The word forgiveness, like the word love, has often been misused, and even abused, throughout human history, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
We, as humanity, would sometimes easily allow the words, “I forgive you” slip out of our mouths with a half-smile, though we would not feel anything deep within our hearts, except ulterior motives and emptiness. Or, often times, we would convince ourselves that we have forgiven another, when we know deep down, we haven’t.
We, as humanity, would often times easily allow the words, “I love you” slip out of our mouths like a check off of a to-do list, only to quickly change our minds the instant something didn’t quite go our way.
Like the meaning of the word unconditional love is quite different from the word love, so is the word unconditional forgiveness quite different from meaning of the word forgiveness.

So what is conditional forgiveness? Could it be the following:
- I forgive you because society says forgiving others is the “right” thing to do, and I want to be seen by society as a “good” person.
- I forgive you because I want to go to a place called Heaven, and I don’t want to end up in a place called hell.
- I forgive you because I believe that the Christian, religious god (who supposedly loves all unconditionally) will only forgive my trespasses if I forgive others for theirs.
- I forgive you because I believe that the Christian, religious Jesus said to forgive others 77 plus times, and therefore, I don’t want to disappoint him since I was told that He is my ticket to the gates of Heaven.
- I forgive you with my easily spoken words, though I feel absolutely nothing for you in my Heart. It doesn’t matter because you won’t be able to tell the difference anyway (unless of course, you have psychic abilities). All you need to know is that it appears on the outer surface that I chose the higher path by expressing these very words to you, which makes me better than you…more righteous than you…more superior than you.
So what is unconditional forgiveness? Though there are, without a shadow of a doubt, many examples of unconditional forgiveness in all realms where duality (a highly effective tool) exists, the following are my personal experiences that helped me to re-member who I truly am:
- I forgive you unconditionally my soul brother and soul sister for having told me and showed me many times throughout my life how unworthy I am. I now understand that you had merely forgotten who you truly were (dropped your naturally high vibrational frequency/”fallen” from true state), and thus, became a wounded wounder (your fearful ego self/wounded inner-child/unhealed masculine energy/consciousness) who didn’t know better than to hurt others for the sufferings of your own collection of pains from this lifetime and past lifetimes. Though you’ve never apologized for your words, behaviors, and actions that didn’t stem from unconditional love, I now deeply understand that there’s no need for it. You (as a disguised angel/a loving soul of Divine Spirit/All That Is) have unintentionally taught me (as a soul playing your part in the Divine Plan) a great life lesson/profound wisdom, that I AM indeed truly worthy—as part of my Divine birthright. Thank you for reflecting back to me for many years who I’m not, which is unworthiness. You have both served my soul growth well. When we reunite in the loving energies of the New Earth, I will hug you tightly like a lovable teddy bear with overflowing tears of joy.
- I forgive you unconditionally my soul brother for having me believe at one innocent point in my life that I had found my first true love, only to discover later that you had other intentions, which had nothing to do with true love, but only matters of the physical. Though you’ve never apologized for your words and actions that didn’t stem from unconditional love, I now deeply understand that there’s no need for it. You (as a disguised angel/a loving soul of Divine Spirit/All That Is) have unintentionally taught me (as a soul playing your part in the Divine Plan) a great life lesson/profound wisdom, that true love is not out there, but it’s something very sacred deep within our Being/our essence—the Union of our Beloved I AM Presence/Christ within us (our healed, integrated, and balanced Soul—Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine—merged with Divine Spirit/All That Is, aka Monad). I learned/remembered that as I choose to Be my Balanced, True Self, I AM the essence of True, Unconditional Love; hence, in Divine prefect timing and order, my outer reality will most definitely and fully reflect my inner reality.
- I forgive you unconditionally my soul brother for having said and done things to me that are seemingly far from anything that a close loved one would do to another. Though the perceived experiences of much “darkness” were unbelievable at the time, I now understand that they have all taught me invaluable lessons of wisdom. By experiencing the darkest of the dark side of others, I was able to build the courage and inner-strength to face my own greatest and darkest fears within myself, to include my own dark side. Afterall, until we learn/remember to unconditionally accept and unconditionally love all aspects of ourselves, how can we fully and unconditionally accept and love all aspects of others? I highly appreciated your apology, although I had already forgiven you at the time.
- I forgive you unconditionally my soul brother for manipulating and raping me. Although you never apologized because you (your fearful ego self) convinced yourself that you were just having fun as a man who has every right to take advantage of a woman (or a male soldier/superior who has the right to take advantage of his soldiers within his own platoon), I now deeply understand that there’s no need for it. You (as a disguised angel/a loving soul of Divine Spirit/All That Is) have unintentionally taught me (as a soul playing your part in the Divine Plan) a great life lesson/profound wisdom. You can never take away what’s my Divine birthright, which is my dignity, my self-worth, my self-love, although at one low point in my life, I (as my fearful ego self) had believed that you had taken it away from me. I, as my Beloved I AM Presence/Christ within me thank you for having reflected back to me who I’m not—solely my abused physical body, negative thoughts and beliefs of unworthiness, and my deeply hurt feelings; Spirit within me, as me, and through me is who I truly am.
- I forgive you unconditionally my soul brothers and soul sisters—ultimately all extensions of my Expanded SELF/Universe within—for having judged me, disrespected me, ridiculed me, resented me, ignored me, gossiped about me, blamed me, labeled me, discriminated me, condemned me, accused me, and any other thoughts, intentions, words, emotions and actions that didn’t stem from unconditional love. Though you’ve never apologized, I now deeply understand that there’s no need for it. You (as disguised angels/loving souls of Divine Spirit/All That Is) have unintentionally taught me (as souls playing your part in the Divine Plan) great life lessons/profound wisdom. You all reflected back to me (like a mirror) all that I choose not to be; hence, helping me to be that much closer to fully Being who I truly am in every present and precious Moment of Now.
- I forgive you unconditionally self (my fearful ego self/unhealed masculine energy and consciousness/wounded inner-child) for having judged me, disrespected me, ridiculed me, resented me, ignored me, gossiped about me, blamed me, labeled me, discriminated me, condemned me, accused me, and any other thoughts, intentions, words, emotions and actions that didn’t stem from unconditional love. Though you’ve never apologized, I now deeply understand that there’s no need for it. You (as an aspect of my soul/a disguised angel/a loving soul of Divine Spirit/All That Is) have unintentionally taught me (as a soul playing your part in the Divine Plan) great life lessons/profound wisdom. You reflected back to me all that I choose not to be—my fearful ego self/unhealed masculine energy and consciousness/wounded inner-child; hence, helping me to be that much closer to fully Being who I truly am in every present and precious Moment of Now—healed, integrated, and balanced fearful ego self/unhealed masculine energy and consciousness/wounded inner-child (empowered Divine Masculine Energies/Consciousness) reunited with healed, integrated, and balanced shadow self (empowered Divine Feminine Energies/Consciousness) merged with Divine Spirit/All That Is, aka Monad.
