Note: This post is a continuation story from the previous post, “Dreams of Soulmates Within Soul Family/Soul Group/Monad“; however, it can be read on its own with the brief intro below (that’s the end section of the above post/link). Brief Intro
After enjoying the uplifting song, I briefly searched for a slower version since that was the one that I remembered the melody of in junior high school.
While scrolling down the right-hand column, I noticed a short video (5:35m) titled, “Tony Robbins. Lion story.” Note: Also looked up meaning of 535 (a palindrome number) from website ANGEL NUMBERS – Joanne Sacred Scribes; I only look up meanings when I feel like it
In my previous post, “Insights About Suicide, Earthly Labels, Fierce Competition, a Left-Brain Centered World and Major Changes,” I briefly talked about my observations about Tony Robbins (to include red flags), who was interviewed by Oprah on the SuperSoul Sunday show; hence, I had lost the desire to ever watch that show again, or any other Oprah shows.
However, the phrase “Lion story” within the title of the video/link above, sparked a curiosity in me since I had dreams of lions and lionesses before—briefly mentioned in post, “Fifth Dream of Black Panther and Message of Trinity” as an intro—as well as my experience shared in post, “Intense Inner Body Vibrations Transferred from A Lion’s Magnificent Roar.”

So I checked out the video “Tony Robbins. Lion story,” since I trust that it was part of this particular series of Divine synchronicity (while going with the flow), and the following is the comment that I left for it [not including the section under subtitle, “A Realization”]:
Hmmm. So here’s an analogy to Tony’s lion story: When Tarzan was a baby, he became an orphan after his parents were killed.
Then, the Universe opened a door, and a compassionate female ape crossed his path; she took him to her community where they all welcomed and adopted him as their own.

Despite him being a different species, the apes raised him with much unconditional acceptance/love, and taught him their way of living and being to the best of their ability (what they knew to be true).
Then, one day, when Tarzan became a grown man, a group of overly aggressive, human, male hunters came and slaughtered all the apes within Tarzan’s community.

So according to the so-called wisdom of this Tony Robbin’s lion story, Tarzan should eat the butchered ape meat, that one of the bossy hunters demand to do, so that he can remember who he truly is?? What…an ungrateful, disloyal, heartless being?
And what kind of underlying message does this story teach people, especially children?
That one should betray their own loved ones and passively listen to some overly aggressive, bossy, stranger jackass in order to remember who they truly are?

I get the part of the video where one needs to know who they truly are—which to me is Being one’s Authentic Self (unconditionally accepting/loving ALL aspects of self at every moment to one’s best ability), which includes Being a higher vibrational frequency of full-potential self, integrated and balanced soul and Spirit within/Multidimensional Self––but this story leaves me with this not so pleasant feeling due to the almost elusive, red flags.

In addition, Tony aggressively grabbing the top of the guy’s hair seemed to be a disrespectful act that stemmed from fear energy, and would only serve to boost one’s already inflated ego self.
Because if it was an act that stemmed from love energy, then it would make sense that he would do this hair-grabbing action to ANYONE regardless of background (without discrimination)—race, ethnicity, color, age, sexual preference, social status, etc..

However, I have no doubt that he wouldn’t DARE do the aggressive, hair-grabbing action to…let’s say, an Asian man in a suit, an older Caucasian man, a woman (and DEFINITELY not to an African-American woman’s hair), an obvious gay man, a celebrity guest, etc.; you get the picture.

This scene reminded me that when we lack self-respect, there are others out there who can sense this, and will either treat us with respect regardless, or use it against us by treating us LESS than.
In such a scenario—of getting one’s top hair grabbed aggressively—one can say something like, “Whoa! You did NOT just go there Tony! The hair is off limits to any form of aggressive touching” or “Don’t ever handle my hair like that again” or “Ouch, let go of my hair Tony” etc; whatever we feel like saying at the moment, and NOT what we think the audience wants us to say and how they want us to act.

Since I don’t resonate with this disturbing lion story, I’m going to create my own ending to it, starting with the scenario right after a group of lions came and slaughtered all the sheep.
The now grown lion (adopted and raised by the sheep)—let’s name him Leo—was shocked and devastated by what had just happened, and felt a very intense pain within his chest rapidly spread throughout his body, seemingly paralyzing him.
At that moment, one of the lions approached Leo, and commanded him to eat the butchered sheep meat in order to remember who he truly is.

Strangely, something within the depths of Leo’s core being ignited a radiating spark within him, and just like the intense pain that he had felt moments ago, it rapidly spread throughout his body.

Leo’s once gentle eyes that could barely make eye contact glared without any blinks into the other lion’s eyes; his once passive demeanor instantly transformed into a powerful, confident, and unshakable presence; and last but not least, he felt a surge of raw, primal energy rise up from depths of his core, and he ROARED such a magnificent roar that the other lion felt the immense, thunder-like vibrations echo throughout his body; and even the other lions within the vicinity felt the impact of the Light and Love frequencies from Leo’s soul/Spirit within.

Leo then calmly, yet, assertively said to the lion, “I don’t need to eat my butchered family to remember who I truly am, and I DEFINITELY don’t need a bunch of lion@$$es, who use extreme aggression, to teach me about my full-potential self. My sheep family may have taught me to bah like them, but they also taught me about the power of gentle, unconditional acceptance/love. You overly aggressive lions have taught me the opposite of that, which helped me to remember that I AM Intuition, Big Heart, Loyalty, Inner-Strength, Courage, Inner-Power, and Inner-Wisdom—a lion’s highest version of self. Now leave before I annihilate all of you for murdering the only loved ones I had. I’m only sparing your lives, because despite outer negative circumstances, you have helped trigger a memory within me through your unconscious, fear-based actions, which I trust was part of the Divine Plan.”

A Realization
Though I’ve experienced not so pleasant feelings with Tony Robbins’ teachings lately, I’m grateful that he helped me to further realize what aspects of our being I choose not to be in an unwise manner, and what I choose not to teach to others—fear-based information (ignorance/darkness) that doesn’t resonate with Light & Love: uplifting information (Light) and empowering wisdom (Love).
I still respect and admire some of Tony’s qualities, skills, talents and his contributions that unite interconnected Life within this Universe and beyond (and not just Mother Earth and humanity), but I no longer have a desire to further watch any more of his teachings; though I’ve only seen a few, it’s been more than enough.
I now realize why, a few months back, I made a certain decision. I received an email to check out Tony Robbins’ teachings, and though I had an overall positive perception of Tony at the time, I didn’t feel like doing so.
I had followed my intuition rather than my logical mind, that briefly considered doing what many people do—hop on the band wagon, to include blindly chasing after teachers of spirituality just because they’re popular according to general society.
However, I’ve learned—as I’ve mentioned in the previous post—that it’s often not about quantity over quality; afterall, like other spiritual teachers have observed, Hitler had a huge following, but that doesn’t necessarily mean his teachings stemmed from love.
It’s not that I’m comparing Tony Robbins to Hitler, but I’m just using this example since the extreme examples are easier to understand.
Using discernment, we can detect what and who rings truth to our Hearts, and what and who doesn’t; hence, allowing us to experience clarity.
We will be able to distinguish popularity that stems from a fear-based way of being, from popularity that stems from a loving way of being.
Examples of popularity that stems from a fear-based way of being—A guy or girl who’s temporarily popular in school because of shallow reasons like:
- only because he/she has the earthly label of a “likable” or “lovable” person, such as a highschool football player or cheerleader (positions that are labeled very popular by mostly American people)
- he/she has cool clothes, shoes, another new version of a cell phone, and other perishable, material items that help define his/her self-image
- he/she only (or mostly) respects and likes those within his/her crowd, and looks down upon others who are different (as inferiors) with their superiority-complex
Examples of popularity that stems from a loving way of being—A guy or girl who’s popular in school (and will be looked up to and talked about even after they’ve graduated) because of authentic reasons like:
- he/she—regardless of what extra-curricular activities they participate in—is simply an amazing being with a lot of character, Big Heart, and emotional maturity for such a young person (more than likely an old soul)
- he/she wears whatever the heck he/she likes or loves, and could care less what brand it is, how much it is, where it was bought, and whether or not it’s considered “in” by general society.
- Why? Because he/she has unshakable, bad-ass confidence in his/her self-worth, and doesn’t need outer materials to define who he/she truly is.
- In addition, he/she intuitively and confidently VALIDATES self/soul/Spirit within at every moment effortlessly, not needing the acceptance and approval of general society (though appreciating unconditional acceptance it when it does show up in its authentic form).
- He/she treats everyone with the respect and kindness that they deserve without being concerned about their earthly, social categories; hence, he/she becomes even more popular due to a wide-range of genuine respect and admiration
Despite how popular one is, when we fully trust our intuition/inner-knowing (a Divine gift from Spirit within), we will be able to sense subtle energies; hence, be able to feel if something, or some things, are off.
For instance, someone can say the “right” logical words (seemingly loving words) using a soft or excited tone, and with a smile on their face, but if their intentions, words and actions are not aligned with Heart/Spirit within, we can sense that they’re not being genuine.
On the other hand, someone doesn’t have to say anything, and even have a serious facial expression, but, yet, we can simply feel their deep love for us with their deep and loving eye contact.
I’ve been reminded by this life lesson that it’s okay to learn from outer teachers—since we are all meant to be student and teacher to one another—but I intend to always remember to fully trust in the Master Teacher (Soul/Spirit within) first and foremost, that we are all capable of tuning into (this high, vibrational frequency that is our essence) with an open mind, open heart, and willingness.

Update
8/24/2018
I was drawn to this video this morning => “5 Things You Should Know About The FULL Moon (August 26th, 2018),” but had to pause it and share a comment due to a red flag:
Victor, I’m wondering if you had seen a different version of the Tony Robbin’s Lion Story, because the version that I saw (as a video) was not an inspiring one, though it initially seemed shiny on the outside.
It basically parallels the Tarzan story with a not so pleasant twist to it. It would be like a group of overly dominant/heavy left-brained centered, male hunters convincing an adult Tarzan to be a strong man that he really is, hunt down the lesser than gorillas, and then devour them.
I was so turned off by this story because what kind of message does that send to people, especially the younger generation? That when a community of loving souls (despite their earthly, physical bodies) adopts and raises you with much unconditional love, you should betray them as an adult because of physical differences? I even wrote a post about it with another ending to that story.
Inner-strength doesn’t have to be aggressive. As a matter of fact, Divine Power—merged with Divine Love and Divine Wisdom—is power that doesn’t misuse and abuse.
I really enjoyed one of your videos that I watched for the first time (and left a comment), so I checked this one out. I had to pause it right before the 3 min mark to leave a comment while it was fresh on my mind.
