’s Multivitamins: though I don’t feel the need to take this daily, especially while eating a very clean diet
- IMD Nutritionย VisionMD: Only been a month taking these, but already noticed that my eyes are less dry and more comfortable
- NOW (brand) Magtein Mangesium L-Threonate (Cognitive Support): This has helped me—and my family friend (who learned about this via a well-known, health podcast)–sleep better when we’re not able to; plus, appreciate its benefits for supporting memory and learning
Strangely, I noticed today that I havenโt felt hungry without any food and supplements,
which is unusual since I usually feel hungry between 20-24 hours.
I donโt recall going this long without wanting to eat; but chose to eat now.
