A couple of months ago or so, I started adding Epsom salt with lavender to my loofa right before my showers, since I rarely take baths (something that will change in Divine perfect timing and order).
Recently, I’ve been drawn to using detoxifying shower washes. I’ve also been drawn to green powder drinks, as I happened to notice some in the organic section of my grocery store while shopping for my fluoride-free spearmint toothpaste and sea spearmint, super refreshing mouthwash.
I drank my first green drink today called, Garden of Life, Perfect Food RAW (RAW Organic Green Super Food), real raw apple flavor. To my surprise, it tasted pretty good, considering it’s a green drink, which apparently isn’t known for its delicious flavors.
My goal is to have this highly nutritional drink at least once daily. For details, checkout the links for the website Garden of Life => Perfect Food Raw and A Way of Life.

I plan on buying the brand, Paradise Herbs ORAC Energy (the first and best on the list), one day; but for my first experience, I thought I’d buy one that’s conveniently available from my local shopping center, and a kind that has good flavor.
As mentioned in my recent post, “Embracing, Loving and Integrating My Soul,” I believe I’m toward the end stage of this particular phase of soul growth, where I’m finishing up/getting done with (the experiences) the so-called consuming of “unhealthy” foods in not so moderate portions.
I don’t plan on completely eliminating all unhealthy foods (such as pizza, one of my favorites); however, I have a feeling that I’m going to start eating much lighter and healthier in order to raise and maintain a high vibrational frequency.
I noticed that I’m starting to lose interest in some of my other favorite foods. Recently, I chose to eat spicy tuna roll with brown rice over fried chicken and butter biscuits, which is unusual. I even turned down ice cream, which I usually enjoy with my husband on occasions.
I’m also going back to excluding certain meats from my dish (that seems tough and dense to me), while leaving it in for my husband who enjoys it.
For instance, when I make Korean bibimbop (that both my husband and I absolutely love to eat), loaded with various vegetables and topped with an over-easy fried egg, I leave out the bulgogi beef for my bowl, and it’s still oh-so-delicious! ^_^
Trail mix bags of various nuts (especially almonds) and dried fruits have become my favorite snacks as well, rather than the not-so-healthy snacks that make me feel blah afterwards. Plus, fresh blueberries and organic strawberries are a delight as well! 🙂
As of now, I hardly ever drink anything other than purified water, which was a big change in itself, since I used to drink more of other drinks that aren’t exactly healthy for us, to include soda and alcohol.
I’ve recently incorporated herbal, non-caffeinated teas in my life—-Dr. Stuart’s triple ginseng tea is now a favorite—-replacing my morning coffee, cream and sugar. I made that decision after I recently started not feeling so good after drinking coffee, which has never happened before.
Several months ago or so, I wrote about my experience of drinking a glass of whiskey and coke. After drinking about a quarter of the glass, my stomach started aching, as though my insides were slowly twisting.
I ended up rolling around on my bed in the fetal position. I felt nauseous, and although the pain itself had subsided after a few minutes, my stomach felt strange…like an indescribable level of discomfort.
Within five minutes or so, I rushed to the bathroom. I ended up vomiting like a raging volcano. I then intuitively sensed that would be the last time I ever drank hard liquor.
One would think that would be the last time I drank alcohol period; but, I noticed that sometimes…or often, I choose to learn lessons the hard way, which is an old and ineffective habit that is no longer serving my soul growth and changing for sure.
I’ve enjoyed wine since my late thirties, so I had a glass one day. I had the same, intense experience as with the glass of liquor, minus the vomiting.
Weeks later, I convinced myself that perhaps it wasn’t the wine, but some other factor that caused me to feel that way (i.e., food, mood, body).
So, I chose to be my own lab rat, and drink a glass of wine. Once again, I experienced the intense uncomfortable feelings in my stomach, as well as the feeling that my entire body was rapidly heating up.
I set the glass down, and chose to finally get it through my stubborn ego self that I need to ssseriously let go of drinking alcohol once and for all…PERIOD (even if it’s once in a blue moon).
Ever since I noticed various changes in myself on all levels of my being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—I wrote a post called, “My Evolving 12-Strand DNA.”
I’ve finally accepted that my changing physical body now rejects alcohol, among other things. About a month ago, I even shared with my husband that my senses are becoming even more sensitive lately, to the point where his body odors (whenever he comes back from his smoke breaks) are becoming unbearable.
The funny thing is, I used to not notice the smoke odors unless I got really close to my husband’s face. Even when my dog (Siberian Husky) comes back from his pee or poop break from our backyard, I can smell an indescribable potent odor that makes me very nauseous, even though I’d be in another room (i.e., my dog in the dining room and me in the kitchen).
I did some research, and I’m not talking about a “no bath,” “wet dog,” “been rolling in poop” and/or “feet and ass” kind of odor either. It baffled me that my husband is completely not bothered by it. Thankfully, the odor goes away within 5-10 minutes or so.
Anyhoo, I’ve decided to pay more attention to my body signals, which continually communicates to us all, especially our precious and profound feelings.
I’ve also noticed for the past few years that my digestive system has changed drastically. Ever since I was a child, I often had constipation issues. My mother’s efforts to make me drink more boiled barley water, as well as milk, wasn’t successful.
Although I’ve always loved Korean milk, with its rich flavor, I didn’t like the bland milk that my parents bought at the commissary (military grocery store), which I later found out was powdered milk.
WARNING! The following info may be TMI: 😉
Throughout the majority of my life, I wasn’t able to go #2 daily, and I became used to it. On average, I probably went about three to four times per week, if that.
However, in the past three years, not only have I been able to effortlessly go #2 daily, but my poop has often been very soft, as opposed to the hard, mega logs (from being constipated for a day/days) that would sometimes make me bleed.
Every now and then—perhaps a few times a year—I still experience constipation (due to what I eat, as well as stress perhaps); however, it’s nothing like how it used to be, which is simply amazing to me.
I even ate certain heavy foods back-to-back (e.g., rice and meat dish, rice cakes) within a day, that have typically caused me to experience constipation, but I was still able to go the next day with much ease.
I also find it amazing that I haven’t had a full-blown cold or flu for about three years now, and I used to get them annually. Twice, I’ve had cold sores (that I’ve had since I was a child), that healed within a day or two, rather than lasting for a week or so.
I believe all these changes are due to my (as well as our) evolving DNA. I get excited whenever I’m able to find answers as to why I have certain unusual—and even extraordinary—-experiences (to include the 11:11 phenomenon), so I’ve decided to share some of mine as well.
The following are just a few of the many readings that have been very helpful with recognizing some of the changes that come with one’s soul growth, and being able to work with them to create acceptance, peace, balance, healing and harmony (for others, check out my “Readings that Resonate with Me” category, or do your own research to find information that highly resonates with you):

End of December 2014 and the first week of January 2015: I experienced intense energies which affected me physically, emotionally and mentally. Although I haven’t had major “flu” symptoms—that I trust are ascension symptoms—in over three years, this time it became so unbearable, after two days of feeling very cold and sore throughout my entire body, and not being able to get uninterrupted sleep (although fatigued), I surrendered and took NyQuil and DayQuil in order to function. I initially felt bad because I believed I wasn’t being strong enough, but then I chose to stop judging myself; but rather, have self-compassion, and just unconditionally accept what I felt was the best thing to do for my body at the time.
The following info that I received in January was helpful:
This morning, I read the e-mail message below from Lilly, which was perfect timing since I had mentioned my experience of intense energies this month in the unpublished post, “Re-membering Family of Light.”
Lilly’s loving message immediately uplifted my entire being, so I decided to share it with others who happened to come upon this blog.

I know you are sensitive.
So many people have experienced an intense start of the Year!
I felt it deep.
Any of these happening to you?
dizziness, nausea, heavy emotions surfacing, fatigue more than usual, you just want to sleep, physical pain, hide in a corner and have nothing to do with the world, encounter angry insane or demanding people, anger is surfacing everywhere, feeling out of sorts, things break down?
Well this is all part of the big Shift. Some say even the poles of the planets are shifting.
We are detoxing heavily. We are forced and pushed into feeling deeply our own feelings.
It is not easy. But as humans we have to go thru that’s why we came here, to learn how is life in human form.
And this is medicine.
Planets activity, solar flares, earthquakes and the last Cancer Full Moon had such a big impact on our psyche, since the holidays.
It is Time to come out from the deep intensity, although it is not over yet. But at least we can be more aware of the collective unconscious energies, have a deep understanding and allow to just flowing instead of resisting, going downstream instead of pushing insanely upstream.
This is what helps me and wanted to share with you:
1. Turmeric ( use in food or capsules -make sure is organic)
2. One teaspoon of honey (raw, unfiltered, local if possible) with 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (acv) (raw, unfiltered, organic) in a glass of water. Use a straw if you have sensitive teeth.
3. Drink plenty of water (every hour sip some water)
4. Meditate on aligning your chakras (3Lights Technique helps with any Shifting Energies)
5. Breathe more consciously – Deep Breaths, let go on the exhale
6. Ground/earth Yourself – Go in the nature (feet chakra balancers
do an awesome job to ground and induce good sleep to heal)
Here is a New Article I posted about how to deal with angry people or people who have an heavy negative energy.
This is great for sensitive people, empaths.
One more thing: 2015 is a 8 Universal Year!
That means focus on Prosperity, Abundance and Conscious Wealth this year.
8 is an amplifier, so what you focus on amplifies.
Happy Prosperous, Conscious New 2015 and
May you be blessed with Goodness.

The 11:11
I’ve read several readings regarding the 11:11 phenomenon—and other sacred number codes—and even wrote a post about my own experiences with angel number synchronicity within this blog, but the reading/link above most highly resonates with me. I’ve even read bits and pieces of the topic, Twin Flames, within this website so far, and the fresh information was unlike any other material I had ever read. I just recently came upon this website/blog, that includes information from the author’s book, Chronicles of Ilse, and so far, I absolutely love the writer’s intriguing information, unique and broad perspective, refreshing transparency/authenticity, deep understanding, loving and powerful energies, and her ability to Be Balance—“Be in this world, but not of it”(having Unity Consciousness rather than being lost in separation consciousness/within the illusions of duality). I trust that I came upon this outer knowledge—a reflection of my soul’s inner-knowing—in Divine perfect timing and order. Thank you Beloved I AM Presence/Christ within/Twin Flame. <3<3<3
