I learned from a recent, YouTube video message by Sadhguru—that I added to this morning’s previous post as an update—“Interplanetary Souls, Starseeds, Autism, & Merge of Masculine & Feminine Energies“—that a Full Moon of MANY POSSIBILITIES basically AMPLIFIES the energy state (our vibrational frequency) that we radiate to outer world.

Therefore, it’s highly beneficial to be EXTRA COGNIZANT of how we FEEL—since FEELING state is our vibrational frequency state—at least a few days before and after this timeframe (and similar phases like the New Moon, which is apparently even more powerful).
And since our thoughts affects how we feel, we can do our best to SEE with CLARITY the BIGGER picture of Life by expanding our perspectives (via further opening our minds with discernment, and our hearts with healthy boundaries).
In addition, since the frequent thoughts that we think stem from various beliefs, it’s also a great time to make an intention to release old, outdated, limiting, and non-beneficial beliefs, and create, highly beneficial NEW ones (some personal examples shared below).
I shared the following comment for video, “Full Moon October 9th – 5 Things to Know โ๏ธ๐ฅ“:
Alina, your hairdo looks so pretty and adorable! You continue to share astrology in an articulate and even eloquent way, that’s more easily understandable (though I still have a lot to learn at my own pace).
I really appreciate your expanded perspectives, especially regarding the balancing of so-called opposite energies that I highly resonate with (that are ultimately, 2 sides of the same 1 Cosmic Coin).
My answers to the “Full Moon Writing Prompts” part of this video:
1) During this Full Moon, I’m ready to release:
limiting beliefs, non-beneficial habits, non-beneficial influences, fear-based patterns and cycles, disempowering victim mentality and poverty consciousness (transforming to EMPOWERING Victor Mentality and Prosperity Consciousness), as well as release any relationships that are habitually non-beneficial to WHOLE self (physical self)/Self (Divine Self/Higher Self within: Spirit & Soul within).
2) The last (most recent) time(s) I set a boundary and it worked out well:
Situation A:
A fairly new friend borrowed money and didn’t pay back (as she promised), even after I gave her an extra month.
When she tried to flip it onto me—trying to make me feel guilty for even gently reminding her—I showed her an aggressive aspect of WHOLE self/Self (that’s not meant to be misused or abused, but used wisely), confidently, firmly and BOLDLY calling her out in a “I’m not taking your BS” manner, since the gentle kindness and assertive communication styles didn’t initially work.
I then followed up with an assertive, tactful, and calm sharing of how the situation made me FEEL, since it was about true friendship, trust, honesty, and integrity FIRST AND FOREMOST, rather than the money (which I later told her she can just keep).
To my great surprise, she did a 180, sincerely apologized, and adamantly insisted on paying back soon.
Situation B:
When a fairly new friend aggressively wiped and pressed down hard on my nose again while doing my semi-permanent eyebrows touch-up—despite me sharing in a 5 star review that I wrote for her much earlier, that I appreciated her NOT doing this like a previous experience—I assertively, tactfully, and calmly told her NOT to since I have a sensitive nose.
She smirked and admitted that she kind of figured that, which revealed to me what I had intuitively and strongly sensed before, that she was fully AWARE of doing this (i.e., it was no accident, but there was some jealous energy behind it).
I don’t intend on returning for any future touch-ups, or even continuing a friendship that has had other red flags before and after as well.
I can be quick to forgive many times—been this way since childhood and throughout adulthood—but I’m learning more and more about habitually unhealthy vs healthy relationships (regardless of what type), and the kind I prefer.
I’m at a point in my life where I’d rather not have any friends, than habitually unhealthy ones that don’t FEEL light/true to my Heart.
3) How do you currently (or how would you like to) give back to your community?
I usually don’t have a set plan, but rather, simply flow with Life to the best of my ability.
For instance, my husband and I wanted to further show our deep appreciation to our fairly new cat sitter, that my husband’s coworker introduced him to—a seemingly high functioning, very friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and overall wonderful, mid-thirties man with Down Syndrome, who does various delivery jobs for the Sedona community. Our two cats have grown to really like him as well.
So we set up his birthday dinner for this past Thursday, that included his very kind father and another coworker/family friend (Manager at RE/MAX) of my husband and I.
We all went to a nice restaurant that serves two of his favorite foods. And we were so grateful that he enjoyed that evening of connecting, sharing, smiling, laughing, eating, taking pics, opening gifts (to include from his favorite TV show theme), singing, and savoring desserts.
And to our delightful surprise, the next day (yesterday), him and his dad delivered ‘thank you’ cookie bags with our names on it, which we thanked them for and appreciated.
[Additional insights added later within yellow brackets (NOT part of this video comment): Like I shared with my adult son recently—because he asked what I was doing that day, the day of the bday dinner—Erik is the first person with Down Syndrome I’ve ever been in a relationship with, though I’ve very briefly crossed paths with at least a few throughout my adult life.
And this isn’t due to anything against them;ย it’s just that I’ve never felt the need to actively seek them out, which also applies to those whom I’ve briefly crossed paths with or known, who are autistic to varying degrees of functionality (two of whom were very low on the autism spectrum).ย
Like every other Soul I’ve crossed path with, we all connected in Divine perfect timing and order for our highest benefit (on an individual and Collective level).
Since I continue to notice that practically every NEUTRAL aspect of the WHOLE self/Self is MIRRORED by so-called others (humans, animals, E.T.s, etc.), I wondered how autistic aspects applied to my own life—a related post further below, that includes another autism post—as well as the Down Syndrome aspects.
And as of now, the only similarities I can think of are:
- I don’t like to be interrupted while focusing on blogging, since I’m deeply into it, to the point where I often type much faster than usual, without even looking at the keyboard (that I occasionally have to do when typing other stuff); other than that, I’m not really a strict routine person, though I like to incorporate it.
- Unlike left brain-centered autistic folks who often prefer to eat the same thing back to back to back—like my husband who seems to be on the high functioning end of the spectrum (I shared with him since he shows other signs as well; I could be projecting)—I usually don’t like eating the same thing back to back to back since it gets very boring.
- I do get very overwhelmed (and even burst into rage at times, though less throughout the years) when I suddenly hear VERY LOUD noises; but this could also stem from three car accidents within a decade where my car was totaled (hence, I’ve checked off on several PTSD symptoms).
- Sometimes, I have a tendency to say things that I suppose “normal” people wouldn’t say due to wanting to avoid any discomfort, awkwardness, confrontations, possible conflicts, etc.; so I suppose I lack social cues during these moments. I sometimes speak truths (even gently and tactfully) that seem to really surprise or even shock people in a positive way (their non-verbal cues reveal these states)
- I’ve been told by two people so far, to include my husband (and I appreciated their honesty), that I have a tendency to go off into multiple tangents as I’m sharing stories (though related), which can understandably be confusing and/or overwhelming, probably what I often do within this blog (Lol)
- Anyhoo, that’s all I can think of so far. ]
I also cooked a big pot of my specialty pasta the day before yesterday—loaded with various organic veggies, mushrooms, tomato-based garlic sauce, ground beef (grass-fed and humanely raised) and sausage (nitrates-free, sugar-free, no antibiotics and hormones, humanely raised, gluten-free, etc.)—for my husband’s coworker and her family (our family friends as well), since the couple have been busy and tired from their full-time jobs (found out recently), and it’s not easy to cook for a family of four (with little children) upon coming home in the evenings (my husband and I have been there long ago).
It made my Heart happy to hear that they really enjoyed the meal, and I’m glad they have plenty of leftovers, that’s usually even better the next day.
This past August, we were going to treat this couple to dinner at a fancy, Mexican restaurant in Sedona, but they surprised us by adamantly insisting on picking up the tab.
So we really appreciated that, and we all agreed that my husband and I would treat them next time; and her husband even stated that it gives us another reason to hang out again, which was nice.
Alina, you basically mentioned the importance of the ebb and flow of relationships, so I shared this part as well.
Whenever my husband and I go out to eat—whether in Sedona, Flagstaff, Cottonwood, or even Phoenix (though latter is a two-hour drive), or even other states and countries while traveling—we often give BIG tips for the servers (unless the service is very poor, though exceptions have been made), since we both worked as a waitress and waiter in our much younger days (and it’s NOT easy).
I also write 5 star reviews for those who go above and beyond with customer service, and ensure that I include their names at the beginning of the reviews (since that rarely happens, and I found out not too long ago that only 1% of the population write positive reviews, that was surprising).
There are times where I will also fill out surveys and/or talk to a Manager, that every employee I mentioned has appreciated.
For over a decade, I’ve been sharing my unconventional blog with the world, that includes many earthly and otherworldly Life experiences, and much profound wisdom I’ve gained from them on my mystic journey of merging Heart/Spirit/Goddess essence and Mind/Soul/God essence within.
During this timeframe, I’ve also shared many detailed, gratitude comments with others—that include helpful information, profound wisdom, suggestions, ideas, solutions, stories, analogies, examples, and other expressions of upliftment, encouragement, empowerment, and inspiration (that’s Consciousness expanding)—for YouTube videos, other blogs, websites, community group zoom calls, online courses, event gatherings, spiritual retreats, etc., and even interacted with or hung out with my husband’s clients and his coworkers.

I’ve also been sharing a lot of home-made cards, gifts (of people’s favorite things), restaurant gift cards, spa gift cards, home-made meals, my Full Presence and attention, etc. with many within my local community and beyond.
I also love to donate money to various non-profit, trustworthy charities when I can, as well as to my favorite YouTubers, great causes (like Sadhguru’s Save Soil event), websites that I often use as a spiritual tool, and sometimes giving food, drinks, and/or money to homeless people (and if it’s a rare case family, especially with a baby, I like to give all three in abundance).
My husband and I have been donating a lot of excess material items—clothes, shoes, household supplies, furniture, etc.—to various shelter-like locations for over 16 years.
I’m glad I typed this out, thanks Alina! Just by doing this writing prompt, I realized I haven’t been giving my husband and I enough credit for all that we’ve been sharing with our local communities and beyond, sometimes thinking that we don’t do enough.
But I’m reminded that LACK mentality [i.e., not enough) stems from POVERTY consciousness, so it’s best to Be Abundance Mentality, which stems from Prosperity Consciousness.
I’m also reminded that writing helps us to organize our thoughts, which can bring CLARITY.
Speaking of clarity, for this upcoming New Year of 2023, I would like to further give back to my local community by starting a meetup group again (the way I did while living in Helotes, TX years ago, outskirt of San Antonio).
Only one person consistently came, and I used to think that wasn’t a positive sign since the mind is about quantity, though the Heart is about quality.
But that one person was actually the Vice President of a major college there; so she was able to recognize the value that I offered, and was even willing to pay a small fee for the meet up ($10).
I didn’t charge a small fee because I didn’t value what I shared (like some people believe), but because I was just starting out, and I wanted to be fair.
Ultimately, from an expanded, Multidimensional perspective, our Full Presence—from integrated Heart (with healthy boundaries)/Mind (with discernment)—Light (Uplifting Information), Unconditional Love (for the self/others/interconnected Life within this world and beyond), and Profound Wisdom, are priceless since we don’t have to pay the Divine for them.
Granted, I understand that in this particular physical world, money can be very much needed, helpful and beneficial.ย
Since I’ve been learning to balance more spirituality with physical worlds, I will charge more for the meetup groups since I’m also investing my time, energy and focus.
Plus, I’ve had three, young women from different states—former visiting customers while I was working at a boutique in Sedona—share with me that they would come to a spiritual event if I ever had one, since I had shared with them some expanded perspectives.
I deeply appreciated their feedback that built confidence of what I can do in the future; and I shared my blog with them in the meantime, since they asked if I had written a book (perhaps one day I’ll finish it).
In addition, I also intend to give back to the local community and beyond by creating more YouTube videos—ranging from the SHORT 1 minute ones to 12 minutes or so—of me actually speaking and sharing within them.
Again, I’m so glad I’m recording this, to further solidify my Heart/Mind intentions.
I will also continue to give back to the world with more open-mic comedy performances (as long as I continue to simply enJOY doing them).
4) What does your ideal friendship look like?
One who desires to Be (at times) and grow towards Full-Potential, Multidimensional, WHOLE self/Self—and not just “right” “good” and “light” aspects of the society-conditioned, individual and Collective Ego—to include doing best to habitually (not necessarily always) Be: authentic, transparently honest, respectful, deeply understanding, compassionate, thoughtful, sincere, trustworthy, loyal, profoundly wise, humorous, free-spirited, creative, fun, refreshingly BOLD, willing to harmonize left-brain and right-brain energies, and unconditionally loving more and more ultimately NEUTRAL aspects of WHOLE self/Self (that includes maintaining healthy boundaries, which helps the inner cup to effortlessly overflow to interconnected Life within this world and beyond).

That’s AWESOME๐ that you’ve been radiating out a lot of Prosperity Consciousness vibes—very high vibrational frequencies that includes the visualization and POWERFUL FEELING part of already having in the present whatever we desire for the future, as well as gratitude and appreciation.
