Note: This post was initially an update to the previous post, “Finding the Good in Shadow Aspects that I Disapprove of in Self/Others“
A future post (or even post series): “The Birth of Amazing Heartfelt Experiences that Stemmed from Integration”
As I worked towards integrating these so-called “negative,” “bad,” and even “evil” shadow aspects in self/others, I noticed that the next day at work, a softer version of the person who was mostly training me, and mirroring most of these negative aspects to me.

In addition, I started having these heartfelt experiences with other staff members who are kind, as well as some very lovable and loving clients. I was also blown away by how several clients mirrored to me some positive, shadow aspects within self/others.
Yesterday (8/15/2018), I had the golden opportunity to experience the most exceptional staff meeting I had ever attended.
It included:
- deep appreciation and recognition of employees (via non- cookie cutter awards) who:
- have been with the company for however long
- who have been recommended by others due to going above and beyond to share much unconditional love with interconnected others (which I trust stems from unconditional self-love)
- everyone singing happy birthday to those who had a birthday this month
- an abundance of humor which resulted in many smiles and laughter
- drinks, a big fruit bowl, and other snacks
- an informative brief from a guest speaker
- and so much more.
I’ve never heard of a leader (owner) of a company or organization sincerely speak to his/her employees as though they’re like family, while emphasizing the importance of: non-judgment, honesty, setting our differences aside, communication, deep understanding, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, teamwork, leaving the old behind, every day being a new day, uplifting one another, and more.
I wondered if I found a place that may potentially be a community that resonates with me (though not highly due to some coworkers who don’t seem happy to be there).
At one point during the staff meeting, all the employees were asked to share a few personal information, to include their favorite book that they find themselves returning to at times.
I instantly knew what that book was—the one that I often enjoyed rereading the highlighted sections and notes—but there was a part of me that was hesitant to share since I didn’t want to be placed in a labeled box due to the very unconventional contents of the book.
However, I decided to share the truth about the book that had the greatest impact in my life, and let go of needing to care how others might judge (if they even do).
When it was my turn, I told everyone that Bringers of the Dawn by Barbara Maciniak—whole title is Bringers of the Dawn: Teachings from the Pleiadians—-was the book I found myself rereading at times due to its profound wisdom.
I noticed a mixture of facial expressions, to include that of a head nod recognition (they either heard of the book or read it), the neutral look (perhaps they haven’t heard of it or wasn’t interested), or the uncomfortable look (perhaps due to some degree of judgment or a deeper fear of the unknown).
Either way, it didn’t matter anymore; I chose to be authentic, and I felt free.
I was deeply moved and very grateful that I chose not to allow a brief phase of what felt hellish and recurring, to determine whether or not I continue this path.
I also realized yesterday evening that even the most seemingly nicest person can have brief moments of the so-called “dark side” where they express these so-called “negative,” “bad,” and even “evil” shadow aspects (to varying degrees), though we may not be aware of it since we may consider ourselves kind, good, and/or only righteous.; and that’s perfectly okay.
What’s beneficial is that we remind ourselves that while we integrate these so-called “negative,” “bad,” and even “evil” shadow aspects (to varying degrees), they don’t have to take over the ship (i.e., take over the whole self) that ends up spiraling down due to being lost within the fear-based energy (aka being out of control).
Instead, we can choose to find the positive within these negative shadow aspects that we’ve repressed since childhood, and even suppressed throughout adulthood (a helpful video, “Judgment Exercise – Teal Swan –” along with the projection video that I’m going to watch again later, and then include link)
Thank you all aspects and extensions of Beloved, Multidimensional self (physical self)/Self (Source: Soul/Spirit within) for your Unconditional Love, support, encouragement, upliftment, empowerment, inspiration, and continuing assistance with our individual and collective consciousness (spiritual growth/evolution).

My husband shared the following videos with me that were deeply moving to the point where I almost cried (the first video) and I actually did cry (the second video):
- “COURAGE – Powerful Motivational Speech“
- Though neither of us are religious, and we no longer watch related videos—like Joel Osteen, though I still consider him a great motivational speaker in his own way—I highly resonate with self-empowering videos that teach us how to be our full-potential selves and to live an overall happy life.
- “YOUR VALUE – Powerful Motivational Speech“

I was wrong about the person (who mostly trained me) becoming softer—mentioned in second paragraph at the beginning of this post—and I was also off about this company, Red Mountain Sedona. UPDATE post, “Negative Shadow Aspects of Self that Seem Damn Near Impossible to Accept“
