Note: This post is a continuation from the recent post, “A Deeper Love for Self and Others Thanks to Super Blood Moon Energies from Within.”
Early this morning, around 6 a.m., I was excited to go outside and check out the super moon again. I called upon the Frequency of Light, visualized slowly inhaling and exhaling the powerful moon and cosmic energies into me, into Mother Earth, and through me to humanity and beyond, and then expressed my gratitude for the moon (like the sun) unconditionally giving/loving us with their presence on a daily basis.
Later this morning, my husband, dog and I went out for our nature journey within beautiful neighborhoods right outside our apartment complex.
Although I wasn’t able to do an interval run (due to lower back pain), like we started doing recently, I was completely at peace with just walking at my own pace.
In addition, I also did very powerful, deep breathing exercises—that help us to Be fully connected with our inner and outer worlds—in conjunction with visualizing “vibrant golden spirals of energy” going in and out of my body (recommended by Pleiadians in the book, Path of Empowerment), positive affirmations (to include I AM statements and intention statements), and definitely enjoyed the soothing scenery around me.
I also love watching my husband and dog jog or run back and forth with happy expressions on their faces; they look alike, and I can understand why they say that dogs and their owners tend to look alike.
I initially told my husband that my painful, sacrum area seemed to have spread from when I had pulled my upper, right hamstring about a week ago. However, I later wondered if my sacral chakra needed healing and balancing as well.
Today, after googling, “sacrum pain metaphysical,” I clicked on a link that I was drawn to, which led me to the reading, “THE SACRAL CHAKRA – SVADHISTHANA CHAKRA – SPLEEN CHAKRA – SECOND CHAKRA.”
Under the subtitle, “Physical Dysfunctions,” I noticed that it listed low back pain, as well as sciatica, which I had to look the meaning up for the latter.
As soon as I googled the definition, I immediately noticed that diagram on the right-hand side instantly provided clarity as to why I had sensed that the pain had spread from my upper, right hamstring to my sacrum area, as well as my buttocks.
The following is a partial definition of sciatica from the Mayo Clinic Staff:
Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg. Typically, sciatica affects only one side of your body […].”
I also told my husband this morning, during our nature journey, that I chose to trust the beneficial reason—Divine perfection of all of Life’s happening—behind the matter, and that I had a feeling that I’m meant to take the effortless path of just walking and focusing on deep breathing and visualizations exercises, as opposed to the path that requires mucho effort and even struggle—running and sprinting (why I pulled my hamstring in the first place).
I realized that the old and outdated Army lifestyle had conditioned my logical mind to always “work harder,” “be tough,” and to physical and mentally push oneself to the extreme regardless of potential injuries, among many other ways of being competitive and aggressive ego self.
Well, I’m no longer in the Army, so it’s time to fully let go of all the old beliefs that no longer highly benefit my accelerated, individual and collective soul growth and evolution.
Thank you Army energies, you have served my soul growth/evolution well with all the life lessons and wisdom that you’ve gifted me; I now fully release you to be transmuted and healed.
From now on, I will jog, run, and/or sprint whenever I feel like doing so in moderation; however, I will no longer feel as though I need to be on a set schedule.
I’ve learned from Bashar (channeled through Darryl Anka) and the Pleiadians (in book, Bringers of the Dawn: Teachings from the Pleiadians)—both of whom I highly resonate with—that following our path of excitement and passion (which is effortless since we’re enjoying the process without struggle) is the “right” path that shows us that we’re in alignment with the Divine will of our soul/Spirit from within.
