The 11:11 Experiences
Ever since I intuitively and confidently knew that the 11:11 phenomenon that I was experiencing often was indeed something much greater than mere coincidence or my eyes playing tricks on me, I became fascinated with it.
Though I was initially fearful when I noticed 11:11 around the fourth time within a couple of weeks or so—when I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night and had an urge to look at the clock—I later embraced the experience after doing some research online and learning about it, as well as other ascension symptoms.
Since then, whenever I noticed 11:11 (or 1111) I became excited, which was a sign that it highly resonated with my soul (in alignment with Spirit within).
The following are two example posts within my blog related to the 11:11 Phenomenon and gatherings:
- A Deeper Understanding of My Journey of 9:11, 10:10, 11:11, 12:12 and 13:13
- Number Synchronicity (e.g., 9:11, 222, 11:11, etc.), Ascension Journey, DNA Changes, & Twin Flame
However, I later learned that 11:11 can also lead to blessings in disguise that may not be so exciting to experience., though highly beneficial.
The Yoga Center Experience
Last summer, I thought I’d give yoga another try since it’s known to be very beneficial to one’s spiritual growth.
While at my last unit in the Army (2011), our company had to participate in the extremely intense P90X workout three times per week (the other two days set for running), which incorporated a little bit of yoga.
We (the soldiers) wore our PT uniforms that we exercised in every morning, and the mats were provided to us by the post gym.
Side Note: Our very motivated, athletic, diligent, beautiful and highly intelligent female, blond company commander also participated in the P90X program, as well as our very laid back, seemingly apathetic, male First Sergeant with olive skin and light blue or hazel eyes, who looked like he could play a role as a back in the day gangster in New York.
Our company commander was so empowering as a strong woman herself. Once, during a very challenging phase of my life, she had a talk with me about being fearless—basically, if A, B, or C were to happen, she said, “Who cares?!” further explaining that no matter what, we’ll be here if we’re meant to be here, so we might as well just follow our hearts, give it our all, and see what happens.
Not only was this particular company commander the very best that I had ever known or heard about within both of my MOS’s–very well-rounded/a bad-ass female soldier and Goddess-like woman—I also loved that she had a very free-spirited and loving side to her, after hearing stories of how she loves to explore life, and how she likes to get all goofy when playing with her step-kids. Looking back, I realized that her male and female energies within were more than likely close to being fully integrated and balanced; and I trust that once she leaves the military lifestyle, she will soon be complete.
Out First Sergeant was funny; once, he shouted in an email “Get this thing out of here before I vomit!” It was an evaluation of a soldier that didn’t sit well with him because the soldier insisted on high ratings that didn’t seem well-deserved, and I was laughing my ass off because our First Sergeant seemed to rarely express emotions. However, I will always remember him for mentioning me to the higher ups, and awarding me with a brigade coin for taking over HHQ’s Halloween project. I could care less what the higher ups thought, but what mattered to me was our First Sergeant’s caring action; and I thought he didn’t care much. It continues to amaze me how such seemingly small memories that stem from love can be so deeply heart-felt, soul-igniting, and effortlessly remembered.
CONT…: Because I wasn’t fond of the majority of this harsh, P90X training—it didn’t do justice for my sporadic back pains that I had incurred in the past from ruck marches—I didn’t enjoy the yoga portion as well.
Looking back, I realize that this P90X exercise program, along within like others, lean very heavy toward the old and outdated overly patriarchal male energies (to include doing things with much hard work, strain much activeness, and TONS of effort), rather the integrated and balanced male and female energies from within—The Divine Masculine God and Divine Feminine Goddess Energies/Consciousness—to include doing things with much focus, flow, peace, joy and effortlessness.
I also realized that just like it’s not fair to judge the Korean side-dish kimchi after only having tried it once—there are over 150 different kinds, and made differently depending on the person—it’s not fair to give up on this thing called yoga only after tying it once.
While searching for a yoga center near our former house at the time, I noticed one that had “11011” in the address. I became excited because it reminded me of 11:11, and I sensed that I was meant to go there.
When I called the place to ask a question, the studio manager, Randy, was very friendly and informative. After registering and paying for the class, I bought some basic yoga gear (since I had never owned any before), and was ready to experience an adventure.
I arrived about 15 minutes early on the first day in order to get a feel for the new area. As soon as I noticed the main, temple-like, small building with glass walls (where the yoga sessions took place), surrounded by a colorful garden, I took a moment to fully enjoy the delightful scenery.
As I started heading over to the main building, I noticed a skinny man about 6 feet tall with a snowy white set of long hair tied in a ponytail standing at the entrance way.
As people were walking into the opened door, he stood at the side with a grim facial expression and rigid body posture, to include crossed arms.
I recognized him from a similar picture posted on his website, which I then realized wasn’t a recent photo; it was of him in one of those impressive yoga poses.
He was the owner of the yoga center, and I wondered why he didn’t want to greet his new class members with at least a simple smile, if not a friendly “Hello”.
As I walked past him, he reminded me of the distant and stiff statues at the typical wax museums. I would’ve shared a greeting regardless of his unwelcoming presence, but during that time-frame, I already had an unpleasant experience at our local Korean supermarket.
I said hello to the owner of the supermarket as I was walking by him—who also has a grim expression every time I see him—and he looked right at me, and then walked away.
Side Note: Fast-forward from that day—about a couple of months or so ago—I saw the Korean supermarket owner in a wheelchair looking all scrawny, and I approached him to see what had happened; he struggled to talk, and his wife informed me that he had a stroke. Details of this and other related stories in soon-to-be published draft post, “The Strange Increase of Disease and/or Death Showing Up,” which also includes a story of our paraplegic neighbor (a selfish and rude old man) who also knew the owner of the yoga place (wow, small world!).
Right after entering the door to the yoga place, I felt as though I had stepped into another dimension. The presence of Randy (the Studio Manger) was like rays of sunshine piercing through the dark and cold clouds. Her smile was contagious, and her energies felt so warm and inviting.
I didn’t realize it then, but looking back, the existence of duality (or more accurately…merging polarity) such as “distant” and “close” as well as “emotionless” and “very friendly” helps us to deeply appreciate the latter.
Even after class had started, there were still people rolling in late. Though I had a combo package of experiences in the military (to include negative and corrupt), I’m grateful for all the life lessons that came with it, to include the positive ones like showing instructors respect by not showing up late to classes; hence, not interrupting the class for others as well.
During the beginning of the class, both Randy and the owner encouraged their students to freely ask questions and/or ask for help since they were there to guide us.
It all seemed great as they provided demonstrations and allowed us to follow their footsteps. There even started a brief, yet, very intense thunderstorm, which I absolutely love!
However, a couple of times, once the storm ended, the owner went MIA.
Once, Randy called out for his assistance—since she only has one body and there were around 20 students or so—but he had decided to take a stroll in the garden area without even informing her; she seemed a bit frustrated, though she did a great job of rising above it.
It seemed like he had the attitude of doing whatever he felt like since he was the owner of the place, the boss of Randy, and the head teacher of the students.
When he returned at some point, he took over the class. He had all of us lying on our backs with our feet facing him toward the front of the class.
He then started giving instructions as though he was reading quickly from a book. At this point, there were no more demonstrations.
I suppose he expected us to memorize his instructions for the two handful sets of yoga moves, and then repeat the series on our own.
Since both Randy and the owner had mentioned to freely ask questions and for help at any time, I took the offer.
Because I never liked being “that guy (or gal)” that slows down a class (I often was since elementary school), I said something to the effect, ” I don’t wish to slow down the class, and I may only be speaking for myself, but I’m having a very difficult time catching up with your rapid, back to back instructions, let alone memorize all of them, and repeat them in a series.”
The owner glared at me and said in a condescending tone, “Even a blind person can do this” and continued that the class from that point on has to be that way because how else was he supposed to fit all those yoga moves and teachings within a limited time-frame of the class.
I wanted to reply, “I didn’t realize this was a yoga cram course,” but I refrained because there was no point in arguing with an old man whose mind was adamantly set.
I was surprised that an old man who had supposedly mastered the art of yoga didn’t seem to be in touch with his Divine Feminine Goddess energies within; but rather, seemed to emit vibes (vibrational frequencies) very similar to the old and outdated, overly patriarchal energies.
From what I’ve learned about yoga so far, it’s not about rushing at all since its foundation is based upon Being in the present Moment of Now, which is also about relaxation, deep breathing, quieting the bombarding thoughts of the logical mind, moving slowly but surely, staying focused, being heart-centered, flowing, and other integrated and balanced male and female energies from within (The Divine Masculine God and Divine Feminine Goddess Energies/Consciousness).
To my great surprise, during the start of the next break, the two females who were to the left and right sides of me approached me and stated that it wasn’t just me who was lost during the owner’s led portion of the yoga session.
They, too, had a difficult time catching up with the owner and felt confused and frustrated. At that moment, I was reminded, once again, that it’s more than okay to build up one’s courage and voice one’s truths, because often, we’re also being a voice for others who may not feel so comfortable about speaking up the same truth(s).
In addition, Randy approached me as well, and whispered something to the effect that it wasn’t me. I sensed that she was more than likely having to tolerate the owner’s ways of being.
As much as I liked Randy, I didn’t return to that class. Since the class was only going to build more upon the back to back series of moves that I was barely able to grasp and memorize, it didn’t make sense for me to try and play catch up during the next session.
I had nothing to prove, and most importantly, I wasn’t happy being in that class, and I deserved a better lead teacher.
While writing about this story—something I had put off for a while—I was reminded from within about a video I had watched about the life of Buddha.
In a nutshell, Buddha had gone through a phase in his life where he searched for outer teachers to guide him on his spiritual journey; and most suggested to him to meditate for long hours, as well as starve himself for long periods of time.
However, while meditating one day under a tree in an emaciated state, he realized (his enlightenment) the most joyful moment of his life, which was when he was playing with his father as a kid, and that that was the purpose of Life—to enjoy it with self and others, rather than sitting around just meditating and starving oneself for long periods of time in order to check off some to-do list that someone had created back in the day.
Though I don’t consider self to be part of any religions in this world…as I’ve mentioned in other posts, I like to extract whatever information (Light) and wisdom (Love) that I do highly resonate with, regardless of where it came from.
I also trust in the existence and support of the Ascended Masters within (i.e., Ascended Master selves/higher selves), which includes Ascended Master Buddha, Ascended Master Jesus, Ascended Master Quan Yin, Ascended Master Gandhi, Ascended Master Ganesha, etc.
At the end of the day, I’d much rather Be a Master Teacher within—Beloved I (God) AM (Goddess) Presence/Christ within—who, despite not remembering yet how to do yoga (let alone be a master of it), generously shares much Light and Love to self and interconnected others.
So I’m grateful that the owner of the yoga center mirrored back to me who I choose not to be, which in turn reminded me of who I truly am.
I’m also grateful that there exists loving souls like Randy, and I trust that her Light and Love will touch many more hearts.
The Wholistic Festival Experiences
A while back—perhaps a few years ago—I started attending a local Wholistic Festival since I had never experienced one before, and it sounded like it could be a fun adventure. Note: It later changed its location to an address that included 1111.
I had some pleasant experiences, to include those who seemed genuinely kind and wise, and willing to help others by sharing their knowledge, wisdom, products, and/or services.
I shared some example stories a while back, to include the one about spiritual healer Bill Foss (author of book The Secrets of Spiritual Success), who was in the area at the time.
However, I also had some experiences that seemed a bit shady.
Once, while walking around observing various stations that were set up, an older gentlemen started talking to me—wanting to introduce his service.
I listened to what he had to offer, and he basically threw certain pebbles, larger stones and/or crystals on his table to predict one’s future. Right after he was done explaining the details, I asked him, “So is it all set in stone?”
I even surprised myself when I had asked him this ironic question, so I knew it came from Spirit within.
What I found amusing was that the man chuckled in an awkward manner as though he felt somewhat uncomfortable about being put on the spot.
I strongly sensed that his Heart had recognized a truth—that nothing has to be set in stone—but perhaps his fearful ego self (for business enhancing reasons/survival reasons) didn’t want to come out and admit it.
I don’t recall what he said—though I recorded the details of the story and others in another post—but his answer to my question wasn’t a yes.
I trust that Spirit within asked that question—within me, as me, and expressing through me—because it was thought-provoking to both parties, and hopefully mind and heart expanding as well.
I’ve learned (as a human)/remembered (as soul/Spirit within) that there are seemingly countless probabilities in Life (to include futures) since EVERYTHING—within past, present, and future—happens simultaneously in the present Moment of Now throughout various universes.
It’s just that from our human, linear, 3D perspective, we’re not able to see with our physical eyes this truth that space and time are not limitations to the spiritual world and higher dimensions and worlds with multidimensional, expanded perspective.
Since our core beliefs are very powerful (they help create our outer reality when paired with emotions and images), if we believe, for instance, that the world will soon come to an end (e.g., Armageddon), then we will surely have that experience.
However, if we choose to focus on a Heaven on Earth experience, we can release old and outdated beliefs and co-create new ones that reflect the spiritually evolved version of self.
I also had one experience that turned me off to further attending the Wholistic Festival for a while. I shared the story within the post, “To Be Disempowered by Others OR Empowered from Within.”
That story within link above, and similar others at that place, reminded me of the story of Jesus The Christ (Ascended Master Jesus) flipping tables of the corrupt who were only concerned about making money in a “sacred” location.
When I first heard that story over two decades ago, I wondered why someone like Jesus got so angry; but it makes sense because 1) he represented Divine Spirit/All That Is (which includes the merged polarity of dark and light, fear and love, and everything else in Life), and 2) he was very passionate about “destroying what no longer serves” HUmanity and beyond.
This reminds me, The Great Mother Goddess has not only been known throughout ancient times as The One who gives birth to all of Life, but she is also “The Destroyer” of that which no longer serves (highly benefits) the interconnected ALL of Life/All That Is.
I no longer believe everything within various versions of the Christian bible—since many of its stories and teachings originated from ancient civilizations (i.e., borrowed, or more accurately…plagiarized)—however, I do trust that there are some truths within it, to include bits and pieces of recorded observations from people back in the day, words of wisdom and much symbolism.
In addition, I trust that the First Council of Nicaea did influence the main material now found within the bible—which have been carefully selected to benefit political agendas and the Catholic church, while leaving out other profound teachings (e.g., The Lost Gospels) that the so-called leaders deemed unimportant for HUmanity to know (not wanting humans to evolve in their spiritual consciousness).
Despite the “negative” experiences I had with certain shady “spiritual” folks at the Wholistic Festival, I was able to extract wisdom from these disguised blessings.
They—who are still teachers nonetheless (though unknowingly)—further showed me (through mirror reflection/”outer world mirroring inner world”) who I had chosen not to be, which then reminded me of who I truly am.
I also realized that no matter where we go in this current world, there will always be everything and everyone within the entire rainbow spectrum—ranging from the very low, fear energy (like color red) to the very high love energy (like violet).
So the key is to follow one’s inner-guidance/intuition/inner-knowing/inner-wisdom, and simply Be authentic self while making good judgment (discerning truth from untruths), maintaining healthy boundaries and continuing to learn life lessons, grow, and evolve—mentally (becoming more open-minded, often thinking beneficial, positive thoughts and clearly seeing the much bigger picture), emotionally (honoring one’s feelings—language of the soul—and unconditionally accepting/loving ALL aspects of self, which helps one to fully do so for interconnected others), physically (paying close attention to one’s body signals/communication and honoring it as well) and spiritually (reuniting with Multidimensional Self from within and doing mind-blowing, awe-inspiring, and so-called impossible things for the highest benefit of interconnected Life/All That Is throughout this Universe and beyond within Heaven on Earth).
