Intro: I shared this comment for the Creator of => Image by ooceey from Pixabay:
Thank you so much ooceey for sharing this creative, colorful and perfect artwork that you beautifully tagged (labeled) as: Unity in Diversity, All Forms of Love, and Global Oneness.
I was also reminded of similar words such as: Unity Consciousness, Unconditional Love (for self/Self/others/interconnected Life), and Individual & Collective Soul Growth/Mystical or Spiritual Evolution/Expanding Consciousness. I used this image for post: [this one]

This post contains exchanged messages regarding how all Souls can better learn from one another, better teach one another, and share what’s highly beneficial in various ways.
This includes the varying degrees of communication styles of: gentle kindness, assertiveness, and even aggressiveness; the latter example best represented within a story in post, “Embracing the Light and Dark Within All of Us“ (excerpt below):
The following is another example of gentle kindness not always being the most effective method for helping someone to become their full potential or remember who they truly are.
When I was an instructor at the interrogator school in the Army, I had these two male, private (PVT) soldiers, fresh out of high school, who mentioned that they wanted to become Rangers, which I thought was great to be so motivated. However, it’s one thing to talk the talk, but quite another to walk the walk.
PVT Cocky and PVT Pride were two out of approximately 50 soldiers (both males and females) who were constantly on my radar for not following instructions, falling asleep in class, forgetting their gear, etc. I used the gentle-loving approach, assertive approach, and even the aggressive approach.

The following is a recent, reply message that I read from one of the EMT members, for a comment I had shared a while back for Peter Sage’s EMT/Elite Mentorship Trainer program—that I recently decided to discontinue, at least for now—for Module titled, “Powerful Communication – Part 2”; and I was reminded from within that I often times forget how inspirational my own writing can be, that I trust was channeled by my Higher Self/Soul/Spirit within:

Made me cry with Joy Barbara! to see your words so effectively expressing Unconditional Love. You always amaze me with your clarity and insights! You have said very elegantly many things I have thought or said. Thank You! Can you tell that my strongest Archetype is The Lover?! LOL! Best wishes!
My reply today to the above message:
Hi D____, sorry about the delayed reply, I returned from a long trip the other day [Brazil, to include my first mind-blowing and amazing, 11-day ayahuasca retreat], and needed much rest, recovery, and relaxation. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing your deeply heartfelt, uplifting, and helpful feedback, which was a delightful surprise. ^_^ I’m so grateful that I was able to tune into your seemingly miraculous and amazing message that showed up in Divine perfect timing and order; it was definitely BRIGHT SUNSHINE to a very challenging and gloomy day (literally and figuratively! Lol). And YES, I can tell that your strongest Archetype is The Lover!! <3<3<3 Best wishes to you as well Soul brother. 😉 7/31/2022
The following is the original comment I had shared:
Thank you Peter for a wealth of very helpful information as usual (took a lot of notes).
I especially love the part about LOVING students to the answer, rather than judging them through it; what a beautiful and graceful way to express that method.
I have no doubt that this way of Being and method highly encourages the love and joy of learning (via leading by example), which can inspire students to also Be a Teacher, and teach others in loving ways within their own lives (especially with children).
I LOVE learning from outer world Soul Teachers, to include children, Mother Nature, actual teachers, or even spiritual teachers, while choosing to follow the Ultimate Teacher within/Heart/intuition/inner-wisdom/and like energies FIRST AND FOREMOST, only taking onboard what FEELS light/true to my Heart.
However COMMA I don’t care to learn from those who teach in a patronizing and condescending manner, because I’ve learned since childhood that it doesn’t FEEL good on the receiving end; and it definitely doesn’t build confidence.
And I also like to remind myself not to teach others in this manner as well, since creating negative memories (to include psychological trauma) around the learning experience can do some serious damage to anyone’s potential to learn, grow, and become greater versions of themselves.
As an adult, whenever I came upon those who were patronizing or condescending, I would often bring this to the attention of whoever taught in this manner.
And I noticed a pattern, that they would often appear surprised, or even shocked, that someone would even call them out on something they were so used to saying without thinking about how it could make others FEEL (i.e., less than, inferior, stupide, dumb, like an idiot, embarassed, humiliated, etc.).
I was sure it wasn’t the first time they were like this, but hoping it would be the last.
When I was new to my second Army unit (KRSOC, now HSOC in Hawaii), my supervisor—who was a Staff Sergeant/E-6, and I was a Sergeant/E-5—started training me in a very condescending manner (and even out loud so that everyone and their mamas and grandmamas could hear within this Soul-draining, recirculated air, underground, cubicle land with no windows and sunlight).
And to my great surprise, I said something that was different from the usual, assertive manner (with strong eye contact, command voice, and straightforward words).
I gently looked him in the eyes and softly said, “Someone did this to you”; and to my great surprise, he became teary-eyed, his non-verbal expression was a combination of shock, guilt, and sadness, and he gently replied with a nervous smile, “What?”.
Soon after that seemingly awkward moment, my Supervisor apologized to me in private, and explained that the younger Soldier sitting next to me—a Specialist/E-4, who actually looked like a younger Peter Sage, Lol, and was also very ambitious—was actually the one who trained him in a condescending manner when he first arrived to the unit.
So though my Supervisor out-ranked him, the young Specialist had more technical and analytic experience at this strategic unit—due to being there for a year ahead of time—so he had no choice but to be trained by him; but at a tactical unit, it’s usually the other way around.
I was reminded from within, that whenever we experience unloving ways from others, we can either pass these fear-based energies down to more people, thinking, “Well, that’s how I was treated!” adding to the heart wounds of humanity, OR…
We can learn from these “negative” experiences, and choose NOT to treat others this way since we know how unpleasant it FEELS.
I learned that when any type of unloving teaching method gets passed down from a Trainer to another Soldier (or a teacher to a student) —and nobody speaks up and basically expresses that it’s NOT okay—then these unhealthy, non-beneficial ways can continue to negatively affect many Souls.
But this will only create even more fear-based trainers and teachers—who believe they’re superior due to the knowledge that they perceive they hold as theirs—rather than creating more love-based ones,TRUE LEADERS.
Thanks to this invaluable experience, both my Supervisor and the Specialist—who had their own wonderful qualities as well—discontinued their condescending method of training, and we all became closer and worked as a team (among other Soldiers), though it wasn’t always sunshine, rainbows and flowers.
It wasn’t until over a decade later that I realized that I was channeling my Higher Self (Soul/SPirit) at the time, which explained the amazing transformation of all parties involved, because it stemmed from POWERFUL Unconditional Love, which can show up as gentle, assertive, and even aggressive when needed, depending on the situation.
Peter, our world’s school systems could definitely benefit from incorporating many of the subjects, topics, themes, principles, profound wisdom, etc. taught within your EMF course and EMT program. Thank you again for your invaluable, love-based contributions! ^_^
By the way, though I deeply appreciate replies, I don’t expect them from anyone (especially you Peter), since everyone’s more than likely busy with their lives.

The following is a reply message that I noticed today from another EMT member, for a different comment that I had shared on 4/9/2022:

This sounds like … “to me” mode … are you studying your EMF programme? I bet that once you are further into the EMF modules, you will find that your complaint above was irrelevant. Enjoy the ride! 🙂
My reply to the above / 11 minutes ago:
Actually Ghislaine, it’s about honestly, tactfully, and effectively communicating an obvious issue that’s been negatively affecting at least several EMF and/or EMT members; hence, the intention is to better serve the individual self, as well as the Collective (i.e., “As Me” state of Consciousness that highly benefits self/others, rather than “to me” mode that’s afraid to take actions).
Perhaps you need to more deeply connect with your own Higher Self/Soul/Spirit/Divine within, rather than only or mostly reply upon some outer world program, though studying the EMF program has its benefits as well. That way, you’ll be able to SEE (with CLARITY) the BIGGER picture.
EnJOY the ride! ^_^
The original comment:
Now I’m not your typical math-excelling Asian female, but I’m pretty sure that the “Estimated [total] Time” for watching all 3 Masterclasses within this module—bullet #3 on our EMT checklist—is NOT even close to 150 minutes, but more like almost twice that time (though more than likely completely worth the time).
Perhaps it would be beneficial to update this page so that those who work part-time, full-time, over-time, and/or have their own business(es), children, elderly, and/or pets to take care of as well, can more accurately schedule their EMF and/or EMT time accordingly.
I recall at least two other EMF members sharing that they noticed this discrepancy within the EMF modules (and I did too)—certain bullets within the module checklists not matching the actual, estimated times it takes to complete whatever assignments—and had one of them known this before signing up, s/he would NOT have chosen to participate, since it doesn’t match their full-time work schedule.
I have no doubt that it’s not easy to create new programs and online courses, so more than likely this was accidently overlooked.
However COMMA I have no doubt that the more transparency we can incorporate into EMF and EMT, the smoother the journey can be for everyone.
Plus, the less likely that people will end up writing negative reviews at the end due to built up frustrations and/or possible resentment and other degrees of anger, to include rage (like the super quiet dude that ends up suddenly going postal because he can’t take it anymore; not to say that all quiet people have that tendency, Lol).
