Note: This post is a continuation from the post, “Taking Full Responsibility for Co-Creation of One’s Reality.” Also, poster on right below found next to link => somethingthatdescribesmeandmyarticles.blogspot.com (thank you). I printed out this very helpful poster and posted it on our refrigerator to often remind my husband and I on how to Be fully healed and balanced on all levels of our Being, at any given moment, until reminders are no longer needed.
Ever since our move here, I’ve been experiencing more synchronicity; more accurately, I trust that I’m just noticing them more than before, which shows me that I’m living and Being in the present Moment of Now more often.
Not only have my husband and I started exercising again—incorporating interval runs days with gym days (for toning abs, back and arms, along with using the low-impact elliptical machine)—but we also started including super powder shakes into our diet (replacing a meal per day).
After doing some research, we decided to explore Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shake power and The Ultimate Meal (by the way, we don’t get paid by them).
For the Vega One, we tasted Vanilla Chai so far, and it’s the best tasting super shake power that we’d ever tasted. My husband tried it with milk, and I tried it with water (and then we tried each others), and they were both pretty good.
I’m pretty sure we discontinued using super shake powders for a while in the past because the last one (Green Vibrance) looked like dark, pond water, and I imagine that it even tasted like it (either that or swamp water). Lesson learned: If it looks and tastes pretty awful, then chances are…if won’t last, no matter how healthy it is for you.
The Garden of Life: Raw protein shake (apple flavored) was okay, but very gritty, and it also looked like dark pond water, which made me feel as though it had a “dirty” aftertaste .
I love that The Ultimate Meal has the best of the best ingredients for a meal replacement/super-shake/etc., but mixing it with only almond milk (my choice) or regular milk (my husband’s choice) was definitely not an enjoyable experience.
The texture reminded me of very runny oatmeal, and the taste…yyyeah, let’s just put it this way: it was as if someone mowed the lawn, and then immediately added a handful of freshly cut grass into my shaker bottle, and shouted like a smartass, “Enjoy the taste of nature!” and me replying with much enthusiasm (not so much), “Gee, thanks so much buddy.”
But to be fair, we did not follow the highly recommended recipe on the tub for our first try—which includes adding organic banana, half an organic apple, and some organic blueberries—which we plan on doing soon. We just did our own thing to see if that would work; nope! UPDATE on The Ultimate Meal Experience: Post, “Drinking and Eating Whatever Highly Resonates with Us.”
I noticed sacred number code 4:34 right after typing the above, and looked up the meaning in a website that I continue to use whenever I feel like, ANGEL NUMBERS – Joanes Sacred Scribes (click on number link above to view meaning in another window).
Whether number synchronicity are called angel numbers, truth codes (from Archangeloi of Elohim of Blue Rays of Consciousness), or other labes, I trust that there can be various aspects and extensions of Divinity from within who bring us such gifts in Divine perfect timing and order, in order to activate, assist and/or accelerate our individual and collection soul growth (e.g., once dormant DNA—aka “junk DNA”—Master Numbers, Sacred Geometry, etc.).
Even though I may not fully know the meanings of sacred number codes that I notice on a daily basis, I’ve developed a habit of just going with the flow, trusting, and expressing gratitude to all aspects and extensions of my Goddess-self within (of both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies) for the blessings.
In addition, I’ve made intention statements to ensure that the cells of my physical body always recognize the sacred number codes, and to respond accordingly.
UPDATE 9/22/2015
Forgot to add this info yesterday: We had also explored Naturade SOY-FREE Veg Protein Booster (Natural Flavor), and it tastes like one used ocean water to make the shake . And, of course, anything high in sodium will lead to bloating, among other health issues.
At the time of purchase, we hadn’t paid attention to the high level of sodium (12% per serving) in Naturade. The Vega One (Vanilla Chai flavor), mentioned above, contains only 1% of sodium per serving, which is very noticeable upon switching from the Naturade brand. The Vega One also contains more of the good stuff, and again…tastes way better…in my opinion.
