The day before yesterday, I started the “Unlimited Abundance” course by Christie Marie Sheldon and Mind Valley Academy [UPDATE post inserted 10/9/18: “Review (Part I) for: Unlimited Abundance Course by Christie Marie Sheldon“]. I was drawn to it recently due to my curiosity, and my intention to clear any subconscious beliefs that are no longer benefiting me. I choose to simplyย Be more of my free-spirited Multidimensional self (earthly and otherworldly physical selves)/Self (Source: Soul/Spirit within), and fully enjoy Life.
Yesterday, I received a message from Mind Valley Academy regarding a free Masterclass by Neal Donald Walsch. Though I appreciated Neale for all the gifts that he had shared with his book series, Conversation with God, I discontinued listening to his messages a while back due to him making a major statement that didn’t resonate with me, and seemed to go against his previous teachings. Note: Shared in posts, “Spiritual Teachers Who Barely Know Darkness & Fear to Truly Know Wisdom of Light & Love” and “The Gift of Abundance from Acceptable and Unacceptable Spiritual Teachers.” Also, poster on right created using canva.com to integrate my artwork and expression
However, I paused for a moment, expanded my perspective, and chose to embrace the gift that showed up in my life (ultimately from the Universe within). So I went ahead and reserved the class for this morning, and I’m grateful that I chose to do so despite certain red flags—that I trust to be blessings in disguise since they’ve helped me to more deeply trust my inner guidance.
I deactivated my Facebook account a while back, so no matter how many times I wanted to leave a gratitude comment for certain creators of blogs, websites, and videos that only allowed you to via Facebook, I refused to re-open an account. However, this video class was an exception.ย [deleted Facebook account for final time on 11/12/2018]
The following is the comment I shared via Facebook for Mindvalleys’ “Neale Donald Walsch Masterclass Trailer“:
If I had the ability to create emojis, I would share one that has half a smiley face expressing tears of joy, and the other half of the face expressing The Rock’s “Ssseriously??” look with one eyebrow raised.
This Masterclass was overall deeply heartfelt, to the point where I wept at certain moments of what I trust to be pure, integrated Mind/Heart expressions channeled from Source within—aka God/Goddess/Soul/Spirit/Higher Self/etc..
However COMMA there were some subtle, red flags that I strongly sensed, and I fully trust, since I’ve been working on following my inner guidance first and foremost.
Here are the subtle red flags:
#1) Neale going overboard with his compliments about religions, which somewhat goes against what he had shared in his CWG books. Yes, I agree with him that religions don’t have the complete picture—and that it benefits us to embrace and integrate this aspect, like all other neutral aspects—but at the same time, there have been A LOT of DISINFORMATION when it comes to what religions have shared throughout human history (i.e., eliminating, deleting, editing, rewording, adding information that doesn’t represent the whole truth or even close to it), and it doesn’t need to be sugar-coated.
#2) we don’t have to ask permission from religions or anyone else PERIOD.
#3) Neal’s last expression instantly didn’t FEEL good, and reminded me of what the old, outdated, patriarchal church has been conditioning humanity to believe throughout the ages—that one doesn’t matter, and that one needs to only focus on GIVING GIVING GIVING to others.
REMINDER: Unconditional Love goes both ways, to self and interconnected others, which brings me to RED FLAG
#4) It’s one thing if someone slaps you out of the blue due to over-reacting from a state of fear; however, if someone is habitually abusive—physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or sexually—one doesn’t have to keep turning the other cheek.
Why? Because self-love includes having healthy boundaries, self-respect, self-compassion, self-worth, self-confidence, self-esteem, etc. In addition, Unconditional Love IS the ultimate enlightenment, because until we REALIZE what that even looks like completely applied to the self, we can’t fully and truly love interconnected Life within this Universe and beyond.
An last but not least, red flag #5) According to Neale, if it’s not about you, and just about others PLUS if Neal’s current intention is about awakening the species, why not make his course affordable to the majority of the people on this planet? After all, he’s already rich or wealthy.
Like the story Neale shared about the lady from Peru, he makes more in one day than she does in a year—representing the average person on this planet.
Neale, despite the so-called red flags (blessings in disguise), I’m grateful for the overall helpful message. I also thank you for mirroring back to me who I choose to Be (and not) and what I choose to do (and not).
I finally embrace the ALL of you, even the aspect of you that feels the need to be overly (keyword) humble. I’m reminded of the famous quote by Marianne Williamson, “Our Deepest Fear,” and the following excerpt within it is just a reminder for you:
“Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.โ
Wishing all of us an abundance of:โบ๏ธ๐ฆ๐๐๐๏ธ๐๐ฆ๐ท๏ธ๐ธ๏ธ๐๐ฌ ๐ณ๐ธ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๏ธ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐บ๐ก๐ฟ= Unconditionally accepting, embracing, and even deeply loving ALL aspects of the whole, full-potential, Multidimensional self (earthly and otherworldly physical selves/) Self (Source: Soul/Spirit within ) within the contrast/duality/polarity of this ๐

Right before watching the Masterclass video mentioned above, I shared the following related comment for the creator of the video, “AWAKENING: (The “Hermit Phase Of Awakening” … & When To Move On)” (and then updated it later):
Victor, THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing amazing You—the epitome of the modern shaman with the innate ability to beautifully merge the physical and spiritual worlds. I highly respect and admire your authenticity, refreshing honesty, sincere eye contact, deep empathy, heartfelt encouragements, animated expressions, great sense of humor, intelligence (mental and emotional), psychic abilities, and soul-igniting inspiration.
This video was so spot on that it actually seemed like I was having a one on one session with you. I also appreciate you sharing the very helpful wisdom from book, “The Hero with a Thousand Faces.”
I understand where you’re coming from when it comes to your personal experience in the past, and having to be pushed into taking that next step toward your life purpose.
However, I’m reminded of a quote I happened to turn to in the book, “Rich Dad Poor Dad” (that I haven’t read), which stated something to the effect that when we’re in a positive environment, we’re able to flourish to our full-potential, and I highly resonate with that even to this day.
Therefore, I communicated with and thanked my Higher Self ahead of time (today) to assist me with the experience of an overall positive environment (where I learn and grow best), so that I can create from a state of high vibrations (e.g.,safety, security, inner-peace, freedom, joy, unconditional love for self/others, etc.), rather than create from a state of fear (which I’ve been doing for over four decades, mostly on a subconscious level like the rest of humanity).
I recall Aaron sharing in one of his videos that he doesn’t think he would want to win the lottery because it might sway him off course from doing his life purpose.
I received an insight while typing this comment—and I’ll share it with him as well if I can find that video—but what better way to TRULY find out if one highly resonates with the path of spiritual growth—aka ascension, expanding consciousness, spiritual evolution, etc.—than winning the lottery?
If one wins the lottery—or tunes into an influx of monetary abundance in other ways—and STILL chooses to share their wisdom with the world, then there’s no doubt that it was definitely meant to be.
I trust that money is simply neutral energy that can increase who we already are—whether that’s a very greedy being, an unconditionally loving Being, or anything in-between; hence, why not use money in highly beneficial ways for self and interconnected Life?
It’s just another perspective that can uplift us so that we’re not trapped in the old, outdated, patriarchal beliefs—within poverty consciousness—that life always has to be challenging, and that it takes a lot of “hard work,” great amounts of effort, struggle, suffering, etc.
Granted, it’s also highly beneficial to be wise and discerning, so I’m not promoting one to avoid life’s challenges (we need to embrace them), or to become lost within various forms of addictions (to include gambling); but I am sharing that we don’t have to limit ourselves in how we can manifest ways to better our lives.

Hi Taisiakat, ๐
What an intriguing name, I’ve never seen or heard of it before. If you don’t mind me asking, where are you from?
Thank you for sharing your kind comment. I’m glad that you’re also in the habit of following your inner guidance first and foremost. I haven’t mastered it, but I trust I’m getting better at it.
Unconditional love—for ALL neutral aspects of self and others—is an opportunity and challenge for me as well, and I have no doubt for MANY with humanity. Like you, I’ve slipped and fell A LOT on my journey, but I’ve been able to bounce back each time (sometimes much slower than others), which I trust you have the ability to do just as well, if not better. I also have no doubt that your awareness and willingness to make beneficial changes for yourself and your life makes a HUGE difference.
Regarding Christieโs course, โUnlimited Abundance,โ I agree with you that the intro webinar seemed both staged and helpful. Iโve also sensed mixed messages and feeling vibrations from Christie and Vishen (and even Neale Donald Walsch).
For instance, Christie suggests not to drink alcohol (which is even in the workbook), but yet, within one lesson, she shared a story of her going to her local wine bar. She also states (often) that 1) we are all Source energy within a physical body, and 2) she has the ability to see others’ issues within their energy fields, but yet,ย within one lesson, she stated that she’s not God, so she’s not able to help this certain individual with whatever issues they may have.
They all seem to have their authentic moments that actually FEEL sincere, and then there are other moments that either lacks, or has an absence of, any positive feeling sensations (i.e., NOT heartfelt, moving, inspiring, etc., but more strongly driven by back to back sales).
Granted, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with doing one’s best to sell one’s creative products, but if the approach and habitual ways of business comes off more salesy/pushy—rather than from the pure intentions of the integrated Mind/Heart—then it can prevent first-time clients (like me) from becoming loyal, returning or permanent clients.
So far, I have some mixed thoughts and feelings about this course. I’ve noticed that there are definitely some highly beneficial and deeply healing information, but I also noticed that I’m not really FEELING soul-igniting, deeply heartfelt higher vibrations like inner-peace, joy, profound wisdom, freedom, and unconditional love while listening to the pre-recorded messages that include a lot of repetitive statements (and understandably so since she’s clearing the old and outdated that no longer benefits).
I find myself not exactly jumping for joy when it comes to listening to the next lesson because it often feels boring and redundant, but I’m giving this course a shot due to my 1) curiosity and 2) desire to release what’s no longer serving me so that I can Be a more free-spirited, wise, peaceful, empowered, inspired, abundant, whole, full-potential, Multidimensional self/Self. I’ve also learned that clearing non-beneficial subconscious beliefs has been challenging on my own, so we’ll see what gifts are in store for me after testing these waters.
I, too, found blocks that I wasn’t aware of before, so despite the seemingly boring and painful moments within the lessons, it might be worth it to explore the unknown territory.
By the way, in case you’re not taking the course yet, after they ask you a series of questions, they create a lesson plan for you. However, some of the questions they ask (that I wasn’t able to really relate to) don’t exactly give you the opportunity to provide the most accurate answer.
Therefore, even though I started going with that plan (for the first two lessons or so), I chose to follow my inner guidance. Now, I choose whatever lesson plan (with the 24) that I would like to learn about next, and I thank Spirit within ahead of time for the guidance, assistance, support, discernment, inner-wisdom, clarity and unconditional love.
I’m developing the habit of fully trusting my feelings (the language of our soul), so when I experience even the slightest degree of excitement for a particular lesson (or anything else really)—basically following the breadcrumbs of joy to the best of my ability—I click on that lesson.
If the cons of this course start to outweigh the pros, I will simply discontinue with the lessons. I was planning on creating and sharing a post about the results in the future, and thanks to you, it seems that I’ve already created half of it (which I will copy and paste at a later time into the new post, after I experience the results). [UPDATE: Turned our comments into post, “Review (Part I) for: Unlimited Abundance Course by Christie Marie Sheldon”]
I am curious, what are some of the very bizarre thoughts on wealth and abundance that you found?
By the way, I’ve also checked out your website, and I highly respect and admire you choosing to be authentic, unconventional, and highly creative, as well as fully embracing your unique, website name. My husband and I have two cats—Shadow and Leo—so of course I’m going to adore the “kitty” part. ๐

I stumbled onto your website/blog and have been enthralled with your posts (came here because of your post on Padre.)
I have spent this afternoon going through several different posts and I too understand the need to be vigilant in what I read and understand, and have help from my guides, higher self, spirit/soul to navigate through these spaces.
Unconditional love is an opportunity/challenge for me, since I slip and fall a lot along this path of mine.
Thank you for sharing and I am curious to what you think of Christie’s work if you do take the class. I found the introduction webinar – to be both staged but helpful.
And I did find some serious blocks and some very bizarre thoughts on wealth and abundance.
