I shared the brief comment below for the creator of the image above:
Thank you so much Anja for sharing this Soul-igniting ✨and Heartfelt 💗artwork.
It instantly reminded me of the embracing 🫂 (represented by holding hands 🫱🏼🫲🏽) and integrating of various aspects (represented by different colored skin) of our individual and Collective Consciousness.
And both the Sun 🌞 (symbolic of The Divine Masculine God essence) merged 🌅 with the Water 🌊 (symbolic of The Divine Feminine Goddess essence) is IMMENSELY POWERFUL (as merged Light 🕯️& Unconditional Love 💓 Frequency 💖☯️✡️), UNSTOPPABLE ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥, deeply healing 💔❤️🩹💝, transforming 🐍🪲🐛🦋, and REUNITING 🫂 ALL 🌈 as ⚪️⚫️ ONE 🎱.
I used this image for post, “Embracing & Integrating: Buddhism, Christianity, Plus Other World Religions & Belief Systems” (link below):

This post series includes:
I’m using the following excerpt from the previous post (that I also added more insights to today)—title and link in first bullet above—as an intro to this one; and the last paragraph of the section below transitions into the beginning of this post (just as it transitioned into other stories in the previous post):
But she [my Buddha aunt who recently passed away] wasn’t your typical, “only right and good” female monk, but a very wild, free-spirited, multifaceted, multidimensional one.
She was a close representative of the WHOLE Mother Goddess—Prime Creator/Creator of All Creation: Crop Circle 6666 (that includes Her Other Half, Original God).
When people visited her home/Buddhist temple to receive help, she would tell them what she already intuitively knew about them before they even shared their personal stories and issues.
The word of mouth spread, and more Souls showed up for help and healing.
However, as she aged, she was no longer able to perform extensive prayers—that also included many bows daily to the gold Buddha statue—healing, and other services.
🖤🤍end of intro❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷
Speaking of many bows, my older cousin—Buddha aunt’s oldest of two daughters, and who is two years older than me—shared a very sad story 28 years ago, while the three of us cousins were hanging out in town (part of a long-time reunion); and the “many bows” part is further below.
While looking into space in a numb way—with a micro-expression of contempt in her eyes—she said that her mother/Buddha aunt once said to her, that my cousin was a curse.
I silently wondered why Buddha had said those dagger-like words to my cousin, especially since it seemed so out of character.
And I still wonder if it had anything to do with my cousin being a daughter, especially the oldest child (who many needed to be a son throughout human history).
I would have loved to ask Buddha aunt this question while she was still alive, especially during the visit this summer and fall.
Because I strongly prefer crystal clear, authentic, honest, tactful, and effective communication.
I’ve been learning that merged Heart/Mind communication is very powerful, to include the ability to SHINE 🌅 Light onto so-called darkness 🌌, like possible miscommunication and misunderstandings.
It can also bring CLARITY to confusion, and wash away 🚿💦🌊 feelings of sadness, anger, resentment, and even hatred.
Plus, integrated Heart/Mind communication even has the immense power towards unconditional forgiveness, deep healing, and unconditional love (for self/others/Self/Life).
But I trust that I didn’t ask Buddha aunt this question, because 1) it may have caused her to feel shame and/or guilt…
and 2) that would’ve revealed that my cousin had shared the “curse” story with me, which would’ve betrayed my cousin’s trust.
This universal, false belief of daughters being less than sons—that has caused seemingly countless wounds on all energetic levels (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual)—has been deeply ingrained into our individual and collective consciousness by this world’s once powerful, fear-based, non-heart-centered, leaders of societies.
But genderless, Divine Souls who incarnate into male or female physical bodies—whether human, animal, E.T., alien, etc.—do so with their FULL-POTENTIAL 🌱🪴🌿🌲🌳, Multidimensional, WHOLE essence within them at every moment of their journey 🌹 (though some more AWAKE than others).
So though males usually have been, and often (keyword) continue to be, physically bigger and stronger, women have their core strengths as well, that are considered males’ weaknesses.
But it’s not about who’s better, but how to be an AWESOME TEAM of male and female—as various types of relationships: family members, friends, coworkers, acquaintances, strangers, etc.—not only in outer world, but inner world FIRST AND FOREMOST.
When we learn to embrace, deeply heal, integrate, and transform the once wounded masculine and feminine energies within, we will tune into the already existing, merged version of the Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine essence.
And from this ultimately neutral Full Presence—simply Being and living in the present moments of NOW—nothing will be SEEN as better or worse, (to include sons and daughters), but equally Divine AS IS, regardless of what type of physical form.
So it was completely understandable why my cousin swung the pendulum to the opposite extreme of Buddhism, and became a hardcore Christian.
She was deeply hurt by my aunt’s heart-shattering words (that she more than likely said out of some unrelated anger, that the women in my family had a tendency to do).
The following is part of UPDATE stories and insights from the previous post I added today:
And I found out during this most recent Korea visit, that even my Korean grandfather and my middle uncle passed away—a month apart from one another—soon after I was born.
I wondered if my Korean family, especially my grandmother, thought I was a curse. […]
When I further expand my heart and mind, I realize that no one’s a curse, though that may be the limiting, fear-based, human perspective.
My cousin also shared that day, something I had never heard of before.
And to this day, I didn’t bother confirming whether it’s true or not via research (just took her word for it, but left room for other truths).
She said that it’s known to take a 1,000 bows to the Buddha statue before the essence of Buddha is known to opening just one eye.
🤍UPDATE ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷🩶
The following excerpt is from the previous post, “Embracing Disease And/Or Other Death of Beloved Earth Families” that helped me to realize that I never bowed to any Buddha statue 1,000 times—at least not in this lifetime, though about a dozen due to my mom telling me to during childhood; however, I experienced seeing an eye 👁️ twice so far during a meditative state, hence, this belief may be outdated for all of us, since we’re interconnected, energetically):
Anyhoo, while feeling grateful to Buddha aunt, and incorporating moments of quieting my mind, something completely unexpected happened.
I saw a soft-focused, gentle appearing eye 👁️ looking at me while my physical eyes were closed.
It seemed to be the opposite of my first experience of an intense eye 👁️ very briefly looking at me, while it was inside what appeared to be moving squares within squares wormhole (that I had wrote about within this blog a while back).
end of⬆️ UPDATE ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
But she continued that with Jesus/God, His love is unconditional.
I felt this to be true, which is why I continued to explore different denominations of Christianity, as well as The Catholic Church.
However, I have no doubt that this experimenting, decade-long phase of my life eventually came to a halt, because I deeply yearned to experience the WHOLE Truth of the Divine, and NOT half-ass crumbs.
I’ve learned that God/Jesus (and even Buddha and the Goddess) is much greater than mankind’s boxed-in, limiting religions…
God/Jesus (& Goddess/Buddha) Is within us and all around us…
The Divine Masculine/God principle has been in many forms and with many earthly and otherworldly names, but IS ultimately The Nameless and genderless, like The Divine Mother Goddess…
The Divine’s teachings are transparently honest—like The Thunder Perfect Mind poetic expression of profound wisdom (Divine Wisdom) of the Divine Mother Goddess—unconditional love-based, highly beneficial , and empowering (not like much of mankind’s altered, deceptive, fear-based, disempowering teachings).
Granted, there are still gems of wisdom found even within this world’s religions and other rigid belief systems.
And I’ve been doing my best to always follow my inner guidance/Heart/intuition/discernment/inner wisdom/gut feeling/insights/and other psychic abilities, and to sense what teachings resonate with me (as well as EVERYTHING else in Life, to include people, places, things, etc.).
Some helpful questions I’ve learned to ask myself are…
does this FEEL light 🪶/Light 🕯️ to my Heart, or HEAVY 🪨
does this FEEL Empowering or disempowering?
does this FEEL Liberating or imprisoning?
does this FEEL Expanding or shrinking?
does this FEEL Love-based or fear-based?
does this FEEL like Victor Mentality or victim mentality?
does this FEEL like Prosperity Consciousness or poverty consciousness?
does this FEEL like Taking Full Responsibility for whatever and whoever shows up in Life (as a Divine Master Being/Spirit & Soul) or playing the outdated collective BLAME GAME?
does this FEEL like Unity Consciousness or separation consciousness?
When many of us think of Buddhism, we usually think of peace, compassion, the Dalai Llama, meditation, humble monks, tranquil temples in the mountains, and other “only positive” aspects.
However COMMA I’ve personally experienced witnessing even the Dalai Llama not exactly being deeply understanding, compassionate, patient, and unconditionally kind (let alone unconditionally loving).
He patronized a young girl (probably tween) who asked a simple question about the meaning of Om Made Padme Hum that her parents had taught her (to repeatedly say without being concerned of the meaning).
Meaning, whether it’s the Dalai Llama (who is often seen in public as only gentle and smiling and teaching about compassion)…
Or whether it’s Catholic priests (who overly suppress their natural sexual desires, and then it seeps out in out of control ways, to include sexually abusing children)…
Or whether it’s old, outdated, fear-based parts of even Buddhist teachings that are misogynist (yes, I learned this Spring of 2023)…
Or even so-called Buddhists—like many other religious people on this planet—who don’t exactly live by their religious beliefs (let alone habitually)…
can ALL be aspects other than right, good, and unconditionally loving.
ALL ultimately neutral aspects exists within ALL of us, though expressed (or NOT) in varying degrees.
For instance, MANY only think wrong, bad, or even evil thoughts, but may take it to their grave without a single other Soul finding out about it.
I wouldn’t even be surprised if the Pope was like, “Theses major pain in the ass MF’s are HOPELESS!!! When is The Return of the Anunnaki happening? It’s past the scheduled date. 😤” [yes, according to the limited, linear, human perspective; but from an expanded, multidimensional perspective, EVERYTHING, to include time, past/present/future are simultaneously happening in the NOW]
Despite these outdated ways, I sense that THE NEW ways of Life are continuing to be BIRTHED.
For instance, I’ve grown to respect and admire the current Pope—who seems more Heart-centered—than any other Pope that I was never drawn to (due to lack of interest).
I don’t follow this world’s news, but tune into these channels whenever I feel drawn to them.
I once read that Pope Francis had visited a small church somewhere (I think in the countryside), and placed a small, Goddess statue back inside the church.
This seemed to be a symbolic, graceful gesture of finally acknowledging, embracing, integrating, and perhaps even honoring the Divine Feminine essence of Source—the other Half of the Cosmic Coin/God’s Beloved Goddess, sacred relationship.
I wondered if the Goddess statue had been placed outside of a so-called sacred place (a church), to symbolize the separating (via separation consciousness), judging, hating, condemning, outcasting, oppressing, repressing, suppressing, denying, disrespecting, ridiculing, etc. of the Divine Feminine Goddess essence throughout the ages.
My old version of self would not have any interest in watching a movie about a Pope, though I enjoy well-made movies.
But sometime this year, I did, because it was about Pope Francis—a different kind of Pope whom I trust is further opening his Heart (and not just mind), and in the process of merging both, like an increasing number of Souls on, within, and around planet Earth.
I was curious—like my pet cats shadow 🐈⬛ (female 🌚) & Leo 🐈 (male 🌝)—and open to being entertained with new perceptions and perspectives that would further align 🌓 me to WHOLEness; and I’m grateful I gave it a chance.
I learned this year of 2023–at the fine art galleries that I worked at—that even stranger Buddhists (who were customers) can be very judgmental, passive-aggressive, and unkind, which I had never imagined before, let alone personally experience.
I trust that I (as Higher Self) manifested two of these atypical Buddhists to show up in my reality, as part of the spiritual process of further releasing earthly attachments to man-made, labeled boxes, to include generalizations and stereotypes.
There are many different people even within the broad rainbow 🌈 spectrum of all belief systems.
And I trust that most of the time, it’s not that anyone is in the permanently labeled box 📦 of wrong, bad, or even evil, but many of us have our “negative” moments, days, weeks, months, and even decades and/or lifetimes.
Even the Dalai Llama is probably mostly compassionate, peaceful, profoundly wise, unconditionally loving, and many other “positive” aspects.
But even he probably has his negative moments as well, like the rest of us (some of which he may never admit publicly, like many of us).
But I’ve learned from highly evolved E.T.s, like the Celestial Arcturians—through channeled messages within We, The Arcturians book 📕(by 3 females to include a Dr.)—that once we reach a certain, high-level, vibrational frequency, that becomes part of our core energetic essence; hence, we can always bounce back to that state.
Just to be clear, I’ve learned from the Pleiadians–through channeled messages within Barbara Marciniak books—that just because a being is highly evolved mentally and/or technologically, doesn’t necessarily mean that they are emotionally and/or spiritually as well.
Therefore, it’s wise to Be Discerning about what type of Powerful Being we prefer to Be (FIRST AND FOREMOST), and what type of Powerful Beings we prefer to be around—i.e., invest our Full Presence, focus, energy, and time on.
I trust that Being highly evolved on all energetic levels, to include emotionally and spiritually, is the ultimate Mastery of Self/self/interconnected Life within this world and beyond.
And this includes (but is not limited to):
mentally (with an overall optimistic outlook on Life with natural moments of pessimism; releasing fear-based, disempowering, non-beneficial beliefs, and creating love-based, highly beneficial, empowering ones; habitually thinking positive thoughts while neutrally observing, acknowledging, embracing, and even learning from negative ones, etc.)…
emotionally (doing best to unconditionally accept, embrace, and deeply love more and more ultimately neutral aspects of WHOLE self/Self; habitually feeling positive emotions while neutrally observing, acknowledging, deeply understanding, embracing, deeply healing, and even learning from negative ones, etc.)…
physically (learning how to be fully present with and better care for the physical body while increasingly noticing, recognizing, acknowledging, respecting, loving, and deeply appreciating body signals/communication, and ALL that trillions of cells within our bodies do for us 24/7, mostly automatically, that we often take for granted; activating once dormant, spiritual DNA 🧬)…
spiritually (not needing to do spiritual bypassing, but incorporating helpful healing methods, to include: inner-child work, shadow work, and The 7 Essene Mirrors; BOLDLY & BRAVELY taking full responsibility for ALL aspects of WHOLE self/Self/ultimately others, and embracing whatever shows up in Life ; doing best to unconditionally accept, embrace, and deeply love more and more ultimately neutral aspects of interconnected Life, not only of this world, but other life forms within this Universe, Multiverse, Omniverse, and beyond.
materially (to be in this world, but not of it; to deeply appreciate the material world, to include the fine and pleasant stuff, but not be attached to them in fear-based ways, to include various types of obvious and subtle addictions)
financially (to wisely use the neutral tool of money, in beneficial ways for for self/Life, rather than make an enemy of it, and even misuse or abuse it)
and technologically (benefit from wisely using things like information, cell phones, spaceships, satellites, AI, etc., rather than misuse or abuse them, and cause irreversible and irreparable consequences).
I trust that there are precious gems within this world’s religions.
However, after a decade of exploring various ones from my late teens to late twenties, I let go of them, though I continued to believe in the existence of the Divine.
Plus, I’ve learned on my journey—and increasingly realizing more than ever before—that I absolutely do NOT prefer to be within any limiting, man-made, labeled boxes 📦, especially when it comes to who I choose to be at any given moment.
I also feel no need or desire to follow human rules as to what all I should (or not): think, believe, feel, behave, say, and do.
Humanity and beyond can kiss my Japorean @$$.
My barely known biological, Japanese-American father once shared something that hit Soul Home, while we were in touch sometime between 2012 and 2013.
He said for his own funeral one day, he chose the Frank Sinatra song, “My Way.”
This was a perfect choice for his free-spirited, strong, rebel-self—around his late 70’s at the time—who has been through a lot of extreme traumas, chaotic family dramas, immense heartaches, and deep, inner suffering from early childhood throughout adulthood.
And this applies to all of my Earth families, to include myself, and many within humanity.
But despite the very difficult Life challenges—that only show up for Master Souls who are ready, and have attained all the spiritual tools to implement mastery—Rollin M. Sugi was able to THRIVE, rather than merely survive, in this world.
So the next phase that I wish for him in this lifetime, before he passes away, is for him to experience deep healing on all energetic levels (especially emotionally), and to truly, fully, and unconditionally love himself (and not just need and/or desire to impress society, and win its conditional approval).
And if he doesn’t choose to this in this lifetime, may he choose to do so whenever he needs to in another lifetime(s), since he (like all Souls) have free will.
And I trust this applies to ALL of us, that our ultimate Life Lesson—or opportunity to express our Mastery (like Gregg Braden taught)—is to truly, fully (WHOLEy), and unconditionally love ourselves, which allows us to truly do so for interconnected Life within this world and way beyond.
