I dedicate this post to my wounded inner-child (aspect of free-spirited soul), to whoever created their truths within the poster on right, and all other interconnected Life who has the compassion to feel what they truly feel (rather than suppress it), and has the courage to freely and authentically express from their hearts.
I noticed some verbal attacks made to whoever created this poster, and that wasn’t a surprise since being quick to judge has been the norm throughout the majority of human history.
I was reminded of like Lady Gaga’s song “Ti It Happens to You.” Often times, we assume that we’ve got someone figured out, but the human being is much more complex—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—than what appears on the outer surface.

We’ve all had our share of so-called “bad” moments, days, weeks, etc., but have you ever had one of those moments or phases in life where you felt so exhausted and drained from your inner and outer reality?
What if…
you never want to meet another human being again?
you never want to return to that soul-sucking job or career again?
you never want to have another challenging life experience again?
you never want to feel pain and suffering again?
you never want to see, hear, or read about the world’s happenings again?
you never want to share unconditional kindness again (that some mistaken for weakness and/or take advantage of)
you never want to be involved in seemingly shallow social media again?
you never want to trust anyone again, to include a major organization?
you never want to have hope again?
you never want to wake up again to this life?
If you’ve ever felt any of the above, I can deeply empathize with you. I’ve felt these ways before, every now and then, and I’m definitely feeling it today.
Usually, the consolidated list (shared at the bottom of this post) helps; however, what happens when none of the so-called solutions seem to be effective?
Unfortunately, none of the suggestions mentioned below seem to matter to me at this moment. Perhaps I’m not putting forth much effort; if so, then so be it.
I can put on a mask and pretend that I have a positive attitude and outlook right now.
I can pretend that I’m a positive person and/or an enlightened person, so this can’t be happening to me.
Or, I can be Authentic Self and simply Be as I am at whatever moment (without ANY judgment).
I realize that the society-conditioned, ego aspect of our being likes to be “good” “positive” “right” and/or “successful” so that it can be accepted and approved of by general society (a survival mechanism).
But there’s a BIG difference between Being (and doing) unconditionally kind, giving and loving from the pureness of the heart, and merely being (or doing) “good” just to…
convince oneself that one is a good person
try to convince others that one is good
be approved by some higher power (e.g., God, Allah, Buddha, etc.)
receive blessings in return from the Universe since giving = receiving
gain entrance to a place called heaven
avoid going to a place called hell, and/or
earn brownie points/be applauded by observing Ascended Masters (or other higher beings of the spiritual realm or angelic realm).
In addition, one may have a public facade of being a very positive person, or at least think they do because they’re able to preach or regurgitate a lot of wise and/or spiritual teachings that they’ve memorized through studies in the past or learned from others’ experiences; but, yet, they themselves haven’t really lived the words of wisdom, where the true challenges await (aka walked the talk or have experiential knowledge/actual wisdom), .
Despite a lot of shiny objects on the outer surface, a growing number of beings (to include humans) can strongly sense when another’s energies (vibrational frequency) is anything but positive.
For instance, anyone can smile to one’s face and say “kind” words, but when we pay attention to our feelings (the language of the soul), we can instantly and intuitively sense whether or not their kindness is genuine or not.
When it comes to right verses wrong, I think Neale Donald Walsch once said something to the effect that we could choose to be right (in whatever situation), or we can choose to be love (unconditional love that is), and I highly resonate with that particular teaching.
For instance, two neighbors who have different spiritual beliefs can spend an afternoon together debating whose religion is more superior and right, or they can simply enjoy Life together with much loving energies—appreciating each other’s presence; unconditionally accepting each other for simply being the best version of themselves at each moment; sharing knowledge, wisdom, tea, food, etc.; giving encouragements and hugs; uplifting one another with expanded perspectives and/or humor; and much more.
For observations on what’s known as success verses love-based success, check out verse 3 of an informal song I had written, “Teacher Reveal Truth to Me.”
So if our ego selves always want to be good, positive, right and/or successful—for reasons of the mind rather than the heart—who would we be fooling if that’s not how we truly feel? We all know the answer to that.
An old, true friend once shared with me that “anyone can be anyone on Facebook” and I agreed. I’ve sensed that it’s often about displaying what the ego self wants others to see, which applies to other social media as well.
There definitely seemed to be a lack of genuine, soul to soul connections within social media in general, and the vital element of actual feeling.
A nice couple I met recently, at my first meetup group, shared with me that our world could use some more authentic connections within a community, and I completely resonate with their truths as well.
Granted, our ego selves merely does its best to help us to survive in this seemingly challenging world; but just surviving—barely making ends meet on a daily basis—feels extremely heavy, dense, old and outdated (like cavemen days).
By this day and age, humanity—especially the GINORMOUS majority of the population who are NOT rich or wealthy—deserves to fully LIVE (and not just survive), so that we can all THRIVE together!
It’s the majority of our world’s poverty consciousness—to include ingrained, collective beliefs like, “Hard work makes money” and lack of self-worth—that keeps us from moving, or even leaping, forward.
Thankfully, it’s become mainstream knowledge that it’s not about the lack of resources (part of poverty consciousness), since there are plenty to go around; but rather, it’s about the lack of willingness, heart and distribution from those who do have the current power to make it happen (to include our own willingness to change our consciousness from within).
I realize that we (as souls) must first experience powerlessness, in order to deeply understand what True Power (Divine Power within) is—power that doesn’t misuse and abuse interconnected others.
It’s just that sometimes…it feels so frustrating.
Prime Creator/Holy Spirit/Source/Ancient Mother Goddess of All Creation/All That Is, I ask that you help us individually and collectively—those who deeply yearn assistance from our hearts—to unconditionally embrace/love ALL aspects of ourselves; hence, allowing us to fully do so for others as well.
That way, we can bounce back as One Humanity—plus other interconnected Life forms throughout this Universe and beyond—and Be Full Potential, Multidimensional Selves that we truly are, and fully enjoy our Heaven on Earth that we live in.
I feel better now after freely and fulling expressing my true feelings.
Thank you Beloved I (God) AM (Goddess) Presence/Christ Buddha consciousness within.
In addition, the more bullets (solutions) I added below while typing this post (as I recalled them), the better I felt.
I trust this stems from having unconditionally embraced this very low energy aspect of self today, I think for the first time.
Before, I may have tried too hard at times to force myself to raise my vibrational frequency, when it just wasn’t happening.
When certain others in my outer reality were habitually negative, I sometimes tried too hard to help them, rather than let them simply be on their soul journey, learning their life lessons at their own pace.
We simply weren’t ready to move on to the so-called next level at that moment (aka expand our consciousness).
Recently, I had a vivid dream that I was in a very deep, dimly lit, dried up well with my pet, black cat (who used to be a stray, semi-feral cat).
I held her in my arms in order to carry her up a ladder; however, she resisted by meowing and twisting her body in an aggressive manner. So I let her down, and proceeded to climb the ladder myself.
When I reached the top, I heard her speak to me something to the effect that she wasn’t ready to go to the next level. That’s all I recall from that dream.
Side Note: Though I’ve recorded and shared many dreams within my dream journals and/or blog, this is the first dream where I actually recalled what an animal said to me, which I find intriguing. In another dream I had several years back, I approached what appeared to be two, friendly, talking, grown tigers standing upright (and holding weapons) and seemingly guarding some entrance in the middle of a wooded area (in post, “Dream Messages from My Multidimensional Self“)
Although I did some searching for various dream interpretations of key words within this dream (which I may share in another post if I feel like it), I strongly sensed that I needed to embrace the aspects of self that could use more patience, deep understanding, empathy, pure compassion, and unconditional acceptance/love—mirrored by my cat symbolizing overall unhealed/unbalanced female energy within, and the color black symbolizing the unknown.
The upcoming post, “The Three Cats Seemingly Representing Twin Soul Merging with Spirit” is an interconnected puzzle piece to this story.
The following is that helpful growing list (mentioned above)—that helps us to unconditionally embrace/love more and more aspects of self (expand our consciousness)—I consolidated from outer teachers and the Master Teacher within via my own personal experiences (experiential knowledge/wisdom):
- feeling and expressing gratitude, even for the seemingly small things in life that we may often take for granted
- introducing to self an expanded perspective that makes us feel better since thoughts affect our emotions
- extracting wisdom from a life lesson(s) in order to see beyond the outer surface (the bigger picture)
- having compassion for self, to include but not limited to—not being so hard on self, giving self a break, and imagining and visualizing self hugging one’s inner-child/soul
- being fully present with, acknowledging and honoring one’s true feelings (language of the soul)
- only doing things that helps one to feel peaceful, joyful (especially excitement, even to the tiniest degree), passionate, free-spirited, wise, abundant, creative, loved and/or loving
- unconditionally embracing/loving more and more aspects of self, until one completely falls in love with the whole self (ALL aspects); hence, being able to fully do so for interconnected others
- invaluable solitude time to help one to reflect, soul-search, and/or simply Be within one’s own energies (vibrational frequency) without the interference of energies from others
- listening to healing and/or uplifting music
- burning incense (like Sandalwood to help one to feel grounded)
- using essential oils
- treating oneself to one’s favorites
- pampering one’s senses (like a refreshing shower with oh-so-good smelling bath soap, a warm/hot bath with lavender salts, wearing soft clothes, drinking soothing herbal teas, eating delicious food, etc)
- being one’s own BFF and self-encouraging/self-uplifting/self-empowering/self-inspiring
- being out in nature
- expressing one’s truths
- sharing with interconnected Life
- helping others to experience Heaven on Earth
- taking a nap or going into deep and/or long sleep (to rejuvenate)
- meditating (in various forms, to include being fully present while doing the seemingly mundane things like washing dishes or folding laundry)
- singing, chanting mantras, relaxing, dancing
- simply Being without doing anything
Note: I’ve listened to this helpful video—Abraham: What is the vibration of abundance?—several times within years; and recently, I realized that I still highly resonate with most of it, but that I could add a couple of my own insights.
I trust that our negative emotions are actually part of Source the way that positive emotions are—like the color red being the lowest vibration within color white (violet being the highest), and the dense vibration of fear being within the Love Frequency spectrum.
Whenever we feel these lower energies, we can ignore them, deny them, or even try too hard to raise its vibration, or we can simply embrace them with compassion—the highest vibration within the Love Frequency already inside us.
See continuation post, “Practicing the Feelings Within the Vibration of Abundance” for examples of the suggested exercise within the video/link above.
No matter what happens, let’s always remember that the most powerful force known throughout existence (within this Universe and beyond) also resides deep within us.
