My Extraordinary Crown Chakra Experience

The italicized section below is from my post, “Following Heart Over Mind,” under the subtitle, “My Letter to God (September 27, 2012 Thursday)” that I decided to create as a separate post because of its major significance that I overlooked a while back, even though it’s one of my most extraordinary life experiences.

Perhaps there’s an additional meaning besides the meaning of angel number 911 from my angel numbers website (http://sacredscribesangelnumbers.blogspot.com/2012/01/angel-number-911.html). Perhaps I’m also being reminded by Spirit to trust my True Self/Soul/Life/God, Goddess and Divine Spirit/All That Is since my crown chakra has been opened.

I had doubts that my experience was an actual opening of my crown chakra due to my own lack of knowledge.

After typing away all of my extrasensory abilities that I further experienced and developed, ever since I published my post, “My Diary of Developing Psychic Abilities,” I was surprised by the sheer number of extraordinary experiences (included in new post that I will continue working on “A Diary of My Developing Psychic Abilities (Part 2),” I had just within this past two years.

It’s amazing how we can see the bigger picture when we consolidate all the pieces of memories floating in our minds into one space.

I believe, more than ever, in the importance of recording our extraordinary moments, whether it’s in a journal, weekly calendar, blog, Word document, etc.

When Spirit experiences through us and as us, and gives us gifts, blessings and miracles, the least we can do is show our appreciation (not just gratitude) by giving back/sharing the wonders with others…so that they, too, can Be blown away by the magnificence of God, Goddess and Divine Spirit/All That Is, and express glory.

We can also help to increase each other’s faith through sharing such stories, to remind us that nothing is impossible when the omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and all-loving Source is at work.

Prior to writing this post, even though I formed a better understanding of what Spirit had blessed me with, I still managed to somewhat minimize them over time due to my own lack of self-worth, self-esteem and self-love that I’ve been working on.

Sometimes, we, human beings, have a tendency to place limits on an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and unconditionally loving higher power, although we claim to believe in an Almighty and all-loving God.

However, Spirit is truly unlimited, and if it chooses to “wake up”/remind and transform one of its Divine parts/souls to remember and rise, then it will surely happen.

Thank you God, I already feel lighter. I wonder when I’ll completely trust You and love You unconditionally. I believe I truly desire to, but it seems like my actions show that I continue to doubt you with my worries, anxiety, and other low-energy states.

Sometimes I feel like it’s going to take me a very long time to finally “get it”…perhaps several more lifetimes. I don’t look forward to that. Sometimes I lose hope because I believe that I must have been a very dense soul in other lifetimes, and that it’ll take forever to rise above experiencing all this “negative” kharma. Lately, I just want to sleep.

Granted, last night was an unbelievable experience. You already know; I’m just writing this for my own record. I couldn’t tell if I was dreaming or not. I just recall being very aware of my head feeling as if it was being pushed in, especially from the sides…and the vibration was so intense that it was very uncomfortable.

I recall being somewhat scared. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. And I don’t understand why I kept repeating “my higher self” over and over again. That’s never happened before either.

It’s like that one time when it seemed like I was observing myself repeating “I AM” statements back-to-back at a very rapid rate. Even then, I couldn’t tell if I was sleeping or dreaming…but it seemed very real.

I’ve read some similar symptoms about the opening of the crown chakra, but I’ve never read anything about someone else repeating those words while that was happening.

I realize that sharing such info can lead to me being labeled as “crazy,” “delusional,” and “hallucinating,” etc., if someone else were to read this, but as long as You and I know the truth, that’s all that matters. Thank you God for your continuous guidance, support and unconditional love.

I just had a thought that I believe came from You God. The reason why I kept repeating “my higher self” while I had the uncomfortable experience last night was because my soul/my Higher Self/You was trying to comfort me when the physical me was scared of the unknown. Thank you!

After I Googled “opening crown chakra,” to check out images to add to my post, I clicked on an image to see if there were other ones, and I noticed an interesting sentence because it reminded me of the holy grail (“The crown chakra, when fully activated, becomes like a cup.”) to the right of the image that I clicked on, so I clicked the link.

Since it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the vast amount of information available on the web, I decided, a while back, to just go with the flow…follow my heart.

I trust that I will always receive whatever new information that will benefit my soul growth in the Moment of Now, so there’s no need to overload myself with back-to-back self-study.

I included a section of the blog below (in italics):

The crown chakra, when fully activated, becomes like a cup. To be more exact, the twelve inner petals open and turn upward like a cup to receive spiritual energies which are distributed to other parts of the body. The crowns worn by kings and queens are but poor physical replicas or symbols of the indescribably resplendent crown chakra of a fully-developed person. The fully activated crown chakra is symbolized as the Holy Grail.

The crown chakra can only be fully activated when the heart chakra is first fully activated. In other words: The heart chakra is a replica of the crown chakra.

When you look at the heart chakra, it looks like the inner chakra of the crown chakra, which has twelve golden petals. The heart chakra is the lower correspondence of the crown chakra. The crown chakra is the center of illumination and divine love or oneness with all. To explain what is divine love and illumination to an ordinary person is just like trying to explain what color is to a blind man. The heart chakra is the center of higher emotions. It is the center for compassion, joy, affection, consideration, mercy and other refined emotions. Without developing higher refined emotions, how can one possibly experience divine love?

There are many ways of activating the heart and crown chakras. You can use physical movements, Hatha yoga, yogic breathing techniques, mantras or words of power, and visualization techniques.

All of these techniques are effective but are not fast enough. One of the most effective and fastest ways to activate these chakras is to do meditation on loving-kindness or to bless the whole earth with loving-kindness. By using the heart chakra and the crown chakra in blessing the earth with loving-kindness, they become channels for spiritual energies; thereby becoming activated in the process. By blessing the earth with loving-kindness, you are doing a form of world service. And by blessing the earth with loving-kindness, you are in turn blessed many times. It is in blessing that you are blessed. It is in giving that you receive. That is the law!

A person with a fully activated crown chakra does not necessarily achieve illumination for he or she has yet to learn how to make use of the crown chakra to achieve illumination. It is just like having a sophisticated computer but not knowing how to operate it. Once the crown chakra has been fully activated, then you have to do meditation on the light, on the mantra Aum

(Aum is a Sanskrit word for the Supreme Being; in Arabic, Allah; in Chinese, Tao and in

English, God.) and on the gap between the two Aums.

The mention of AUM above motivated me to include the AUM meditation video below that I often listen to while working on my blog.

The title of the video caught my attention one day because of the number “119.” I often saw the number 119 on a sign near a small, local store that my husband and I often shop at for certain items, as well as other places.

Although I use my angel numbers website on daily basis, I had a feeling (like I do with certain number sequences, such as 8:11, 9:11, 12:12, 13:13, etc.) that there was more to the angel number meaning.

I’m grateful that I followed my inner guidance, to include but not limited to my Higher Self/True Self/Soul/I AM Presence/Multidimensional Self/Expanded Self/angels, Archangels, and Ascended Masters/other higher beings of the spiritual realm, to include Pleiadians, Sirians, Arcturians, Merpeople, Ashtar Command/Archangeloi of Elohim/God, Goddess and Divine Spirit/All That Is.

I also like to practice chanting AUM/OM on my own (as loud as I can) while taking deep, slow breaths in-between (every now and then until it becomes a habit) after doing my 3 sets of 33 clockwise spins (recommended by Pleaidians).

I’ve also recently started doing deep breathing exercises while reading a book on my patio (to get fresh air), or while doing interval runs (i.e., repetitions of walk/jog/run/sprint).

I’ve learned from many spiritual teachings that deep breathing is very effective; however, Bill Foss (and his book, “The Secrets of Spiritual Success” which I started reading) and the Arcturians are the only ones who provided a detailed explanation that highly resonated with me. See quoted section below from the book, We, The Arcturians:

“If more Earthlings would change their breathing habits, there would be less sickness, more happiness, and more wealth and prosperity on the planet. For breath holds the key to mastering the electronic Force of the universe, and the power of manifestation in the 5th dimension […] A soul cannot be breathing deeply and relaxing in the Force and still channel fear and hate […] One cannot conquer the lessons of the fifth dimensional frequency in a state of fear or stress, for that frequency supports the love and Light of creation.”

The following quote from the reading/link below helped me to understand why I was repeatedly saying, “Higher Self” while experiencing what felt like an intense surge of energy pouring out of or into my head while vibrating intensely as well:

“We are also connected to our Higher Self by a similar silver cord that is attached to our Crown Chakra.”
