The following is a comment that I shared for the video, “5 Things to Give Up to Raise Your Vibration INSTANTLY“:
Aaron, first of all, thank you for the Light/Unconditional Love that you are, and all the assistance that you generously provide for humanity and beyond. I was introduced to you via Victor’s videos, and I even subscribed to your guys’ channel, Full Time Purpose. You shared some helpful points within this video, and I would like to share with you and others in return.
I trust that it’s wise to take into consideration that the chart you shared at the beginning of this video is not necessarily set in stone.
For instance, Unconditional Love for ALL aspects of the self, which helps us to fully and truly love interconnected Life within this world and beyond—and not the typical CONDITIONAL love that many souls have experienced throughout human history—can be perceived as the ultimate enlightenment, and not the mental “enlightenment” that many strive for within the spiritual community in order to satisfy the ego self (that wants to be perceived as only good and right).
I have no doubt that it’s also very important for us all to be cognizant of the difference between the typical, CONDITIONAL forgiveness and Unconditional Forgiveness.
CONDITIONAL forgiveness is solely from the logical, calculating mind that thinks, “I will forgive _______ because:
– I want to believe that I’m only a good and/or righteous person
– I want others to believe that I’m only a good and/or righteous person
– I want to be accepted by, approved of, and/or loved by a higher power (e.g., god)
– I want to go to a place called heaven
– I don’t want to end up in a place called purgatory or hell
– according to the law of giving and receiving, I will receive forgiveness when I forgive
Unconditional Forgiveness is from the integrated Mind/Heart, deeply understanding the bigger picture, and deeply FEELING true forgiveness from the heart.
When it comes to food and eating, I trust that when we are in tune with our body signals—our body communicating to us—we will trust what our bodies inform us that it needs at any given moment. It is the human judgment that ALL beings on planet Earth—whether humans, starseeds, or other beings–must eat a certain diet that is considered “good” and “right” and fits perfectly into an earthly labeled box.
The vegan movement is a perfect example, where there are many (not all) who believe they are above those who are not hard-core vegan, are very @nal when it comes to what’s allowed for the body to consume, and are more judgmental towards self and humanity despite having a so-called “high vibrational frequency”—which is only at the physical energy body level, but not mental, emotional and spiritual energy body levels.
This is why many are tuned off by the vegan movement despite its benefits. And much of the vegan products are not actually healthy, though fresh, plant-based foods can definitely be, in moderation and according to one’s needs (and not what society says one needs).
I shared the following comment for two people who expressed a common concern (which stems from one of your expressions):
Daisy Woods and Natasha Mudford: I don’t know what you’ve been through, but I have no doubt that your heartaches, pain, and suffering is valid. There is ultimately nothing “bad” or “wrong” about depression. It’s society’s judgment towards it—due to a lack of understanding and compassion from the heart—that makes it feel as though something is wrong with someone going through depression .
For those who haven’t had personal experiences related to various forms of human suffering can only sympathize at best (with only the logical mind), rather than deeply empathize with another (with integrated Mind/Heart).
It’s not their fault; though book knowledge can teach us many fancy concepts, it’s only until we have experienced these concepts personally (experiential knowledge/wisdom), that we will KNOW what it’s actually like to walk in anothers’ shoes.
I’m not suggesting that we become lost in depression for long periods, but it’s healthy to embrace ALL of our invaluable emotions (negative and positive) that reveals our authentic state at any given moment, like an inner compass.
If we continue to repress (during childhood), judge, ignore, deny, criticize, suppress (throughout adulthood), ridicule, and even condemn so-called “negative” emotions and feelings—without finding out the root cause of them—they won’t go away, but will bubble, bubble, bubble, boil, and then eventually EXPLODE like a volcano, which equals emotions out of control.
These so-called negative emotions and feelings of ours—simply interconnected parts of the Whole—just desire to be noticed, recognized, acknowledged, unconditionally accepted/embraced/loved, deeply healed, and integrated into the Whole, Multidimensional self (physical self)/Self (Source: Soul/Spirit within).
Inner-Child Work and Shadow Work has helped me to deeply heal, so if you’re drawn to the idea, check it out; if not, disregard.
As you follow your inner guidance, I trust that you will fully integrate all of your negative emotions and feelings—without allowing them to take over the ship (your Whole self/Self)—and you will learn to deeply appreciate that aspect that is called depression, which CAN gift you with priceless, profound wisdom (as long as you don’t become LOST within it).
Sending you much loving energies from my heart ^_^
