The following two paragraphs—used as an intro for this post—are the last sections of the previous post, “Observations About Certain Questionable Businesses Within Sedona’s Spiritual Mecca“:
I recently experienced, yet, another crystal store that seems much 
shinier on the outer surface (which is the fourth one so far)–all due to certain managers discriminating who they’re kind to, and/or not caring about their employees, which can explain their high turnover rate; this is unfortunate since Sedona is known to this world as a spiritual mecca.
Yesterday, I wrote a two star Google review for the crystal store Stone Age Sedona—that appears to be a tiny local store on the outer surface, but actually has an international online store on its website. I initially had a good impression of this store, and I even mentioned it within this blog a while back. The following is my first review of a crystal store in Sedona:
I was going to write a positive review after my first visit to this store (something I often do), but I strongly sensed to wait, and I’m grateful that I chose to follow my inner guidance.
It’s not easy to write an other than five star review for a place that has all five star reviews; but I’m going to go all out and trust my intuition, and share what I’ve experienced this afternoon.
Often times, conditional kindness and judgment aren’t easily detected, because as long as a customer shows interest in buying a product(s), the person behind the counter—whether it be an employee, manager, and/or owner—will display some degree of friendliness.
However, the true test of a person’s authenticity, unconditional kindness, and intention are revealed when a potential customer walks into a store to initially ask a question prior to the plan of purchasing a product (e.g., Libyan Desert Glass, aka Libyan Gold Tektite).
Many people have the ability to memorize (with their logical minds) various information about crystals (i.e., the name, metaphysical properties, origin, etc.); however, that doesn’t necessarily make them an expert when it comes to crystals.
Crystals, in its plethora of forms, are meant to be temporary tools that assist and empower humanity and beyond with the expansion of our individual and collective consciousness, and not something we’re supposed to desperately depend on for the rest of our lives.
When we shift from linear human perspective to multidimensional, expanded perspective, we realize that crystals mirror to us all the knowledge, wisdom, skills, talents, and abilities that already exists within our souls—ultimately Cosmic Light/Profound Wisdom/Unconditional Love.
Therefore, if one is not willing to further open one’s mind and heart (to integrated Mind/Heart)—by sharing such things as unconditional kindness and non-judgment—all the knowledge of the crystals in this world will not be helpful, just as all the book knowledge of shiny spiritual teachings in this world won’t help one who’s not willing to live by them.
So whoever I interacted with today, thank you for the blessing in disguise experience; you mirrored to me a great reminder of how NOT to treat others—especially assuming that someone is less intelligent and less experienced, even though one doesn’t even know that person.
When I further expand my mind and heart, I realize that treating strangers in unkind ways stems from deep, unhealed wounds from within, such as insecurities about our own ego self’s tightly held job position in this world that may feel threatened by another.
I unconditionally forgive myself for NOT standing up for myself as soon I was told that working at a crystal store is not like working at a grocery store (though I’ve never worked at a grocery store before).
I also unconditionally forgive the man behind the counter—with the serious expression and condescending tone—who expressed himself (verbally and nonverbally) from a state of fear.
Nonetheless, I trust my inner guidance to share this experience for all of us to learn from and to grow on all energetic levels of our being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual .
Take care soul brother; we will all eventually reunite on the other side as One.
